The food is usually wrong or cold going through the drive through they can barely hear on the speaker that needs replacement. I do like like their meals the price just seems to go up randomly and their hours really suck.

It was an okay atmosphere. Only one employee made me feel welcome while the others disappeared to the back. Mrs Wendy had amazing customer service and was so kind. She would be the reason I'd be OK with spending $16 for 4 small sides. Other than her this place is not worth the money due to food being stale last time we came. The sides This time were better than the last.

Burnt food and got my order wrong again. It’s already something 🤦🏻‍♀️ this food is way too over priced for the service and quality you’re getting

27 minutes to bag up food that was already cooked. Some lady behind the counter walking around talking on her phone and slowing filling orders. Found out when we got home that our $5.99 gallon of tea wasn't a full gallon. Chicken was dry and chewy. Mashed potatoes were awful. Gravy was jelled up and wouldn't pour. Chicken wings had feathers on them. $60+ for a family meal of terrible food.

I wanted to dine in but it was so hot inside I had to take my food to go. The employees were nice, but I don’t know how they can stand to work in that heat! Maybe a call to the health department is needed.

The employees are rude and horrible. I would never spend a dime at this location again. I did not try the food just put it in the trash. The owner needs to hire new staff.

By far the worst customer experience!!! We go there to get dinner, myself and two partners (We were working the AMBULANCE). The only people inside were a family eating dinner. We stood inside for probably about 5 minutes. Before one of my partners noticed people LOOKING at him thru the window of the back door, where I can only assume they were probably smoking. Which is cool whatever but the moment you see a customer or in this case 3 customers stop and help them. Someone came inside to tell us they would be there in a second. And went back outside and the people standing outside continuing to look at my partner thru the window. We waited another two or three minutes. Before making the decision to leave. Bad customer service will ruin a restaurant.

I've been going to Golden Chick for years. Not just this location, But all over Texas. This one has gone down hill and is getting ridiculous. Employees sitting on ground outside smoking cigarettes, Then coming inside and putting together orders with out washing hands. I order the same thing EVERY time. Chicken tenders are never consistent and definitely not Golden chick standard. More and more they seem to be over cooked and extremely dry. Mac & Cheese always seems like its burned.... How do you burn mac & cheese and still serve it??? It doesn't even look right. Rolls are hard like they've also been over cooked. Disappointed.

Young blond male employee came in for work while I was ordering lunch. He proceeded to change clothes in the dining room and put his shoes on the table. Then while I was eating he was standing at the counter with his hand in his shirt rubbing his chest where everyone could see him doing it while a customer was standing right by him. The customer mentioned it and he denied it the customer left
