I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wingstop, and I was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food! The staff, particularly Jovanny, were friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was top-notch. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. The wings are good. Nothing to complain about. But one of the employees ask me to wear a mask when I ask him for an extra tray or he won’t be giving it to me. Okay, fascist mask mandate (which isn’t scientific)… there are signs, too. Fine, I can compromise as its not a place to protest as much as I disagree with it, but if you want to virtual signal and try very hard to be scientific about it, your mask should be covering your nose, too. 4 star is strictly for the wings, the employees aren’t working for tip so I won’t deduct a star because of that.

Wings here are alway good. Plenty of variety in the flavors and good sides round out the meal. Definitely want to take advantage of the online ordering. Lots of people coming and going, so in-store orders are gonna have a wait ahead of them.

Due to the amount of take our orders from online, the speed of service suffers for a walk in customer. I did try the Asian Barbecue and garlic parmesan. They were EXCELLENT, so the food slows still delish. A more customer oriented position needs to take precedent over online orders. I probably will not return again.

I love Wingstop and I'm a loyal customer but lately the food is already cold when we pick it up. If the wait time says 15 mins get there in 5 and wait better to wait than have cold wings. The habanero wings are the absolute best and the Cajun corn is delicious.

Average Wingstop. Bathrooms are okay, need to be in better condition really, but functional, though was out of soap. Oh, and water is ice cold, makes me wonder if there is no heat to those sinks, and how clean is this place then really? Food is fine, as would expect. Seating and parking are all accessible.

Low rating do to waiting time. I work at a restaurant and we do wings and fries and 8+ different dishes. So I really do not see what the problem is aside from busy. Maybe lack of enthus motivation or leadership. Whatever it is, manager I am paying the price. One order of boneless wings and a soda 30+ minutes wait on 2 different occasions. I am not exaggerating, wish I was. Now tasting wise is a 7/10. Sauce was BBQ Wich is hard to mess up. The boneless wings were small maybe my luck or that's just the way it is. Friendly cashier people none the less.

Very slow service. I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone bothered to acknowledge me. Wings were good, nothing special. Too much sauce me thinks. All of the tables inside the restaurant were dirty. The people working there seemed miserable. Bad energy in this place. I had wanted to try this place for a long time. Not likely to return.

New to the area and wanted to try a new place and so I dropped in to the Wingstop on Glendale Ave. The people working there were really nice and my order came up really fast which was great. Unfortunately when I got home with my food I found that two of the three flavors I got didn't have much on them. I got the lemon pepper which was really bland, the garlic parm had no garlic and very littler parm so again didn't have very much flavor, I also tried the original which is meant to be buffalo, they were okay but not very much spice. I truly hope this is not the norm and that maybe they were busy, but for my first time it just wasn't worth it.

This review is for service. We walked in and there was no one in line, yet it took over 20 minutes tp receive our order. The whole extra 10 minutes we were waiting, the food was already waiting. The young male employee decided to dust the pictures while the food was on the counter. Meanwhile, customers who came in after and ordered after us, recieved their order before us. When I asked him about it, he shrugged his shoulders and said that everything should be in there. He did not check the bag or anything.

This store is my closest place, I have been making orders for years and this day I made an order for 75 wings, and having the order at home we were short of 15 wings. I called the store with Robert and his response was "I can't solve it for you, I have to check the cameras". I am completely disappointed in the way to solve it, I paid $140.

Fries and wings were extremely cold even though I showed up at the time they said the food would be ready. I bought it for my mom because she'd just returned from Europe. She wasn't very happy. You guys have to do much better at this location.

Idk what’s going on over there, it’s like backwards day every day.

I have tried wings so many places, even wingstop different vranches are better than this one Wait time is crazy, the noise inside makes you sick, staff unpolite and acs like as if you owe them money Now lets talk food: personally its not good, Always comes suoer oily and the chicken they use is low grade ones. Not reccomded Instead i took my girl to Lucys pizza across the street to eat pasta and burger and we we surprised by the top quality of it, they also have chicken wings btw, but we will give it a try next time

Absolutely disgusting the way this place operates, the worker giovanni was the most inhumane person ever, my brother walked to the drink machine to get water and he came around the corner and started accusing him of taking soda instead of water with an aggressive demeanor, continuing to take the cup out of his hands and shouting “you will never come back to this location again.” disgusting attitude, they are lucky that i am not pressing charges and taking this further than that

After a couple of disappointing dining experiences I am not returning to this Wing Stop. Their wings are just of dismal quality and size. The wings are not meaty and cooked to death. They are too dry and hard to eat. Wing jerky anyone? I order to go and there is nothing more disappointing that when you open your bags there are no napkins to be had unless you remember to pick some. They don't offer ketchup for fries unless you ask and the ketchup is a no brand watery stuff that's not worth asking for. The prices for 10 wings combo is over $12.00 with tax but definitely not worth it. The wings that 7-11 sells are of much better quality and meatier than this. This is a place to avoid sorry to say. I wanted to love this place but due the poor quality of the wings and the overcooking it is simply not worth it.

Astonishingly overpriced. Service sucks, food is subar for the $14 it costs for an janky ass 8 piece. Wasn't a clean table in sight and no one attending the trash laden dining area. I god damn love hot wings but, this place has just gotten worse and worse yet, it's more expensive than ever. How ever the hell that works. Top all this off with an EIGHTEEN minute wait. For 8 wings. Don't they have like 10 deep fryers back there? I'll stay going to Hot Wings Cafe from now on.

Very bad customer service! My order was online and she was rude because my name didn't show on the mobile order. But my order confirmation is all she needed. I'll just continue going to my usual wing stop and never back to this one! And it wasn't just to me, there was another customer that they didn't want to give him his order either. You need better customer service!

I just picked up two orders or 20-pc boneless meal deal. The guy who took my order was rude and the rest of them. No greeting or anything. All ghetto and stare at you like you did something wrong to them. No customer service at all as in zero. The place smells bad too. Like body odor. Not coming back here ever. Not recommended.

When confronted he told us to not come back to this location if we don’t like the way they operate, I expected more from wing stop, absolutely unbelievable!

I'm a regular customer through wing stop app and walk in also. I as always ordered well done (extra cooking time) and app told me to wait 25 min. After 25 min it says it is ready for pickup I went inside they said it is not ready and I have to wait. Ok I waited 10 more min not a big deal but when they handed my order to me and I went home for dinner I discovered that wings are not cooked well and still raw and smelled like raw chicken. This is just disgusting. I'm using this location for years and never received this kind of weird service.

If I had the option to put no starts I would. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday to have some wings with each of our sisters and we all got food poisoning from this place!!! Stay away!! It was the most horrendous thing we have ever experienced

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location. The customer service there is horrible. They don’t listen. I have had to repeat the most basic of things multiple times before it lands. Listening is the most critical part of customer service. They botched an order. I ordered ten wings of one flavor and five of another. I received five and five. When i finally reached an individual that identified himself as the manager, he stopped just short of calling me a liar saying he had prepared my order personally. Not a good move. This breaks all the rules. It’s a sure way to make absolutely certain I won’t be ordering from there again. After everything was said, in a plaintive and flat rude. What type of mindset does one have to have to think someone would try to beat someone out five wings. At the very least he should have offered an apology for the order being mishandled. He did not. The franchisee and corporate need to take a hard look at the people that run that location. At the very least the all need to be properly trained as they clearly haven’t been. Oddly enough, I have been to multiple locations aside from this one. Service at other locations has been by comparison exemplary. This location is an absolute no go.

If I wanted oily wings I would of asked for it! Corn is burnt with no flavor. Fries are undercooked with heavy seasoning. Never gave me my ranch dippings. All this took 40 minutes to receive. FOOD IS TRASH!!! Do better Wing Stop #620!!

I get home to open my Buffalo Ranch fries. I’m confused why there’s barely a drop of a ranch. It literally feels like they just threw them in here with whatever left over sauce they had… how rude and odd.
