Italimo in Galerías Atizapán is visually captivating from the moment you step inside. The place is truly beautiful and decorated with impeccable taste; it has a very special atmosphere, ideal for a good conversation or even a special occasion because the design makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Regarding the food, my impression is that it's moderately good. The dishes are well-seasoned and the quality of the ingredients is evident, but I found that there isn't much variety. The menu is rather short, so if you're someone who likes to browse through a menu full of options or are looking for something very specific from Italian cuisine, you might feel it falls a little short. It's a small selection, although well-executed. Where I think there's a significant area for improvement is in the service logistics. I noticed that it's a very inconsistent experience: when the restaurant is quiet, the service is quite good and attentive, but unfortunately, when the place gets crowded, the service becomes very slow. There's a noticeable difference in wait times, both in the kitchen and at the table, when the restaurant is at full capacity. In conclusion, it's a restaurant worth visiting, especially for its welcoming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. My recommendation would be to go during off-peak hours to fully enjoy it, as the slow service can detract from the experience when it's busy.

We tried the beef carpaccio, empanadas, Argentine pizza, imported rib-eye, and non-alcoholic pineapple and berry drinks. I must say the service was excellent; they were always attentive. The quality of the food was also very good. We loved the beef carpaccio, but overall, the food and drinks were very good.

The dish that I ordered was very good, but I told the waiter that I couldn't eat any green vegetables. He apparently told the chef, but he didn't listen. Also, when I finished the waiter cleaned my table and I was never asked at all if I wanted anything else.

Good service, nice place with a view to the city. Portions were correct in my opinion, had a decent carpaccio and a “Biffe de Lomo” which was cooked as requested by me. Pizzas are ok for what the Mexican version of pizza can be.

I’m sorry to give this review but after a couple of previous visits the third one was an awful experience. The pizza we ordered was called something “napolitana “ and basically it was a extremely dry bread with no pizza tomato base, the toppings were so loose that when the waiter was serving it everything started to fall out on the table. And basically was a very dried and flat cheese that when we took the first piece this crumbled to the plate. We asked if this was supposed to be like that and the waiter said YES. Then they offered to change the pizza for another and we asked for a pepperoni which was more normal nothing out of the ordinary. Any way… we are not going there anymore we finish paying for just a couple of slices and two bottles of coke. A bit expensive and not a good experience…
