Came in with our 5 kids right at noon. Everything was fresh, staff was extremely friendly and fast. I rarely give reviews to fast food, because if you're grabbing fast food you probably will regardless, but they are great!

The Subway in Buna is AWESOME! When I'm driving to the lake I always stop there and get a BMT sub! They always take their time and make it "right"! It's put together with attention to detail! They look just like they do on the commercials! A rarity in todays fast food world!

To be a gas station restraunt they are fast it's clean and the people are friendly no complaints and tip Everytime need more food in this town maybe expand the menu Valero across the street runs a full kitchen all the time because food is what we're lacking n they always have business always need help

Don't know how well stock they keep themselves but they were out of stock on a lot of items I don't really care for the company policy they won't cook or make cookies but so many times during the week day I think they need to make it more than twice a day

I came here the other day for lunch and it was good service was friendly I came today my sub has hardly anything on it and the girl that waited on me had a very deadpan attitude.

This place was terrible one lady had her mask in under her chin and kept coughing and sneezing the whole time. The other had an attitude the whole time. The service was terrible. They both seemed like they hated their jobs and did not want to he there. You guys need to find people who want to work. Because these two did not and neither had on their mask properly. Corporate needs to do something about this. It was inappropriate and disgusting.

Walked in and witnessed one of the employees making Italian herb and cheese bread and scooping out cheese with his hands with no gloves on to put on top of the bread. I immediately walked out without buying anything.

Need to learn health rules. Make employees wear gloves. Don’t let employees vape in store. I been told a lot of stuff from a employee from this store. Stop going awhile back after hear all gross things that go on inside this store.

Worst subway in southeast Texas. Out of sweet tea by 6 in the evening, not once but all the time. Heated my bread in the microwave and it tasted like rubber. I just wanted my meat heated. The toaster was broken. Mainly just boils down to laziness!

Very terrible service ! The two young lady’s that waited on me at the end of the evening before closing were very rude make faces and being rude until I asked them if they had a problem and didn’t want to serve me . Then quickly made accusations on me because I called them out . It had been a very long day for my husband and I in the woods we hadn’t eaten or drank anything all day and were just wanting to order a couple sandwiches when I had come in . I had given them the chance to allow me to not spend my money there and go somewhere else. They had already put up most of the stuff to make sandwiches and told me they were out of half of everything. I was hungry so just told them to put what they had on it . I will not be returning to this location ever again. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way or have slandering accusations made about me . So very sad .

The store never opens on time usually within a 30-1hour time gap from when it says it opens and the rude service and never having enough ingredients for half of the stuff you want the lettuce is never fresh and they handle your food with the worst care I’ve ever seen
