Amazing experience!!! I came in around 8:45pm. The young lady that made my burrito asked how my day was, and it was a long day at the hospital. She asked for my wife’s name so she could pray for her tonight! What an amazing young woman! And a great way to end my evening!
I stopped by and saw one young man (I believe his name was Diego) handling the front line all by himself—and he was awesome! He was stocking the line, taking orders, working the register, and still managed to greet everyone with a smile. Even while it was busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Big props to him for his hard work and great attitude. Keep it up!
I always get pick up through the drive through. I feel like they always short me on carnitas, there’s only ever a few bites worth. Also, I usually ask for extra rice and veggies. I feel like I never get it. I always tip in hopes to get a good bowl. It’s always just mid. Also, I just got the brownest most tasteless guac of my life. :( It’s too expensive to do me like that 😭
I love chipotle but had a bad experience with this store. Food tasted off but not necessarily bad. Store was dirty and they were playing inappropriate music in the kitchen that was not good for my son to hear. Don’t think I will come back to this location
Frequent traveler and eat at many chipotles. This one had quality food, but very low quantity of food. The staff you could tell were taught to carefully spoon the ingredients in the bowl to do the bare minimum. Even dumped some ingredients off the side of the spoon. Purchased double meat to fill the bowl up a little bit. For 27$ was not worth cost, corporate will never understand that it’s better to make a little from every sale rather than get rich from high prices with minimal product given. See this at more and more locations.
I've been visiting this Chipotle location for over a year and, up until now, had no major issues. However, my recent visit was notably disappointing. The portion sizes have clearly diminished, yet the price remains at $10.28. While I understand inflation and supply concerns, this location in particular seems to be serving significantly less than other Chipotle branches—effectively delivering less value for the same cost—but to add insult to injury, I was served the bottom scraps of the beans and rice. The portions were clearly lacking, and yet the server made no effort to replenish them or offer a proper serving. It's difficult not to feel that customers are being shortchanged. This kind of inconsistency undermines trust in the brand and sets a poor standard for what should be a uniform dining experience across all locations.
My 2nd time coming to this location and I will tell you it’s always an adventure! 1st I stood in line for about 5min while all the workers had their heads down! 2nd you can see in my video the condition of the dirty bowl! 3rd the employee didn’t speak to me nor was he friendly. While he was serving me he made my bowl sloppy and barely with toppings! 4th I ordered a VEGGIE BOWL with queso on the side and I found a huge piece of steak at the bottom! Check exhibit #2! The service sucks and the food isn’t served properly! If you are going to be prejudice at least make sure the food is proper! I will NEVER EVER RETURN!
I’ve came to this location three times now and I’m paying for a bowl and if I’m asking for something that I’m paying for just give me when I’m asking for you wanna give me portions like I’m two years old 12 pieces of steak for this big bowl I’m paying for extra steak and you don’t even give it to me. Come out that is Xtrra. No, it’s not. I don’t like this location. I will never visit this location ever again. This location is very very disappointing $18 for steak bowl is ridiculous and then they don’t even wanna give you what you ask for and then they pinch the cheese. I’m not eating a taco. Horrible location
There meat serving size is extremely small, anything other than rice and beans they barely give you anything.
This Chipotle is so disappointing. I have used the drive thru several and it’s the worse. Today was the last straw. The bowl was half full and as far as I can see I had no meat. I had to go all the way back up to the store to return it because I just didn’t want it anymore. It was just one of those days I really needed my order to be right 😩
This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. When I walked in to place my order, I asked for extra rice and didn’t receive it. Then, when choosing my protein, I ordered Carne Asada but only got what amounted to about two bites of meat. Moving on to the veggies, I was given more lettuce than rice, which made the bowl completely unbalanced. For the price I’m paying, I expect a fair portion and quality that matches Chipotle’s usual standard. Unfortunately, the bowl I received today did not meet those expectations at all. Very disappointed.
Horrible customer service. The employee Veda however her name is spelled was especially rude and forgot to give me my sides that i ended up paying extra for. I tried calling and spoke to the manager who then questioned me and said he’d check the cameras to see if she really forgot my sides, said he’d call me back but never did. I didn’t expect the manager himself to give rude service on top of this all but he was just as rude questioning me, making it seem as if i’m a liar. Don’t go here unless you want to have horrible service, get charged extra and ripped off. Won’t be returning.
Customer service issues at your Burleson store. I arrived at your store around 9 PM and waited in line. When it was my turn, a young Hispanic female staff member inadvertently skipped over me. I completely understand that she was in a rush and may not have seen me. However, when I raised my hand and said, "I think you missed me," she rolled her eyes and responded, "Okay, what can I get you?" She then turned to the other customer and apologized while giving me a look that felt quite hostile. When she took my order, she seemed annoyed. Every time I asked for a topping, she responded with, "Is that it?" which made me feel pressured to rush through my order to leave the situation. I'm still parked outside, writing this complaint because I'm unsure if I want to order what I originally came for.
ive bought 2 times from here both times spending $25. both times i have been given 1/2 of everything. my bowl has been empty both times like a toddler portion size and my chip bag has been a very small handful from a LARGE order of chips and queso. also they was stale so - points for that to. yall get a lot of complaints about this yet wont fix it? time to close or get new management
There were two young women at the front preparing the food. While the one woman began to prepare my bowl, she served tiny portions, and when I asked for more the two women began to get an attitude towards me, When I was checking out I asked the second woman if she was going to say “Thank you” She got even ruder than the from the beginning of the service. What is going on with the food portions?!? Those two women acted like they owned the store.
After a year or so of not ordering from this store I decided to give it one more try and AGAIN I am disappointed. It looked sooo good until I’m eating and more than half of my rice is very hard!!!!! Idk what it is about this store but from jump they have screwed up every order I’ve had. I’m sooo mad, I get a short time for lunch and really wanted some Chipotle. I guess this time I’m done. Who do yall have working there? The rice 🍚 should not be hard to cook or hard for that matter. I just paid $20 for one thing and no drink. This is not ok. PLEASE DO BETTER
Never been to a Chipotle and mentioned that to the lady when asked what I would like. Prices are low but you don’t get much food. My bowl was small and I didn’t know you have to ask for chips. You would think someone would help navigate the process for a first timer. The manager was at a table doing a line check book or some other thing. I won’t be back.
I ordered a burrito bowl and all they gave me was the chicken and still charged me over $12. They will not refund me, I know a scoop of chicken is probably $5 but was charged as if I got what I was advertised, do not order from here unless you want them to steal your money and not give you what you paid for. Accidents happen but the refusal to fix the issue after even admitting they did infect make this mistake is not okay.
Chipotle steals your money. I ordered double chicken and only got 4oz! according to several articles chipotle serving size is 4oz. Chipotle employees are always extremely light handed. This location as well had never made my order correctly or worked quickly. Annoyed that I paid extra for nothing and probably not going to get my money back.
