The food there was amazing!! I tried the rolls and ramen and they were decent. It had a really welcoming and cozy atmosphere! Would definitely go again.

11/10 experience. The food was high quality, the service was very friendly and personable, and the portions filled me up and I had leftovers. My jaw dropped when I saw my food. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely coming back soon

The food at Urban Grill is amazing! Very affordable with big portions and have a variety of options to choose from! The boba they sell here is my personal favorite. Greatly recommend 👌

The bento box was great! Clean restaurant, good quality ingredients. Tempura shrimp wasn't my favorite but the gyoza made up for it. Will be back.

I've been here a few times and service has been nice. Food is Wendy's which is one of the very FEW places my kids tend to agree on. The restaurant is on the newer side with the updated interior and is well kept. It is also on the larger side. Overall a nice fast food experience.

Top tier, this location is one of the best and it shows with its service, its staff and its quality of food. I go in for breakfast at least once a week before work, really friendly staff, working incredibly hard and always seem to get ever order correct, i can recall having any orders giving to me incorrectly. They have amazing cooks, the food tastes like it was prepared very well, they make the food taste good and how it's shown in the pictures, which is a big deal when food from a image.

I like the urban ramen soup, it's delicious, love the noodles, the chicken is a little bunt but it's good I think they can add maybe 6 shrimp, instead of only 2 it is a $12 soup other than that I'm happy.

The service is not great here. We came for breakfast and ordered on the app for dine in. It took quite a while and they packaged it up and put it in a takeaway bag and put it on the mobile section so we didn't even know it was ready. No one was very friendly either. Probably wouldn't return.

I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s for my job when I go out and eat. I encountered another one just like this but this Wendy charges you for sour cream when you order a chili everywhere else they don’t do this. I normally don’t leave a review but this is ridiculous that I have to guess which one charges and which one doesn’t and they don’t even tell you.

Update (6/21) just came back for lunch. They charge $0.50 for credit card now and prices have gone up quite a bit (more than 20%). Haven’t eaten yet but already a bitter taste in my mouth. I've moved away, so I'm very sad :(. . Can't vouch for everything on the menu, but the chicken bowl covered in teriyaki sauce and Sriracha is amazing and HIGHLY habit forming. Eaters beware! I use to have one everyday for lunch when I was at work. Literally everyday!

Our order was wrong. We asked for one Burger to have no cheese and it was on there, it also wasn't the right burger. None of the food was separated all placed in one bag left for us to figure out who had what burger. There were other burgers with Specialties that we had no way of telling without opening the burger example, no pickles.

The food was typical Wendy’s food. They messed up the order a couple times, but did fix it. There were multiple people just walking around the front of the restaurant asking for money. Not a great atmosphere to just sit down for a bite.

I bought the new Cookie Sunday and it was spilling all over the sides. It was given to me really melted. They have the coke machines whether you're supposed to be able to get a variety of drinks but most were OUT! All the common drinks were out, Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade... That was so annoying. I ended up getting sugar free Sprite and it didn't taste great. Very disappointed. First and last time coming here!

This is very unfortunate, I’ve been eating here for at least 4 years and just a couple of days ago the food quality went from a 4 to a 0 it’s awful. Apparently there has been a change in ownership. Whatever ownership is doing, it’s doing it badly.

They asked my PIN number for my card, saying the temial is in the back. I said if they don't brimg it here, I have to go there. Never share PIN number, thatsthe source of further frauds. They didnlet myself to see the teminal neither type my PIN. Because I denied sharing my PIN, which I use for all my cards, they demied serving me. Scammers!

The young man taking ter order at the drive-thru could not have seemed any more high he didn't even know the menu. And argued with me that a biggie deal doesn't come with a hamburger when I was looking at it right on the menu at the drive-thru .I just gave up up paid three times what I should have spent on a meal because he didn't understand.the menu So I just got chicken nuggets, french fries a plain cheese burger and a drink $16 this occurred on August 7th at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Not sure why but everytime I eat here. I get a Dave’s single and a chocolate milk. Not to enjoy, but for protein. I vomit every single time. not a single time has passed where I haven’t vomited and or burped and slightly vomited and had to swallow it. Not worth, 3/7

I ordered on the App. I got to Wendy's 20 later, to receive a melted Frosty and cold food:hard fries and room temp nuggets. Most shops make your food when you arrive and check thru the App or drive-thru, but my food obviously sat around for 20 mins.

The service was super slow, and the food was disgusting there were rat bites all over all the chicken nuggets and the french fries were burnt. It was disgusting all around $10 wasted I had to throw the food away.Would you eat food with rat bites in it. There were no straws or napkins. They need to close this Wendy's down.

I just went in to order through drive thru and got my order wrong I had Dave's burger missing the patty and I asked for a plain Dave and got a cheeseburger and I had a lady that hand my food really rude and also didn't want to give us one ranch after we ordered three different meals she said she had to charge me for it and when I asked her where does that say you need to charge and said sorry we just do really rude when I asked her name was shawndraw and didn't have a name tag so wasn't sure if that was her name. She was really rude and didn't have any good customer service training at all. She was a the big girl with thick eyeliner with a black face mask on and a black sweater on. Tried calling the store to complain, but doesn't answer at all so the store seems unprofessional as well. And I went in the after around 5:30p.m. so that's time the staff was unprofessional.

Went here for the new breakfast sandwiches I have a family of 5 we arrived I ordered eight 2 for my self 2 for my 16 year old twins boys an one for my wife an one for my daughter.. They said the limit was 5 I didn't make a big deal about it because I Raley spend money at Wendy's because they beef products give me a headache so now I not to go for breakfast either.... I don't recommend Wendy's if you have a family that eats more than 5 breakfast biscuit sandwiches lol...
