This location on Boca Chica Blvd. is the worst to get grub. I've been going a few times and each time I've had a bed experience. Customer service is no good, the chicken is under cooked at times, and the time they take is long leaving you to park outside for 30 minutes. Skip this location and go to the W. Elizabeth for better service.

Stopped for some Jalapeño Bombers they were cold inside, “Manager” was rude since taking the order when we came back told them they were cold inside she said they had just come out of the Microwave but gave us new ones. We had to come back again because once again they were cold inside. This girl is clueless. doesn’t know anything about being a “Manager” she took around 20-25 minutes just refunding an order while being in the phone with someone else.

Ordered a combo meal and asked for apple pie. Got my order and went home, and when I checked there was NO pie. I tried calling and nobody answered. There needs to be accountability for their mistake.

Slow service. Had a small order, nothing extravagant but the wait was ridiculous esp for a "fast food place". Worst Church's in Brownsville. Customer service has been seriously been lacking. Waste of time and money.

Went through drive through, asked for a simple two piece with mash.I got home and no mash, called to let them know, mind you I was home all ready trying to eat and the girl said come for the mash, like ir was my mistake. I've done customer service for years I would've offered to replace the meal at least. I was going to waste gas for a small cup of mash really. It's not about getting anything free it's about the customer service that was showed. If they would have added the mash the first place everything would've been great. I just hope they do better next time for other customers.

Waited 20 mins for my meal. Employee and manager were arguing with each other in front of all the customers. And some kid employee was very rude to another employee (making him feel stupid). All this while the place was jammed pack. Never again going to this place. Lady manager didn’t care or even mention to customers there was a time wait in things.

We took advantage of the the 8 pieces for 9.99 and my godness my family and I got so sick from our stomachs we through up and had the runs all night. I think there's a cross contaminated issue going on at this store, or maybe a salmonella out break. I hope they're not thawing out frozen chicken with hot water or that they follow church's chicken protocol when it comes to disposal of the chicken when it's shelf life ready to eat time has expired. I really enjoy fried chicken but there's something not right at this specific store boca chica free standing unit. I hope who ever is thawing out and handling raw chicken knows what they are doing. I could be wrong it could also be bad oil on their fryers too.

We went there for dinner last night got there at 9:10 order our food took almost 30mins and then when our food was done. The boy behind the counter said we close at 10 and you gonna have to leave by 10. I said it's not even ten yet and we just got out food. He said we'll we close at 10 and u r gonna have to leave the inside. Him and the manager were very rude and kept starting at us and just acted annoyed while we were eating there. I understand you guys close at 10 but we were eating it was rude I won't go back to this one again. And they forgot our Biscuits and were just very rude in general.

LO AND BEHOLD!!! Came to this franchise tonight after wasting time and fuel @ the International location, only to find out, that what i experienced there, seems to be an EPIDEMIC of EPIC PROPORTIONS. Once AGAIN, the place has a ridiculous WAIT TIME of 18 minutes.....let it sink in people., and wouldn't you know it. NO SPICY. Verily i say to thee, we are truly doomed, if another franchise of the same variety under the umbrella of CHURCH'S CHICKEN High Bluff Capital Partners, cannot and DOES NOT have chicken. But! the ever present wait time looms over us. From this moment on, until the END OF TIME and beyond, will i boycott this Corporation, and as such, i invite you all to do the same if so inclined. Thank you for wasting not only my time and precious fuel and all those who have come before me. Instead, SUBWAY (EAT FRESH) seems good right about now.

Very bad service. Employees were having a conversation while I was waiting in line. This is close to my house and that's why I came. But I won't come back!!! Had to wait 15 minutes in line to order my food. Then I ordered chicken sandwiches and they took almost 20 minutes for them to be ready. Same thing has happened when I've ordered through the window!! Thus makes no sense to me!!

Horrible experience. Asked for a 12 piece and they gave me a 8 piece. Chicken was soggy and cold. Worse part of all they took 20 minutes to give me My order. Top it off They didn't give me My jalapeno bombers. I guess they had forgotten about me. Got home and I didn't have enough chicken to feed my family. Called and they never answered phone.. They really ruined my family dinner.

This place never has anything ready. Always have to wait in front of place for food. I though this is supposed to be fast food? The person on the drive thru speaker can never hear what you say and have to repeat everything several times. When they bring me my food I always have to ask them to wait while I check my food because just about every time they get my order wrong. Popeyes is next door. Go to them instead.
