Cómo debe ser lo más destacado de Peter's es la comida, ordenamos dos ensaladas, salmón y boquinete y todo estaba exquisito. Peter, el chef, se encarga de acercarse a la mesa para asegurar que los platillos son de tu agrado, lo cual es un gran detalle de atención y servicio. El lugar es pequeño y con pocas mesas por lo que es recomendable reservar, abren a las 6pm y sólo sirven cenas. Tienen una barra en la que preparan muy buenos cocktails, incluyendo un gran Bloody Mary. Sus precios son entre medio y altos, pero la calidad de la comida los valen.

Es 100 de 100 Es comida de 3 tiempos si incluyes el postre. La sopa de coco, limón y camarones es una delicia y el vino blanco perfecta combinación. El fetuccine de mariscos es una maravilla tienes buenos trozos de salmón, varios camarones y ostras, es bastante satisfactorio.

Desde el pan con queso recién tostado y las bebidas, hasta el plató fuerte y el postre, todo es delicioso. Pregunten por los platillos que no aparecen en el menú, tambien son deliciosos. First trip to Cancun and couple on our shuttle to hotel, who have been coming to this area for 35 years said we had to eat at Peter’s while in town, wow glad we listened to them. The ribs, salmon and ribeye were all cooked to perfection. Seasoned just right to where you could still take the meat/fish. Make this a place for dinner during your vacation, you won’t be disappointed! Peter coming out to check on our meals was the icing on a perfect meal.

Excellent in all accounts. It was very quiet when I visited on a thursday evening, but the food was excellent and the service was warm. Peter himself came out to ask how everything was. I got the salmom, and the mixed salad. Salmon was cooked just right, melts right in the mouth, with a few flavorful large grain salt, flanked by veggies. Greens were light and a great opening appetizer. Background music was classic louge music, tasteful and unobtrusive. I honestly don't know why this gem of a place isnt packed.

The key lime pie is to die for, super tasty and light. - the seafood soup did taste a bit fishy for my tastes but my wife loved it - the beef brisket was fork tender and came with a delicious sauce - the salmon was cooked to perfection the restaurant has a great ambience and Peter came out to personally greet us. During my five-day stay, discovering this restaurant wasn’t just a highlight, it was the highlight. No polished resort buffet or beachfront eatery even came close to the warmth, refinement, and hospitality I found here. From the very first visit, I felt something different. This wasn’t dining, it was belonging. Peter, Claudia, and their team create a space where you’re not just a guest; you’re family. That kind of sincerity is almost impossible to find, yet here it flows naturally, woven into every detail of the night. (The Jazz music playing is also a great touch) I found myself returning not once, not twice, but three nights in a row, an act that says more than words ever could. My favorites quickly became classics: Claudia’s Salad, a fresh harmony of flavors that wakes the palate; the Seafood Linguini, where each bite tastes like the sea whispering through handmade pasta; and of course, the signature Peter’s Parfait, a dessert that doesn’t just end a meal, but crowns it. On my final night, the restaurant had already etched itself so deeply into my journey that I did something I’ve never done anywhere else in the world: I invited two new travelers from my hotel I had never met before to dinner, on me, simply so they too could taste this magic. That’s how unforgettable it was! Peter’s isn’t just the best restaurant in Cancun, it’s one of those rare places in the world that captures your heart. I only hope, when I return, they’ll remember me and that my same table will be waiting for me with a bottle of Heineken 0.0 :-) . Until then, I’ll keep the memory like a song stuck in my head: warm, unforgettable, and perfectly in tune.

Amazing food with super cute decorations and lovely music. The bread itself tastes so good, very buttery and crispy (please try the cranberry walnut bread!) It goes perfectly well with the creamy sauce from the mushroom ravioli and the duck liver (super tender 🫶🏼) We had 4 baskets by the time we finished the starters. As the menu said, the tequila sunrise key lime pie is the best! The lime sorbet is very refreshing. The cake is flavorful but doesn’t feel heavy. Peter is an amazing chef! Hadn’t made a reservation in advance but they were able to seat us outside which we didn’t mind, and were able to move inside later when there was a table available. My fiancé and I traveled to Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and I knew I wanted to venture outside of our resort and the more touristy restaurants. I love supporting local, family owned businesses when I can, and supporting a family restaurant that is as delicious as Peter’s is such an easy decision to make! Peter is the wonderful chef creating decadent art in his kitchen while his wife and son were our lovely servers and friends over the evening. We started with the mushroom ravioli in a truffle cream sauce. I would swim in this sauce; we didn’t leave a drop, choosing to soak up every bit of it with our bread long after the ravioli were consumed. Our main courses were the special of the evening which was a tender, juicy pork chop accompanied by horseradish mashed potatoes, and a vegetable medley. Incredible! We splurged on two desserts, the chocolate mousse and the tequila sunrise key lime pie! Both were amazing and I have no regrets! Peter came out and spoke with us twice about our experience and time in Cancun, as well as to check to make sure we had a cab. We did! The food and ambience were incredible but what is also truly lovely is the care that this family puts into their restaurant and their customers! We hope to return! But, in the meantime, if you’re reading this please do yourself a favor and take a break from the resort fare and go meet Peter and his family. You won’t regret it!

If you are tired of eating crappy hotel food and greasy Mexican food, this food is home away from home. It’s so good we went back the very next day. I first went to Peter's Restaurants back in 2014 and revisited recently 10 years later just to try the Tamarind Ribs again. It was a very memorable meal back then and the food was just as good now, it not better. Chef Peter is humble and gracious; his food is full of flavour and you can really taste that he cooks with joy. There was a good array of vegetables that were cooked to perfection, ribs were fall of the bone tender; but the tamarind sauce is the real star! The service of the wait staff was excellent and very attentive to your dining needs. They even accommodated an affogoto for dessert as I did not have room for the key lime pie which is a must! Portion sizes are very generous and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. A very warm and comforting atmosphere; world class flavours at a fine dining, small and intimate restaurant makes you feel right at home.

Pure Perfection! We’ve visited three cities in Mexico, and without a doubt, this is the most soul warming and welcoming restaurant that we’ve had the pleasure of dining in. The staff are very accommodating, and friendliness comes without question, almost family like. Our food was absolutely delectable, masterfully crafted by head chef and owner, Peter, who occasionally makes rounds to check in with those dining in his restaurant. The flavors produced in his kitchen are truly unmatched, and take you on a journey all across the globe with every bite. This is easily the most impressive dining experience with the best atmosphere, customer service, and quality/flavor of food that we have personally come across while visiting not only Cancun, but all of Mexico (at least the parts we’ve visited). Absolutely 10/10!

This is the by far the best place to eat in Cancun. Me and my friend ended up here by chance and we were in for a treat. We started with The soup with shell fish, fish and shrimp was beyond extra ordinary and duck liver which was great as well. For mains we had fish and mashed corn and chicken mushroom both great and very flavorful. For deseert we had key lime and choclate mouse and key lime pie was to die for. Peter worked ar Ritz Carlton, and left the job managing kitchen to cooking since he likes to cook. This is a must visit and is a bit on expensive side but the experience is well worth it

The food here is absolutely delicious. And the service is impeccable. They meet you at the door when you come in and greet you on your way out. The chef knows what he is doing. The fresh salmon was perfectly cooked, the salad had such a great dressing, and the mousse was absolutely delightful. He even knows how to cook cod to actually give it flavor. I also love the atmosphere here and the presentation of these dishes. There are only great things to say about the place. The servers also speak Spanish and English, which I know of so far. Definitely recommend.

A very personal foodie experience. Peter greeted our party at the door along with his staff members. He came to our table several times throughout the evening and answered all of our questions. Presentation was gorgeous while the food was delicious and seasoned to perfection. The servers and service was outstanding. Their concern about how hot the food and plates was conveyed to all us. The final course was delivered and the desserts were magnificent along with the chefs speciality coffee was presented by Peter himself with his homemade vanilla infused brandy. The server completed our evening by asking about our transportation back to our resort and was kind enough to call for a taxi and informed us of its arrival. A very special dining experience which was well enjoyed by our party of 4 that we hope to return before our vacation is over.

El único motivo por el que doy esa cantidad de estrellas es por que dicen que tienen opciones vegetarianas, me ofrecen hacer una pasta con salsa de limón y mantequilla con verduras, y que todo bien, pero cuando les informo que soy alérgica a pescados y mariscos salen de cocina a decirme que lleva caldo de pescado "que una cosa es preferencia alimenticia y otra alergia", y le explique que aun que sea preferencia alimenticia, no pueden ignorar el que alguien NO QUIERA CONSUMIR ANIMALES o derivados o producto hecho con ellos. Simplemente decir " una cosa es preferencia y otra salud" ambos son importantes. Pd. NO HAY MAS QUE ENSALADA DE OPCIÓN VEGANA. SI ERES VEGETARIANO CUIDA QUE NO TE PONGAN CALDOS DE ANIMAL.
