I loved the restaurant's atmosphere; it's very pleasant and spacious, with a large layout. The food is delicious, especially the chicharrón memelas. However, the service was a bit slow, especially upstairs, where there were only two servers serving more than 20 people. I think the restaurant would be better off hiring more staff to improve service.

Desafortunadamente la carne muy dura, tardo mucho en llegar, las memelas prácticamente eran unas tortillas sin nada, el caldo de gallina tibio y la pieza de pollo muy muy pequeña. Prácticamente una pechuga la partieron en 6 piezas o sea 1/6 de pechuga de pollo.

I understand it's a grilled meat restaurant, but a more varied menu wouldn't hurt for families with children or other guests. Not to mention they didn't have a full grill; they were missing meats like tripe and udder. The waiters are somewhat friendly, but they lack charisma. The parking lot needs maintenance. The restrooms are dirty, and one of the two stalls was so full I couldn't even use it.

Everything was fine and delicious until I saw that the beef tripe was full of green grass, or like it hadn't been washed properly. Honestly, I lost my appetite when I saw that, so I told the waitress, she took it away, but it never came back.

The meat is too expensive for what they give for food. That's true, it's very tasty. The bathrooms are always kept somewhat extremely, let's say, filthy. They don't provide toilet paper. Few waiters arrive and we can improve that. I don't like that the waiters are always rude and even seem so stressed when I see the lady walk by. They have no hygiene because they don't roll the cutlery in napkins and just pass it to the customer with their hand. Despite being a two-story building and apparently providing good service, I always have to leave angry because mistakes about "something" that "I" as a customer made a mistake are so common. However, the customer is always right, the rest is nonsense. The meat is always exposed without covering it. But from there I can say that what's left is good. Oh, and the playground is always dirty with leaves and not swept. Well, children often play there and can get sick.
