Everywhere else, if I ask for less rice, they will always fill my bowl or plate with rice. I feel respected as a client here. The staff is also mostly smiling and welcoming, and their food tastes great.

Had great customer service! I’m a little picky about large orange chicken pieces but I had someone who was very understanding and made sure to get me smaller pieces. I’m so grateful for that!

For a quick bite/fast food restaurant, Panda Express (Burlingame and Foster City locations) has been an excellent go-to in a time crunch and yet still seeking a good quality meal The quality and preparation of the food has remained high despite COVID and inflation and yet prices are still a value. I appreciate that the food comes out pretty quickly, is piping hot and even with long lines during peak hours, I get in and out shortly. AND the staff have been consistently friendly and appear to work hard to ensure the customer requests are addressed.

Panda express is usually good food. Just sucks waiting while they're making food cause they don't prepare themselves by noticing when they start to get low and end up having to make more right as they run out... otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.

Their food improved a bit over the past few years, at least at this location. It's fast food, so keep your expectations in check. Otherwise a decent place for a quick bite.

Fast and friendly service, but avoid the lunch rush as the line gets really long. The food is consistent quality, but they frequently run out of things and say "it will only be 3 more minutes" until an item is refilled when it is always much longer.

It's a good Panda Express, what more it there to say? Service is usually fast, people are decently friendly even while dealing with rude customers (please don't take this as an invitation, they get enough of it already), and the food is always fresh because of the high customer volume.

I like it. I’ve eaten lunch there several times and no complaints. It’s clean, they’re fast and not overly effusive but not sourpusses either. I usually get mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken and steamed white rice. They haven’t screwed up yet

The foot have a bad flavor.. And bad service ..looks the picture small box is just the half ..

Do you really need a Panda Express review? Maybe not for the food. But these guys took my family in at closing time, made fresh food for us, then allowed us to dine-in, even though I'm sure they wanted to close. Top-notch customer service- exactly what we needed and when we needed it.

Clean, friendly, free parking at rear entrance, parking meters on the street at the front entrance. We arrived near closing time, but the staff made a fresh batch of orange chicken for us since they were low. Enjoyed my meal very much. A great place for a quick bite at a reasonable price.

Their quality and service is not standard, depend what store or what city you go to. Sometimes is good, sometimes is bad, like the food has no taste or looks old. The one that we went was the one at Burlingame. The taste was really good but the portion is so small and the staff was not friendly at all.

Never had any problems until yesterday when I got food poisoning from the premium “Wok” shrimp which tasted great but not worth throwing up all day for.

Food is the same as any other Panda Express. It gets cold every time someone opens the door. If line gets too long, you will have people staring at you while you eat.

Employees are fast, nice and courteous. The God awful music they play is extremely annoying. At the ridiculously high volume you can't hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation with anybody.

Their food is consistently good but their portion sizes could be way better. The server made it look like she was filling up the tray with a lot of food by grabbing what seemed to be a big scoop only to remove 40% of it after initially placing it inside 🤦‍♂️

I came in for lunch and ordered some white rice and i was about to start eating then i saw something black and it turns out it was rat feces! At first i thought it was burnt even though it's steamed rice but i grabbed it with a napkin, squished it and it was green and smelly , Very disgusting will never be coming back here again. They should be more careful with their food

This was a bitter experience, food was great, but when leaving we forgot our shopping bag from my stetician with an expensive item inside, When I went back asking if some one turn it in, they said in confusing words that they saw it or had it but was not there any more. That made feel sad.

Terrible service. Employees show almost no effort in being time efficient. Unreliable and worst Panda Express in peninsula. Either needs new employees or more employees so that it doesn’t take 45 minutes to get an order.

Rude employees. Just because your restaurant gets busy doesn't mean you need to have an attitude with me I'm just here to order my food. The guy that served us sighed and rolled his eyes when i wanted to add another order. If you don't want to work somewhere you don't have to!

The cashier Henry seemed a little over worked, but we can deal wirh that no problem being in the restaurant and food Business for 32 years I tell you what really I can't deal with; leaky food containers that spilled all over your car. I know they are not using Styrofoam (big kudos) but there are many different Biodegradable containers they can use or even customize to their chains, containers that the lid will lock in place avoiding spillage. Very unhappy.

I've been to at least 5 different pandas, but this single and sole location is the ONLY one I will Not return to. I've given this particular place of business multiple tries, yet everytime all the ingredients taste old and always make me food sick. I love panda express but this location is not of the same quality I've come to love. Staff are amazing polite and quick, yet it tastes like they are just getting bad/Old ingredients.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! i placed an order online and my co-worker was picking it up for me. she couldn’t find my order and an employee said it was already picked up. they claim someone had come in, showed their receipt and somehow the name was the same as mine. my co-worker confirmed that was not the case and instead of acknowledging that there was probably a misunderstanding and an error, they were rude and gave her a difficult time. they said i needed to come in an pick up the order and they wouldn’t remake it. online orders have phone numbers to reach out to me and check, but they weren’t willing to take that step. so, i drove over there and asked to speak to a manager. MON is the name of the manager who was completely rude and unwilling to understand that although the order was made (which may could’ve been tampered with), the issue was the blame his employees and he placed on us for their error and not accepting that the incorrect person walked away with the wrong order. he asked what i’d like to do and i asked for a refund. before giving me the money, he took a photo of my driver’s license and handed me $20 cash. putting this in writing in case this becomes a legal issue. do not go here. the employees are completely rude and incompetent.

Terrible service. Cooks unaware of empty food items,; then after waiting on fresh chow mein and prawns, the servers filled newer orders while leaving us waiting. I had to finally say something because our empty trays were just sitting there in front of them. But the guy didnt say a word to his coworkers. People working there seemed like. Skeleton crew, very inexperienced.

I placed an order ahead of time , order said go to register and “say mobile order for ___”. Order was for my brother and it said it would be ready at 12:10. My brother arrived and was told no order was found for him, he called me and I tried calling the store to let them know we did place an order and it had given me a conf #. My brother was told no order was in the system and they ignored him completely. After multiple attempts to get their attention I told my brother to check the cart with the mobile orders and look for his name. He was able to find the food then. 30 mins of being ignored. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a teriyaki bowl and I thought it was going to be good but it wasn't. The white rice was hard, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way, I asked for teriyaki sauce but got sweet and sour sauce instead. I wasted my money & my lunch break, I will NEVER eat at this panda express again

If you like to wait while employees are too busy talking to each other to do their job then this is the place is for you. Came in right when they opened and ordered orange chicken. The orange chicken was not fresh at all, they use the food from the day before and just warm it up. I could tell because the chicken was crunchy and not soft.
