It was our first time and it went really well! We started with the wine special ($5/glass) and the half spinach salad. We then got the chicken linguine and the spicy penne arbiata (sp?). Both were very good and are competitively priced. The service was constant and very welcoming. Well definitely be back!

Rosti in Calabasas was a 10/10 experience! We were visiting the area from GA and decided to give this place a try. We absolutely loved it! Menu has tons of options, service was great (our server Alicia was so kind and gave the best recommendations), and the food was wonderful!

Just an overall great experience! It was drizzling the evening we were there so we had our meal indoors, but it stopped so we had our dessert on the patio. I wanted to see what a real chef could do with spaghetti squash as a carb friendly pasta swap, and boy oh boy did I find out! Everyone in our party of six had something different, and everyone enjoyed it! It was just after Valentine's Day and we were celebrating a couple of birthdays. When the staff heard that, we were comped a couple of heart shaped cakes!

ROSTI TUSCAN KITCHEN is an excellent medium sized eatery. They offer a good selection of vegan, gluten free, and conventional appetizers and entrees. It is a great place to watch sports on their many monitors. The friendly servers are familiar with the menu and the ingredients used. Their suggestions were helpful. The pizzas are delicious with a flavorful crust that is ladleled with an excellent marinara sauce. The vegan pizza is layered with the same marinara sauce, your choice of veggies, and covered with vegan mozzarella cheese. It is delicious. STUFF: Everything is ADA compliant. Don't miss the lovely water fountain a few feet from the entrance. Lots of free parking with many ADA compliant spaces.

I tried their mushroom truffle soup and it was pretty good. I also tried their Salmon salad and calamari, both tasted great and were cooked to perfection. Recommend them both. The outdoor seating is great and the complimentary bread and olive oil is always great for the table. Staff has been excellent with their customer service on point.

I love Rosti Tuscan Kitchen. This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the whole world! If you order the right things, you’ll have a wonderful experience - top-notch food, great service, and big portions!! Rosti has an extensive selection of amazing salads, some of our favorite being: Chicken & Pear Salad, Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, Shrimp & Avocado Salad, and of course the classic Caesar salad. There are tons of amazing appetizers - all the Italian classics - too many good options to list here, you can’t go wrong! As for mains, they have excellent pizzas (amazing gluten-free pizza by the way), great pastas (spicy pink sauce pasta is always my go-to), and meat dishes like chicken Marsala and chicken piccata as well! BE SURE to try the northern-style chicken parmigiano - this is my favorite thing on the whole menu! This is one of the best restaurants in Calabasas, especially if you like Italian food. Be sure to try Rosti ASAP because you won’t regret it!

We celebrated our holiday dinner party at Rusti Kitchen Calabasas with our entire staff, and we were extremely happy with the service, food, ambiance, and overall experience. We arrived a bit early, and the owners kindly seated us at the bar and offered complimentary drinks while our table for 20 was being prepared. Throughout the evening, they checked in with us to make sure everything was taken care of. Our staff loved everything that was served buffet-style—salmon, pasta, salads, pizza, vegetables, chicken, and a delicious dessert. We never felt rushed and truly felt at home, which made the night even more special. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend Rusti Kitchen. We will definitely consider them again for future team gatherings.

Rosti's is just great. They have real Tuscan food and it is exceptional. There is nothing not to love about this place. They also have a storefront in Santa Monica. It has a warm and super inviting atmosphere to make you comfortable. The place is just beautiful and it is ever so clean. You are never rushed. Now, it can get crowded so make a reservation. we were there on a weeknight, early and were just fine without a reservation, but I watched as it got more busy. The service is just great. The staff is attentive and kind. They know the menu well and will gladly help you out. Their attention to detail is evident in every dish. They use traditional cooking techniques and real Tuscan ingredients to make sure ever dish is perfect. They have great pasta, salads and desserts. We love their steak and their lasagna is the best. Their chicken dishes are great and love their bruschetta. They have take away and delivery, but if you can dine there. It is so wonderful.

We were looking for a place to have brunch for a small celebration. I think this is easy great family spot to have a good time and good food. Don’t expect anything extra ordinary or high quality, because you go there to feel like at home. My husband said steak and eggs for brunch were top 10!!!

It felt just right in my 40 something yr old stomach Their service was a bit slow and this is a minor complaint, I wish they had some nice wine glasses. We brought along a good bottle of wine, and it just seemed wrong sipping it out plain little wine glasses that looked and felt like plastic. Overall it was a great experience.

Lot of vegan options. There are pasta selections that are light on your stomach. Very close to real Italian way. Will recommend!

Staff knowledgeable, but run around in frantic circles, most chewing something as they return from the kitchen. If you’re there for happy hour definitely look over your receipt because mine was incorrect as was another persons from a different table and they have the slowest system in place to correct it, so it didn’t get fixed. Food was cool. There were a lot of employees but service was sooo slow. We got water and our drinks after we finished our food.

I was there last night, our server didn’t have a name tag, so I don’t know his name, but he had white-gray hair. For every order I had to repeat myself twice and he barely checked on our table because he seemed busy with other table, which I think might have been his family or friends. I ordered the mushroom truffle pizza, after 20 minutes he brought the wrong order. I waited for him around 7 minutes and just asked another staff member to call our server. When he came over and realized the order was wrong, simply asked if we want to keep the wrong pizza or change it to our original order. He took the wrong one and after another 20 minutes finally brought the correct one. He didn’t asked or recommend any drink or any small food during this 20 minutes that we waited for our order. 🧐🧐🧐🧐 This is not the level of service I expected for this restaurant, especially when a mistake is made by them. And asked me to pay full Amount without any discount or any offer. 🧐🧐🧐 I also called afterwards and spoke to supervisor on duty , who asked me for my name and phone number to give it to GM . She told me the GM would call me , but I never received any call. It was extremely disappointing service. I truly believe you will start losing customers with this kind of d of services.
