I may have caught them on a bad day. Their drive through was backed up and we were all asked to park and wait for our orders. We waited a good 15 minutes or more. Some people even went inside to check on their orders. Our order was missing items and one of our potatoes was not cooked all the way. The guy that delivered the food (in multiple trips due to missing items) was VERY apologetic and kind. We felt bad for him. The restaurant itself wasn't running well. He offered us cookies for our long wait and apologized many many times. We'll try them again but not any time soon.

When I went it wasn't busy. Maybe 3 or 4 senior citizen customers there. Most of the tables were dirty. The ketchup dispenser was empty. Food was good.

Daytime team members (dining-in) engage customers with more enthusiasm, it really is a difference like night & day! Also I appreciate the day time team's orders taste much better than my usual night time visits! *Cookies could be a little more softer though.

Food took forever they got order wrong and fries were semi-warm. Not so good lately, the last 3 or 4 times we have been there ratings have been similar. Disappointing because we love Wendys

I'm not a big fast food eater but Wendys is not bad. I usually enjoy the bake potatoes. The times i been there the place has been clean. People have been nice. Food seems to be fresh and not something that looks mushy or smashed.

This Wendy’s users WAY!! Too much salt on the fries. So much my kids and myself could not eat the fries. Calm down on the salt people!!

Can they clean the bathroom? Why are they giving spicy nuggets for kids meals? Why do I have to double check my order when leaving the drive through. Because they constantly forget. Last order my chicken wrap was mossing. Tried to call and no one picked up. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid. I've been coming to this one since I was a kid. Today I went to grab a bite and upon entering I noticed a strong unpleasant odor. But I first had to use the restroom so I asked for the code, and was told the restroom is for customers only by the manager. I found this off putting because like I said I have been a customer for decades to this specific branch and have probably spent hundreds on frostys. So I left, to finish holiday shopping and came back, ordered food because I was still hungry and then was allowed to use the restroom. I was not given the code, the manager let me in by pushing in the code. The restroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. There must be a problem with people using the restroom there, or some other issue maybe they don't have the staff to clean it regularly. It's a mystery. Who own's this location to allow it to become such a disaster? The only other person in the dining room was another employee on her break, eating. My breakfast english muffin food was not good, not even on the level of bad that I was expecting it to be. I ate one bite and threw it out. I was not given a receipt, or napkins. The bag was covered in greasy fingerprints. Overall, the quality has gone down so drastically, I'm surprised it's allowed to stay open. I suggest corporate visit. After being a customer for 25 years, I am never coming back.

I see why there's only three other customers in this place. There is another couple using the Wi-Fi for the Internet, and then the husband is on the phone. I ordered a simple dinner tonight here at Wendy's, and this person at the register tells me sorry, I don't know the record. What? He gets confused on the log, and the manager has to help. She was also doing the drive-through. I just wanted a sandwich only, not a combo. I was not charged for the combo, but this guy was inexperienced and slow. I ordered it for dine-in, he gave me it to-go in a bag, and he forgot my water. I asked him three times before I got the water, not going back here again. This place is getting bad.
