Amazing Specials! I had a hard time deciding because everything looked so good! My husband and I split two of their fall specials and they both were delicious! I’m coming back with a girl friend tomorrow to try some of the other options!

Consistently delicious I love that it has a homey diner feel mixed with something you might find in an artsy-ier part of town. Rotating seasonal menu is always fun and the soups and many other dishes are creative. Great place to have a salad, but you can also order a burger and fries. 🍄

Amazing takes on salads, sandwiches, soups, everything. Just a little different. We always like what we order in every group I've gone with. Even when something sounds like a weird combination, just trust the process and try it. Worth the bit extra you pay, although it seems like most restaurants have jacked up their prices so much that Poppyseed doesn't seem as expensive as it used to.

We were driving through Buffalo and needed to stop somewhere for dinner. This restaurant stood out because it had so many different options. Two of us got salads; it was hard to decide which one to get because they all looked so delicious. Our son got the jalapeño hamburger and said it wasn’t too spicy. The lighting was pretty dim which would make it harder to see the menu for some people. It would be nicer to have better lighting for that reason. We would eat here again!

I got the Aphrodite: fettuccine, Greek style, pictured. My dining partners got the chicken Parm and chicken souvlaki. (Steak is offered as a substitute at an extra charge.) One of them also had a bowl of New England clam chowder and commented it's the best he's had, with visible clams throughout. The portion sizes are huge! (fork for reference- This dish had depth to it also- not a flat plate) I think I have lunch for the next 2 days! They have a nice beer and wine list. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was sharp and attentive. Seating is booths. The ambience is dim lighting and not too noisy for conversation. Their creative menu is on their website: wraps, sandwiches, salads, seafood, vegetarian, pasta, and rice dishes

One of our favorite restaurants. Excellent service and delicious, fresh food. One of my favorites is the Cashew Chicken Salad Croissant. There is definitely enough to share. My favorite appetizer is the Spinach Artichoke Dip. It's the best I've ever had. It's subtly spicy and the fresh, crispy for tortilla chips are perfect with it. Christmas specials: Ham Ban Thank You Ma'am is amazing! I wish they had it year round. The Burger Meister, Meister Burger is also delicious! We've never had a bad meal.

We love The Poppyseed! We have been going for years. The service and food have always been excellent. We had April Showers and Jamaican salads. The food is unique and very fresh. Poppyseed is always busy. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who asks what's good in the Hamburg area.

When ever I'm in Hamburg I make sure to dine at the Poppyseed Resturant. Food is always fresh and delicious! Lunch menu features healthy entrees and a variety of salads to choose from. I recommend the bird salad..It's a large salad and has ginger chicken roasted beats onion chickpeas. Lots of leftovers to take home for dinner. Bar menue includes wine IPA and draft beer. Service is always excellent. The booths are comfortable and tables are available for your choosing. The Menu also offers a variety of soups and chili.

Absolutely delicious! First time here and won't be the last. I ordered the homemade asparagus soup and the steak Gorgonzola basalmic mushroom salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even down to the dressings. I got balsamic and also salsa ranch. 10/10. The service was also lovely.

I had an appointment out out this way and was SO excited that poppyseed was close by. This place is the perfect place for an authentic lunch/ dinner. Everything tastes homemade and like they take their time with making it. To start off my meal I got their creamy cheesy pumpkin soup. I liked it a lot👌🏼 it wasn’t too overly pumpkin or cheese forward. The perfect balance. They’re very accommodating to requests too. They have a salad called “April Showers” made with goat cheese, mandarin oranges, crasins, red onion, spinach, and grilled chicken. I asked if it can be made into a wrap and then were able to accommodate my request. It came with homemade chips that are absolutely delicious as well. There specials are so unique and not something you can find anywhere. One that really intrigued me was “when pigs fly”. I will definitely be back again to try that. Love it here. It’s the perfect cozy spot. The staff is super friendly as well ☺️

The food is always good. But I ordered a chicken entree that didn't come with the chicken. The chicken artichoke 4 cheese pasta. I'm sure they would have brought me the chicken, but I never complain to the people making my food.

I ordered pickup and was pleased that everything was warm and fresh. I loved the food, although I was hoping for a little more flavor in the pesto on the chicken sandwich that I ordered. Regardless, I think the sandwich was pretty satisfying and I'll be returning in the future.

A good lunch spot - convenient location. Surprisingly nice selection for vegetarians!!! Quality food. Good service. A little bit noisy.

Cute lunch and dinner place. Tucked in the shopping plaza. We had their smash burger and the Delilah vege. Both was completely different in taste but both were incredible. The smash burger was massive and everything you'd hope for between a Costanza roll. As for the Delilah vege, it was refreshing, light, and still flavorful. The only thing I'd add is dipping it in a basalmic dressing because I'm a dipper lol French fries were cooked perfect. Reasonably priced. They do offer beer and wine as well. If looking for dinner, dinner options are not available until after 3 or 4pm I believe.

Had ordered the Pokemon bowl salad. Dryest and saddest salad I have ever had. Barely any seasoning or taste. At least provide teriyaki, eel or spicy mayo sauce with it. The Kale and rice without seasoning is punishment to eat. Lmao. Should have gone with something safer like a sandwich. Typically like their food.
