Wonderful breakfast here on a Monday morning. Had the omelet with jalepenos, Pablo’s, cheddar and ham! Breakfast potatoes were awesome too! Great restaurant! Highly recommend. They sell jams as well!

When I entered the restaurant, the staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles, making me feel welcome immediately. My server, Omar, distinguished himself with his respectful demeanor and genuine willingness to accommodate my requests. For breakfast, I chose the Southwestern Bowl, which was packed with nutritious ingredients and bursting with flavor, making it a healthy way to start my day. I also treated myself to a delightful, fluffy, and sweet Lemon Ricotta Pancake. The atmosphere was inviting, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal while sharing the experience with my furry friend, Moana. To top it off, I loved the Motown music playing today; it really added to the great vibes.

Five stars in all areas this is an amazing place wonderful clean layout big outdoor seating area with heat lamps. And the food was above excellent. Came here for breakfast and really enjoyed fresh baked local bread, homemade jams. Amazing omelette.

Wonderful experience. The service was amazing and the menu had a great selection. We tried fried chicken and waffles, Machaca Hash and Classic Eggs Benedict. Each dish tasted authentic. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the skill in preparation. Will go many more times.

A very good sit down eatery for breakfast and lunch. Fresh house made everything. Servers were busy and operating at their own pace…which didn’t seem to sit well with lunchtime business people wanting to get back to work. Fancy, well to do business people and small families and lots of youngsters. I had a very good small bowl of house made clam chowder. It needed Tabasco. The didn’t have any. We enjoyed two good meals, the Miga chorizo was so much better than the carnitas, which missed the flavor and warmth mark. Try the gluten free muffin for an added bread, it was soft but lacked flavor. A dirty chai is a nice way to get the meal started, very good flavor and just right. Our service was excellent, well done.

Great experience. Normally there is a wait to get a seat, but not today. We ordered the Chilaquiles, 2 egg breakfast, chicken biscuits and gravy, Salted Brown Sugar Bliss. Wasn't a fan of the Chilaquiles, although normally that's my go to at restaurants. Loved the Chicken biscuits and gravy. The salted brown sugar Bliss was wonderful and I would order it again.

The breakfast burrito was solid — one of the better ones I’ve had lately. The French toast, not so much… still soggy and undercooked. But the real letdown was the service. We sat forever before anyone brought water or coffee, and once our food arrived, it was radio silence. No check-in, no refills, no chance to ask for extra salsa. Meanwhile, half the staff looked like they were on a break at a family BBQ — just hanging out in groups, chatting it up while we sat there trying to flag someone down. Customer service clearly wasn’t on the menu.

Very good local breakfast/lunch place in lovely Carlsbad, California. Impressed by the wonderful and delicious healthy options in addition to the usual traditional breakfast foods. The lavender latte made my morning along with the honey granola. There is a filling "build your own omelet" area and did I mention they bake their own coffee cake, muffins and breads served with homemade jams. I tried the Pear and Ginger with my multigrain toast. Yum!

The vibe is great here. Place was packed. I should have read the reviews before I went here however. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, pork hash, and a pistachio latte. I was very surprised to find that everything that was served to us had no flavor or very little flavor. I thought I had covid again, until my wife said the same thing. We used Cholula on the hash, ketchup on the potatoes. Salt and pepper on everything. So if you like bland flavors, this place is probably for you. If you like bold flavors coming from your food, you might want to skip this place. A few of the other reviews also stated that a lot of this food was bland, or lacked flavor. I was surprised the breakfast sandwich, which looked amazing but when I picked it up it just fell right apart. The bread was only toasted on one side so it didn't hold together well when I picked it up to eat it. All the insides just popped out onto the plate. Even though the staff was great and the vibe solid. I would not eat here again. The price point and the tipping options (beginning at 22%) make this upwards of a $60 breakfast meal. For two people that is pretty high for the type of food we're getting. The place was packed, so this may have been a one off bland experience. Hope it goes well with you if you give them a try. The blueberry and lemon jam was really good. I do recommend that.

Fine experience. Diverse menu with solid food. Would give a four until I saw a supplementary fee they added (5%) without our prior knowledge; tip automatically defaulted to 22%, which is fine but that shouldn’t be pushed for. I left with a sour taste in my mouth after this experience.

Been here dozens of times. The food is delicious. Service is weak and mostly inattentive. They are a 5% service fee to every check for no reason and then calculate a recommended 20% tip on top of that. The staff has gotten too comfortable and don't pay attention to the needs of the Clients. Usually a local spot like this the more seasoned staff are the best but here it's reverse. The more seasoned staff gives you the most attitude and newcomers are the nicest. Every single time the fruit here is old and not fresh. They save it from the previous day and it's always soggy. Always. My kids stopped ordering the fruit. Having said all that, the food is noteworthy delicious. YMMV

I use google ratings to choose my restaurants quite often when out of town and I am never disappointed...until today. Not sure how this place has the rating it does. I LOVE BREAKFAST and the food disappointed when it came to taste. The jams were tasty but overall the food killed the meal. Staff very friendly. Clean. Relaxing atmosphere, but if you are looking for taste... not the place to pick. Sorry.

Pretty good food however our server Amber K (I believe that's who it was as that's what it said on the check, not like she introduced herself) kinda ruined the entire experience for us. Started off normal we got the basic polite service but that starkly changed after ordering. We weren't checked up on after receiving or food and after waiting 15 minutes being obviously done with our food and struggling to find her, we made eye contact and she dropped off the check without saying a single word. Once again she comes back without saying a single word grabs my card looking obviously annoyed and flips the screen around and leaves. Wish I could tip just the kitchen cause that was ridiculous. Probably won't be coming back but if you have a different server you'll most likely enjoy it. Food was good and quick though! Ambience is solid. I get that valentines can be a hard shift but I'm working today too in hospitality where I dont get tips, the basic level of service is expected for the prices you pay here.
