They gave me the biggest chicken ɓreast I've ever seen, and that Comeback sauce is soooo yummy. 😋

The female workers are always professional and nice male workers not so much simple thing as asking for some jelly they literally will give you one not with the female work food is fresh and hot I recommend.

I feel like KFC missing 5 of their 9 spices in their chicken cause it's not the same! But still not too bad. I ordered online and had to wait very long for my order when I got in the store. The manager on site was supportive in trying to get my order Quickly, but when there is no biscuits, you just have to wait 🥴 This KFC is a staple in the neighborhood hood, so the building is warn out. They try to main things a clean atmosphere. The best part is having a drive thru and parking lot.

White castle the place where I have cheese burgers for breakfast. The breakfast of champions. Ok, maybe not. Regardless I heard that they had a beef brisket sandwich and I had to try it out. It's actually pretty good (see picture below) Customer service is good and they have a drive through window. Even though they say that they are open 24 hours on the sign they are not. I got there at 7:30 am and they were closed. Don't bother calling them to see if they are open no one answers the phone. You can now dine in again.

After ordering took me 27 minutes to receive my order . I was asking for my 12 pieces order over and over two staff told me something different and suddenly someone took my order first than me without they revising the ticket . The girl who took it brought back because it wasn’t spicy . They did not even apologize and after getting it 30 minutes later I was missing the fries . The chicken wasn’t well fried no crunchy either . They need to be more organized, and tell the staff double check before giving someone an order . Please take the time to serve the food well cooked

9/25/25 Avoid online ordering from 458 Utica ave (KFC), because they will consistently get your order wrong, with no apology. The manager there is not monitoring his workers carefully. When workers keep getting orders wrong, it tarnishes the business reputation and management. I'm really fed up! How hard is it to read an order and pack it properly? I mean really, these workers deserve to be making below minimum wage. Shame on the management!!! Even the quality of the food has greatly diminished. Order at your own risk! I warned ya'll.

Yall need to turn the over eats order off if you can not deal with the volume of customers onsite, it is not fair to have uber eats customers waiting 2+ hours for yall to make wedges.

Ok burgers are sloppily made, but whatever fine thats not why im upset. The mozzarella sticks (5) i ordered came with 3 of them HOLLOW, straight up no cheese just crust, unacceptable!!! Do better white castle, you are one of the few in brooklyn, you need to represent our beloved white castle better. By the way my order was delivered in a wet paper bag (was not raining), my guess is the steaming food soaked the paper bag and the plastic outside bag kept all that moisture. Get it together!!!

The store is always full of homeless people that management lets loiter on the premises. Workers are unprofessional at best. My last experience, I ordered two famous bowls and And mostly gravy with a spoonful of potatoes; and a cranberry sweet lightning Mountain Dew, but some type of orange drink instead. Uber eats denied a refund saying they could not find anything wrong with my order after investigation, the restaurant never answers their phone, and after writing corporate, they told me to reach out to Uber eats.

Ok I don’t want to be mean but for a first timer in this location the wait for food is abysmal. Although polite there is not much attention spared for those of us who like to pre order to avoid a wait. I was told my order was being packed up (after the initial 15 minutes) then proceeded to wait another 25-30. The staff never wears gloves while cooking the food or serving the food. I have witnessed the cashier touch the screen and handle money then turn around serve food without gloves. I have witnessed this on a couple of occasions. I have seen the cooks in the back cooking without wearing gloves smh that is so unsanitary ughhh.

Location is NOT fulfilling mobile orders, there is no one to service mobile orders and the drive thru is only servicing drive thru customers when I have already paid. Order supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago and no order or management around to Shepard these customers. And the drive thru staff have no clue how to multitask letting peoples whole orders get cold.

I ordered on Uber Eats and they ate my dam food. I paid 22 dollars and uber only refunded me 4.44 Cents I called them like 100 times and guess what no one answered. I will never order from them again and I would advise anybody if they choose to eat KFC go their don’t order on uner eats they will eat your food and u gotta pay for it and uber cheap self will not even give u back what the order was wroth. Please keep ur money.

I was very hungry and I know my son love chick fi A but I could not find them around the location I was in Brooklyn so the nearest to me was KFC on Utica Avenue. jesss I regretted wasting my hard earn money. Very disappointing experience at this White Castle. The waiting time was extremely long, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Employees seemed unorganized and uninterested in helping customers. Orders were slow to come out, and there was no communication or apology for the delay. Customer service was poor, and the overall experience felt frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. Definitely needs better staff training and time management.

Between the poor service times and even worse attitudes this location needs some serious help. The fact that I can pre-order at 3:00 p.m. for a 3:35 pick up and still have to wait close to an additional 20 minutes just to receive my food once I get there only to receive attitude from everyone who works there because I'm asking about my food. I understand it's fast food but do better. My food wasn't even hot when I received it because it had been sitting on the side.

When I walked in, there was on 2 customers standing online. After giving my order to the employee working the register, it took 35 minutes for my order of a 2 fish sandwich combo meal and 4 cheeseburger sliders to be completed. It took another 5-10 minutes for my number to be called after my order was ready. The staff was horrible and impatient with customers waiting for their paid orders.

I asked for a cup of ice.. she had an attitude gave me a tiny cup of ice and no lid handed it to me rudely as the foreigner she is and need to respect the public.
