Seems silly to rate a Chick fil A but this one is truly the best - better than any I’ve been to in Austin. When I was dining inside with my family, another little girl was throwing a huge fit while her mom was trying to get the infant in the stroller. The manager came over and totally distracted the little girl. It was so gracious and unusual to see. When we left, my children got cow balloons! Best CFA location there is.

Great location with greeting staffs from the front door to the cashier. They have fresh flowers in vases for every table, see pictures for more details. It was clean and the play area for the kids was not cramped. It’s our first time here and this will certainly NOT be our last.

Quality and service are slowly slipping away at this location. Leaving a review so management might get the picture before it’s too late. Orders are starting to be incorrect and the drive thru times are getting longer and longer. Went this morning for breakfast and they only had ONE employee running food out to cars with two lines fully wrapped around the building. Do better, hire more employees, double check your work. Don’t trash your reputation to save a few bucks on labor costs. This is simple good business 101.

Gave this location 3 tries. Had to send incorrect orders back every time. chicken sandwiches are extremely thin. Cobb salad also missing egg. For the price paid, the food needs to be qualitative and correctly prepared. Will drive the extra miles to Onion Creek from now on.

Not very happy set in the mobile checkout line for at least 20 minutes as everybody else passed by. It wouldn’t let me check in. I let a worker know he said OK I’ll go ahead and check you in proceeded to wait another 15 minutes and then another manager comes and I told him what happened he goes. Ordered a chicken sandwich with NO pickles and received a sandwich with pickles. Receipt says no pickles, sandwich bag says no pickles. Even the smallest details can ruin a dining experience.

To preface, I've never left a bad review for an establishment, and I love Chick-fil-A. I have also worked in customer service all my life, and always am the first to rationalize a worker's attitude as them having a bad day. It happens. I just move on with my life and don't take it personal. I was picking up an order at around 9-10 p.m. last night (Saturday night). I was greeted by a nice employee who held the door open for me. I stood behind another customer picking up an order from a different employee behind the side pick-up counter. That customer left, and the employee that had helped her (he definitely saw me, I was right by the person he was helping and there was no one else around) went to the back without acknowledging me or anything. Whatever, that's fine. Well, I stood there expecting him to come back while there were two girls talking to each other over the counter, restocking cups and stuff. I waited for a couple minutes, then asked the girls if could pick up my order. There were very few guests in the restaurant, no cars when I had walked in past the drive-thru, and no other deliveries on the screen, and I was the only person around, waiting. But when I asked this girl (dark hair, hispanic I think, small--what she looks like doesn't matter, but I want it clear who it was if possible and wish I could remember more details), I just couldn't believe how blatant she was in her spite. Like I was interrupting her or something. When I asked her if could pick up my order, she literally flicked her eyes at me before finishing her sentence to the other employee (a personal conversation, not work related, which is fine but should be immediately dropped when a customer is there, before turning to me with an expression like I was *bothering* her. She walked over, I showed her the name, and she looked right at an open bag next to where I was standing by the counter --MY INCOMPLETE BAG I WAS TRYING TO PICK UP--that no one was even working on, that was literally just freaking sitting there. She checked the name on the open bag--again, that NO ONE was working on-- and instead of showing any amount of effort that she was trying to rectify the mistake (at this point, my order was already 5 min. past required pick-up time), she saw the name, set it back down, then pointedly said something like "Okay, anyway" or "Okay, so" and carried on her conversation AND THEN, after a notable amount of seconds, started working on the bag. She chatted with the other employee while slowly (like, you know that kind of slow that we all know is out of spite and you're not fooling anyone) prepping the rest of the meal... that ended up being 10 minutes late, and they had very few customers. Anyway, after a clear lazy, slower-than-necessary display of finishing a delivery that Chick-fil-A gets penalized for and has to pay more commission on for being late, she dropped it down in front of me without another word, set the drinks on the counter, and I asked "can I have a drink holder?" as she walked away around the counter and just kept on talking about some personal drama with the other girl without even checking that I confirmed the order, either not hearing me or ignoring me. So I just got it myself from the employee counter that I don't think I'm supposed to use, since there was no employee around for me to ask. And just so y'all know, I have worked in customer service a lot- food service for a good bit. I do not expect people to not talk or to always be professional. I literally don't care, at all, because I've had bad days where I don't want to be happy go lucky even when I'm being paid. It was how pointedly rude she was being. I hate leaving a 1-star, and I'll happily change it after I've been assured by a local manager this has been made clear to the crew, to this employee, that this behavior is wrong. And that they personally read my feedback because they know who I am and who they are, and it's not okay to treat people like this. Truly does not uphold the chick-fil-a values, nor just basic human decency.

I love this place! I’m giving 1 star because I finally went out of my comfort zone and tried something new. I tried the chicken wrap. First of all the size of the wrap did not compare to the price I paid. Second, the chicken was terribly dry and third the wrap, it seemed, wasn’t made fresh, it was freezing cold. Maybe that’s why the chicken was dry, because it was old. I think I’ll just stick with my comfort food the spicy chicken deluxe!

Placed a mobile order, only a single person in the drive thru no one in the store so they were not busy. Ordered their market salad which is typically pre made. I received a salad missing the cheese and most of the fruit. Pretty underwhelming given there’s probably about 6 ingredients.

This place used to be so great but more often than not now the orders are wrong. I used to be able to take my order and go but not anymore. Have to stop and make sure to check everything before driving away. Forget if you order through DoorDash. It will be wrong 99% of the time.

The only reason for a 1 star is because when you order food you think you’re eating what you ordered. Well today I ordered a salad and come to my surprise egg was mixed with my spicy southwest salad. Picture will be attached.

This location is very hit or miss, concerning the quality control. Sometimes it’s decent, sometimes bad, never good. Yesterday was just horrific, as my chicken patty was about 1 cm thick; It was basically just a crusty chunk of batter with very little protein. How would an employee think this is acceptable to serve someone? I think this franchise has a bad/cheap food supplier, as the quality is often poor, as in this example. Not to mention, their mobile ordering sometimes takes a very long time, as someone who visits frequently. The Kyle location is usually a lot better/fresher like a completely different restaurant, like how Chick-fil-A used to be a decade ago. I think I’m done trying with this Buda location.
