If you're tired of all-you-can-eat restaurants and want quality and an atmosphere without the noise, shouting, and banging plates... Kyubi is definitely a great choice.
they serve fresh and flavorful sushi with a nice variety of rolls and other options. The presentation is appealing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cozy, though it can get a bit noisy at times. Overall, a great spot for a casual sushi meal.
The atmosphere, both inside and out, is quiet and less Japanese-style, more ayce-esque. The kitchen offers a vast menu, with a variety of options for both raw fish lovers and those seeking a more authentic dish, ranging from classic salmon nigiri to beef ramen (the broth is excellent, but the meat is a bit overcooked). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the wait isn't long (although I did have to wait a bit for the ramen).
It was super crowded on valentine's day, but the servers managed to be super kind and efficient
Not your average Japanese restaurant! It's worth noting. This place stands out from the crowd of pseudo-Japanese restaurants. Refined, high-quality dishes. Strong, bold flavors explode in the mouth, revealing the chef's skill in the kitchen. We had excellent bao and uramaki. Everything was delicious and well-balanced. The wine list is good. The place is well-maintained, welcoming, and quiet. Attentive and courteous service. Prices are higher than usual, but justified by the quality of the dishes.
We went to this à la carte restaurant on January 5, 2024, and I don't know if it was almost empty because of the holidays just passed. I have to say that for us, it was better because we had attentive and very fast service. The menu is very varied and unique, and we loved everything we ordered!! We are very satisfied with the place and will definitely be back. With the 20% discount from TheFork, we didn't spend much (a little more than an all-you-can-eat deal), but the quality is unmatched. The only small criticism: we drank two bottles of wine between the four of us and also had dessert... we would have appreciated maybe a little free liqueur 😅
One of the best sushis ever tried

The best sushi ever!!
Brugherio, MB Many had recommended this Japanese restaurant in the heart of Brianza, but I hadn't had a chance to try it yet. After lockdown, @ristorantekyubi was one of the first places I visited! A very welcoming, modern restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden. The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of both classic Japanese dishes and more fusion dishes. Excellent quality ingredients and a great passion put this place on my list of the best in Brianza. Their gunkan blew me away!! Delicious! The idea of accompanying the meal with cocktails was great. Prices are average for Japanese à la carte restaurants. CHILD-FRIENDLY ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ale really enjoyed the yaki soba. High chairs are available, but there's no changing table, but there's a changing area next to the sink in the bathroom. Tips: - Reservations required - beautiful outdoor space
Excellent discovery. The tables were arranged just right. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The value for money was absolutely average. We ordered 10 dishes, two desserts, a Coke, and a water for a total of under €100. I absolutely recommend trying the cheesecake. I've never had anything so good. Truly. Highly recommended :)
UPDATE 2: By special request, I managed to eat uramaki, temaki, and dai baozi. The waiter wasn't aware they'd changed the menu (months ago?), so every dish was pre-ordered. Okay, everything was good. The baozi were sparse and dry, and in my opinion the prices remain very high for what they offer (coffee 2.50, water 3.00, which, when added to the cover charge, becomes a fortune). With The Fork, you can at least get 20% off on certain times and days. UPDATE 1: We returned because they had an all-vegetarian menu, but suddenly found a menu with no indication whatsoever, not even an allergen symbol. The hosomaki was also gone. Mediocre gyoza for the high price, very chewy dough... They honestly didn't seem to be made there... The bao were good, although I would have added more filling considering the €12 price tag. We were disappointed considering the excellent first impression and the €80 price tag... BEFORE: Beautiful, elegant yet simple setting. A menu with vegan-friendly "veggie options." Generous, delicious dishes, flavorful, with lots of vegetables and not at all bland. The prices are medium-high, but the portions and quality make up for it!
This is my fourth visit to this restaurant. Even though I don't like raw fish, there are excellent options for enjoying a variety of dishes in good company. The chicken bao buns, shrimp tacos, pad thai pasta, sushi mix, hoso sake, and futomaki are excellent. Definitely worth trying again.
We visited this place in mid-June, as most restaurant in Italy they didnt have AC inside the restaurant. It was hot outside too, but we managed to enjoy our meal. We ordered an Akira box, a sushi mix, Sake Maki, and Tonkotsu ramen. The sushi box was delicious, but we were slightly disappointed with the Akira box as the 10 pieces of sushi in it were deep-fried. The Ramen was not that impressive
Beautiful location, excellent service. The dishes were well-cooked and beautifully presented, with decent uramaki. The tartare and similar dishes weren't irresistible, and the fish wasn't top-notch. The desserts, which aren't homemade, were good. Prices were a bit high. This is not an AYCE restaurant.
€76 for two tasteless gunkan, uramaki that also lacked the slightest bit of flavor (and we're talking about raw fish, in theory), a soba noodle seasoned with sugar, and a disgusting ramen with smoked bacon, soaked in oil (I've attached a photo). Even though they have an a la carte menu, I think it's worse than the all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area. After we got up and complained about the food, they didn't even consider offering a discount for the disgusting dishes they served us.
