Siamo stati in questo "locale" per una cena natalizia tra colleghi, oltre 30 persone. Il locale idoneo ad accogliere tante persone, il servizio buono, con cameriera molto preparata e disponibile. Sul cibo purtroppo non pienamente soddisfatti. Antipasto salato, primi discreti e secondo buono ma troppo ridotto. Vino della casa non piaciuto. Capita a tutti una serata negativa. Il locale non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative nonostante le precedenti recensioni fossero buone. Eravamo in due e quando siamo arrivati il posto era vuoto. Ci sediamo e ordiniamo 2 spaghetti alle vongole (fuori menu del giorno). Dopo 10 minuti ci viene detto che le vongole erano finite il giorno prima. Cambiamo scelta e prendiamo il fritto misto che era mangiabile ma di certo non valeva 18 euro x qta e sapore. In definitiva un pranzo in settimana x 2 a 54 euro con vino sfuso e caffè l'ho trovato eccessivo.

Review We ate at this restaurant this evening... well-kept and clean. There were 16 of us adults and 10 children, with a playroom reserved for us for the whole evening at a cost of €80. Flexibility is not a characteristic of this restaurant. Adults with an aperitif and a small beer (not optional, since they brought them without asking if anyone wanted a soft drink instead of beer, so we ended up with four small beers to share, and those who didn't drink beer had to waste the token for the pizza round on the aperitif drink) + pizza round with a bottled beer (only Heineken, otherwise you had to pay for it) or soft drink or water + dessert pizza with Nutella and limoncello (also not interchangeable with other bitters), coffee not included (it cost €1.80), all for €30 (good price)... Child with pizza, soft drink and mini ice cream €18 (so-so price, but that's okay). The pizzas (a little bland) came out all at once, five of each type. They placed the plate with the pizza divided into eight slices in the middle of the table, and everyone took what they wanted. But since we were already quite full from the appetizer of fried gnocco and sliced salami, after the first five ham pizzas to share, I went to ask them to bring fewer, but they told me the pizza chef had already put six more in the oven, so we had to take those. Since you had to pay €4 for each slice of pizza left over, I didn't think it was very fair to prepare the pizzas before asking if we were ready or not. The staff was very cold... As per the rules, you pay for the extra drinks immediately upon delivery to your table. We had about two pizzas left over (estimated cost €32 each, considering we should have paid €4 per slice), which they put in take-out boxes and, under the pretext of not charging us for the remaining slices (a fair compromise), they charged us an extra €4 for packing the boxes… I'm giving it 2 stars because the kids' area (reserved for us for €80 for the whole evening) was very convenient. I think it wasn't a coincidence that we found a place for 26 people at a restaurant on the evening of Carnival and Women's Day just a week earlier… I don't think I'll go back.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering it was Christmas lunch. It was cold inside, which was definitely not pleasant for such a day. We spent €60 per person for service and quality that were disappointing. The lasagna was cold, the vol-au-vents mediocre, the roast beef overcooked and dry. The sea bass was average, with no particular positives. The cured meat appetizers were excellent, and indeed, they were good, as was the wine, which was one of the few positives. I also found the service inattentive, superficial, and inefficient. We had to specify several times during dinner that someone with celiac disease had already been noted at the time of booking. Overall, poor value for money and a Christmas lunch that didn't meet expectations. I wouldn't return.

I order a first course with mushrooms, then octopus with mashed potatoes. My companion orders a grilled dish, but instead of a first course, I get a sliced ​​steak with mushrooms. The lady who served us asks me if I need a sorbet for the octopus. I reiterate to the lady that I can't have two main courses. I eat the sliced ​​steak, obviously I almost left everything. My companion's grilled dish arrives raw, the chicken cold, and raw. We reported it, but Mrs. Gessica says that if the chicken is tall, it doesn't have time to heat up, and the customer arrives cold. She says it's all normal. It's a shame that they charged the entire price, that is, €50.50. I recommend anyone who wants to eat at this restaurant, and I've asked them not to go and change restaurants. However, their question: "Was everything okay?" I had a very bad experience at this restaurant... tasteless pizzas, appetizers sadder than a company cafeteria, and very little courtesy or flexibility from the management. The waiters were unsmiling, unprofessional, and very inattentive. If you don't know how to handle yourself, either in the kitchen or with people, change your career!! I also read that the owner "threatens" to sue customers who leave negative reviews... places like this can only scare customers away and leave them even emptier. I'll respond to the manager... we didn't take any revenge, we simply ate poorly and were treated even worse, so you should just take note of this legitimate opinion.
