This restaurant is somewhat hidden, has good customer service, the promotions depend on the day but are very good compared to the competition, the flavor is quite rich the rolls leave nothing to be desired, if you are looking for something with the 3 B's this is the one to go for. (Note that on Thursdays there are 3 rolls for 185) They have both to eat there with a TV or to take away.

Average price, poor service. The beef and vegetable gyozas (3 pieces) were 10/10, the beef roll 9/10, the Nevado roll 6/10 (it came without sesame seeds and eel sauce), and the traditional beef and chicken ramen 4/10 (very salty). They were quite busy, which I suppose distracted them with our order. The dishes arrived after the appetizers and were wet (see photo).

I tried the promotional rolls. They come with 10 pieces per order. I ordered takeout, and it was relatively quick. The flavor is acceptable, but not the best. The price is below average for the acceptable taste. I'll have to try more items from the menu to give a more in-depth recommendation. The downside is that, being a private residence, it doesn't have a designated parking area if you arrive by car. However, you can walk there if you live nearby.

If you have a discerning palate, I absolutely do not recommend this. The rice was sticky, the cream cheese was terrible, the vegetables were kind of strange—it was truly awful. I have no desire to order it again.

Incredible but true: this is the only sushi place in Playa del Carmen that charges for soy sauce… and it's 25 pesos! This is not only outrageous, it also goes against the basics of the Japanese experience, where soy sauce is always complimentary. We're going to report this, because practices like this shouldn't be the norm. (My order was delivered)

It took two hours for the service to arrive. I ordered two extra chipotle sauces and they only sent me one. They also sent me the wrong shrimp bowl; they gave it to me with salmon, and I'm allergic to salmon. Terrible service.

I ordered delivery. The service was terrible. They answered late, were unenthusiastic, and rude. It took an hour for the food to arrive.

The first time I went there, I loved the service. We were served by a very attentive and friendly guy (whose name I unfortunately didn't ask). The food is very good considering the price/quality. However, on our second visit (Friday the 4th of this month), we had company because we highly recommended the place. We arrived, apparently the waiter who had served us the first time wasn't working. Approximately 7 minutes passed, and none of the staff brought us the menu or told us to wait or anything. At this point, it started to rain, and since we had been able to see a table inside on our first visit, we assumed it was for serving customers. As we headed toward the entrance (to avoid getting wet from the rain), a staff member intercepted us right at the door. My boyfriend politely asked if they had a table inside, but the guy responded in a curt and rude tone, "When it's raining, we only offer takeout." At no point did he offer to let us come in to shelter from the rain, or more assertively suggest delivery service; I think he could have used other words. After a few minutes of contemplating whether to order (inside the vehicle), we decided to order it. They wanted to charge us for NOT including seaweed in a roll; in all the sushi restaurants we've been to, they've never charged us for not including an ingredient. When we got home with our order, the shrimp kushiage with cream cheese we ordered turned out to be surimi, and they didn't give us eel sauce either. I make this comment hoping the company trains its staff to provide good customer service, and also that they hire more staff because apparently the job of the guy who served us was in the kitchen, not as a waiter.
