The staff is kind and helpful. Adrian took my order and he was patient and answered my questions about the meals. I'm glad they are opened late.
04/28/2022 No drive thru! 😀 Lobby opens at 6:00A.M. I ordered a mobile order through the app at 6:45 A.M. My order was ready and correct when I walked in the door. Very large parking lot in front. There is a CVS Pharmacy and Whole Foods Market to the right of the McDonald's. Also a Target across the street. Very convenient location for travelers and nomads! Thanks
McDonald’s serves the same thing at each restaurant every single time. It always tastes just the way it always has. That’s why you go to McDonald’s. No surprises. Same food, same taste. One of my favorite places.
The people who is working there is so nice and they have a lot options to do every order from the restaurant hamburgers
Not much to say except this McDonalds is better than all the others because it doesn’t have a drive-thru. As such you are forced to enter the restaurant where you can order your culinary delights on a 44” touchscreen, then sit and have your purchase delivered to your table. What service! What technology! What class!
I ordered from the app then drove there to pick up my food. It was lunchtime so they were pretty busy, but my order was ready pretty quickly. And they haven't messed up my order ever before. Nice employees too
The McDonald’s That Actually Cares – And Speaks Fluent Fry I don’t know what kind of McMagic is happening at this McDonald’s, but they’re operating on a whole different level. My order was ready ahead of schedule, the fries were overflowing like they were trying to escape the box, and the staff was so professional they even called me by my first name. (Honestly, I’ve had doctors’ offices that treat me with less personal attention.) And get this—the guy at the counter? Fluent in English AND Spanish. That’s right, bilingual McEfficiency at its finest. P.S. The fries? Fresh, hot, and so good I considered writing them into my will. This McDonald’s actually cares. 6 out of 5 stars. If they ran the DMV, we’d all have our licenses in five minutes.
Guilty pleasure once in a long while. McDonald's changed for the worse over the last couple years like so much else. Ordered the Double Big Mac and I must say it's wasn't half bad. This location gets busy, no drive through but it looked cleanish and the staff were niceish so the whole experience was Okayish.
They don’t have a drive thru and definitely isn’t open 24 hrs. Was here 12:30am friday and they were closed
Had no place to take my order so I had to learn their kiosk system it was a nightmare. If I wasn't so tired I probably would have walked out. Hate the idea that everything is going automated. Pretty soon I'll have robots cooking the burgers
Updated location, dining room and counters are in good shape. Mobile ordering worked without a hitch. No parking spots for mobile orders, nor is there a drive thru at this location. Lots of parking, can get busy and therefore a little slow on orders, but nothing unreasonable. Bathrooms could be better, probably the part of this location most requiring improvement.
The food and service was just like most McDonald’s. But when I was sitting waiting for my order, an employee that was mopping the floor in another area, decided to pull the mop and bucket over next to the table where I was sitting and began to mop the floor (almost directly under my feet-I felt like needed to left up my legs and feet so they could mop underneath!) Made me very uncomfortable Also they don’t have a drive through window and there wasn’t any lights in the parking lot in the back of the restaurant (not really safe!)’
Although the location is convenient for me to feed my kids, I usually dread coming to this place. 85% or the time I order, something goes wrong. Either they have my ice cream all melted, missing an item or the employee seems to have no knowledge of the order. I would definitely recommend the Quality Control Team to re-evaluate their training.
This McDonald's is not open 24 hours even though the hours say it is. It does not even have a drive-thru so you will have to get out. They are open until 12:00 a.m. midnight. They need to update it on their hours so that people don't waste their gas and time driving over there just to be disappointed.
Worst McDonald's on the west coast. Constantly messing us orders. Food prepared poorly. Fries always undercooked. Sodas are thinned out. Inside of location is always dirty. Even though they get paid more than skilled cooks hourly they don't care a single bit about doing their jobs good and right. Whoever the franchise owner is needs loose it and give it to someone else. New owner needs to come in and clean house.
Can't tell you about the food because the employees didn't come to the front. Employees were much more attentive before the $20 minimum wage in CA. It doesn't make sense.
I don't know what I was thinking going there for a sausage muffin It's weird ordering from a machine I felt like crap the rest of the day.
This review was for the McDonalds in South San Francisco, on El Camino Real, NOT the one on 41st Ave., Capitola. My fish sandwich could have been a left over that was re-deep fried. Talk about shoe leather. I couldn't finish the second bite. I can't even give it one star. The service was good. guess I'm back to boycotting McDonalds.
Why do these locations say they are 24 hours online but in reality they are not? Doesn't make sense. Its already hard being nightshift not being able to get anything during the day but the internet lies to me when I want to at 3am. Update the times open or change it to open to stop confusing people.
quarter pounders are supposed to be cooked fresh says they're advertising and this location obviously precooks them and they're just sitting there they might reheat them also which makes them even worse but they're never fresh. And when you're paying 16 to $20 a meal you would expect they would actually follow what corporate tells them to do. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET FOOD FROM HERE ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT. There's a man and a woman that work on Wednesday nights It happened to me two Wednesdays in a row... And they play jokes on the phone, They call her customers stupid, there's a guy that barely speaks English claims he's a manager and he called me stupid and called me a liar on the phone They didn't make my food at all... The delivery person was there for 45 minutes waiting and they just basically decided not to make my food. And then when I called the first time they lied and said there was no one in there there was no delivery person there but the person took a photo of themselves standing at the counter and all the customers in there. Then a girl answers and she sounds like she's drunk or high. That was last Wednesday and I tried tonight to order again and I go oh no it's a Wednesday when I realized how long the order was taking and it said it was delayed which is never happens... And then I realize it was Wednesday so it was the same people working... And the guy answers and he starts screaming and calling me stupid and a liar for some strange reason. Maybe mistaken me for someone else? I don't think you're supposed to be abusing your customers. He hung up on me three times I kept calling back. Then the gal answered and she said it was Taco Bell when she answered and once again sounding like she's drunk or high or both. I'm a regular customer and I don't understand how this is tolerated and why the owner hasn't been notified or doesn't do anything about it I honestly thought they would have been fired for the fiasco last week but no they're still there and they're even worse. Why are they employed to work with the public when they act this way. They don't even make the food at all and then they abuse the customers. Large fries are never full! They now cost over $6. How hard is it to fill up the fries? This has happened 6 or more times in a row. It is the usual way they do things here. They are never very fresh either.
I didn't stay. Their computer style do it yourself customer service is the last straw for me. I'm done. I left.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, the "manager" if you want to call her that wouldn't take my family and I 's order told me I had to do it on a kiosk and that she couldn't take our order at the register because "there's no menu on the register " and that they no longer accept cash! I think it was honestly b.s. I think she just didn't want to take the orders because there was 4 of us. But seriously no cash transactions whatsoever that's the stupidest thing that ive ever heard! I refuse to go back there ever again. Besides that they almost always screw up the food and the service obviously sucks. I'm never going back!
