I bought two gastronomic panettone cakes for Christmas. There are no words to describe the quality and the divine blend of flavors. I think I know a thing or two about quality, and the greatest satisfaction was seeing my guests appreciate and praise the quality and exquisite flavor of these two gastronomic "sculptures." A five-star rating for Martina is an understatement after experiencing the quality of the blend of flavors and ingredients. It's not the first gastronomic panettone I've ever had, but it's certainly the best I've ever tasted, both by myself and my invited friends. I can only add that, for anyone still unsure where to choose their next gastronomic panettone, head to Pâtisserie Tonetti! Happy New Year to everyone!

Fabulous cake!!! I ordered two cakes from this pastry shop and they were completely different. I've never tasted such a delicious cake before. The ingredients used were very fresh and high-quality. I recently hosted my graduation party at this venue and the experience was exceptional! The venue is modern and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive. I especially thank Martina for her dedication and attention to detail, which helped make the evening truly special. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. Martyyyyyy, super top!! Fantastic, fresh, and delicious brioches... assorted flavors, lots of creativity and innovation... excellent quality. The same goes for the appetizers, super quality, lots of unique and delicious little things... the price is good, in line with what they offer. For those who say it's expensive or lacks quality... they're either used to eating from crappy supermarkets... or they haven't been to restaurants in ages and don't know how much they charge. Martyyyyyy, I knew you were good, but you've outdone yourself. Keep it up!

A place that alternates between (limited) pastries, (interesting) aperitifs, and private events. As for the pastries, they're quite limited. The brioches are large but not filled; the setting is unique, but could use some attention. The staff is friendly. A place with a lot of potential, but it's underutilized.

You call repeatedly and they don't answer, you message them on WhatsApp, and the only response is "we're closed that day," without offering an alternative date. If a good morning is a good sign, it's best to avoid. It's a shame that the drink at this place was given to me by a loved one. Update: After posting this review, I received two calls and the message "Excuse me, but what do you want from us?" Reading other reviews, I don't think I'm the problem.

I loved this place... but today will be my last. On Monday I went with some colleagues (I always bring people!!) and it took forever to get served (there were 4 of us, not 20). By 9:30, the vegan and whole-wheat croissants were sold out. I'm back today, December 24th, at 10:00. The place is deserted. 2 croissants on the counter. She says: "I'll make them fresh for you if you wait 5 minutes." I wait 20 minutes and meanwhile I hear frantic screaming from the kitchen and people purposely breaking things (I understand that arguments happen in families... but damn... you're a public place... you scare people away!!) Finally, the croissants arrive... the one from the counter!!! I say: "Sorry, but this is the one from the counter, I was waiting for a warm one..." She says, "OK," annoyed... goes back to the bar and SLASHES everything in the sink. I'll never, ever go back!!!

We chose to celebrate an important event at this venue. We'd never been there before, but we were won over by the owner's proactive approach and flexible hours. Unfortunately, we found ourselves faced with pure disorganization: the tables hadn't been numbered (guests had to wait until we arrived to find out where to sit), for more than 50 guests, there were only two waitresses serving other tables (one of them, instead of serving us, was taking photos of guests at other tables...), they didn't even know what the day's menu included, and they didn't even bother to service our tables (there was simply no attention to changing empty bottles or clearing empty plates). The appetizers were served within two hours, which delayed the entire menu, causing us to sit for a long time without eating anything, and ultimately ending the evening very late. I spent half the evening chasing the waitresses to ask about the progress of the service and to ask them to do their jobs—a truly surreal situation. The owner with whom we'd arranged everything arrived hours later, using the excuse of a second catering service to try to patch up the disastrous situation, which, unfortunately, was now almost beyond repair (why make another commitment when your venue is hosting an event whose details only you know, and you don't have the staff to handle it in your absence?). I don't think we'll return, but we'll be left with the regret of a party ruined by seriously poor service.

A few days ago, I was thinking of celebrating my birthday. I booked at the restaurant 1 month in advance to make sure there was room... I asked for a menu appropriate to our needs.... after several requests from me to make the menu and cake, the owner was not available for three weeks... (I'm exaggerating a bit) on the evening of the birthday, no room as agreed, dirty and written tables, children fasting... (frittini wanted to give him spicy onion), cake without a birthday number and without writing, (bare) dirty place... given the way she treated us, I don't think I'll set foot in there again....

From the outside, it looks like a really welcoming pastry shop, so we decide to stop by for a Sunday evening aperitivo. Given the warm evening, we ask to sit in the back garden. As we sit, we notice that the tables are a bit dirty and the place looks decidedly shabby. The very kind brunette lady comes to ask for our order, and after a long wait, the cocktails arrive... that's fine. It's a shame, though, about the platter, for which we wait another good half hour. Tired of fighting mosquitoes, we head to the register, and the guy at the register, sweating like a monk, tells us that the POS isn't working, clearly embarrassing us. Perhaps the POS information was supposed to be provided in advance...? In any case, it doesn't matter; after a moment of impasse, we managed to pay in cash. They'll definitely never see us again.
