Don't use the drive through. They make you wait half hour for your food. Defeats the purpose of drive through then to top off, parking is super narrow.

It's good since I was a kid but everytime not expensive for a fast food chain plus it's ridiculous that I ordered 4 burgers, 1 large soda, 1 large coffee and large fries and they limit the sauces (ranch, honey mustard, etc.) to only 1, because they are only for nuggets, really? Unbelievable; plus bad attitude from the lady I must say. It's not that I asked for 10, only asked for 2. Only fast food location in the world on which it has happened to me.

My experiences always vary on quality, sadly it’s beginning to turn negative. I order the same thing every other day which is iced coffee. I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with extra caramel syrup and a shot of espresso, light ice. They did not mix the syrup it was all layered at the bottom , I mixed it myself but it was extremely sweet. Couldn’t even taste the espresso shot, or the coffee. The way I ask for the order is to prevent it from being either too sweet, too watery or tasteless… Having worked for McDonald’s myself I can tell by the quality/taste of the product that it was not made as it should have or it was done in a such a hurry that quality was compromised. Pleeeeaseee Get some quality with your speed. Convenience keeps customers coming back, let’s add quality to that as well 🫨

Uber Eats sucks in the morning, but the manager was awesome. All the customer service reps speak Spanish and barely speak any English. It’s kind of annoying, they have no compassion for you. It’s 120° heat in this city in the summer and they charge you the price of a sweet tea instead of putting ice cup they’ll say that that we ordered a sweet tea just to charge you for the cup, so no free ice in a city of 120° by multinational corporation that is so rich so they’ll charge you two dollars just for the cup it’s like the biggest scam in history . Worst McDonald’s ever.
