So I ordered the Caniac combo in the drive thru and that’s 6 chicken strips dbl fries and then an extra piece of toast. I checked my bag seen the dbl fries a stack of tenders and the extra slice of toast. This is plenty for me and my girl to split. Well as I was separating I realized a tender was missing so I called the location (Burleson ) and explained the situation and that I would be back up there to make right. The manager (evening shift) without any discussion brought me the tender that was missing as well as an entire Caniac combo. As always the food was great , but to see how they went above and beyond to make it right has earned my respect. And I hope that the other workers managed by this gentleman pick up the morale of this action by their manager and use in their everyday life. Much respect and appreciation to Canes and to a good mentor for our younger generations entering the work force. Hats off!!

Drinks are filled properly and the sweet tea is always fresh. Cane’s sauce is the star, but the portions never quite match how much you want to use. I always end up asking for extra, and while it usually costs a little more, it’s worth it. The box combo has become a reliable go-to, filling without being overcomplicated. This location feels clean and maintained, both inside and out. The drive-thru lanes are easy to navigate, which is helpful when the rush is on. Pricing has crept up over the years, but you know what you’re getting, and the quality has held steady. Overall, this Cane’s delivers what the brand promises: simple menu, great chicken, and dependable service.

Very friendly staff. A young worker came by twice to check if she could throw away our trash for us. Which, being a mom to two very young kids, helped so much. The manager also came around to every table to check on their experience. He made sure that the experience was hospitable and friendly. The restrooms were clean and no trash on the floor. I was very impressed overall. This is coming from a girl who growing up, frequented the OG Canes on LSU campus. Way to go, management and staff!

The food is always fresh and the tea is always sweet! One of the best locations I’ve been to with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and clean eating area. I also like how they have the booster options for the booths instead of just the baby chairs. The kids meals come with a lot of food. And the caniac combo is enough to share.

First time at this location! It was fast, hot and tasted great!! Can we please order food without a drink included? I can't drink from fountains because of a food allergy. The chicken fingers were good. The batter or flour mixture is not very crispy but the chicken is juicy and delicious. The crinkle cut fries were hot & crisp. The "canes" sauce for the chicken fingers is not very flavorful but they do have "Louisiana hot sauce" packets.

One worker there was yelling "when I go out to eat I park somewhere and ask what everyone wants, then I go up to the speaker so no one has to wait on me!!!" Loud, very very loud. It literally caught me so off guard I turned to my bf, and me and him have both worked fast food, retail, and warehouses. Never have we acted like that lol. Btw we maybe took an extra 5 secs to figure it out cuz I just asked him what he wanted and he told m, I said it to the speaker and then said my order. There were no other cars there tho so ik it was about us. Just a weird, off-brand time I just experienced there.

Keynes has good chicken. Those tinders are very tender, and they're huge, but they only have one sauce and to me. If I'm gonna have to have chicken strips, hmm, a choice. I don't want just one. It's kind of got a tomato base flavor I'm not sure exactly what all's in there, but I can definitely Taste the tomato base to it. So that's not really my thing. That's my only complaint about canes. They lack choice and uh, their menu is limited. What they sell, it's good, big and tasty. So that's why I've given it four stars, because sometimes I want honey, mustard. Sorry guys, that sauce y'all have is good, but it's not that good. And let's put a little garlic on that toast stuff that you sell, that would make excellent garlic toast in my Italian opinion. I'm somewhat of a new customer. I've eaten there twice now. It's been good both times this thing they have called the Caniac, is basically for 2 people. One person shouldn't eat all that. Since my doctor told me to watch my cholesterol, I probably won't be going there for a while!

I’m not sure what’s been happening lately, but when I specifically order extra extra crispy tenders, I expect them to be crispy, not soggy with just a hint of fried. On top of that, I only received a small portion of fries. When I requested a refund, I was told I should have asked them to add an extra minute to the fry time. Since when is that the customer’s responsibility? It feels like you’re making excuses and shortchanging customers who spend their hard-earned money.
