Great food, love the flavor, taste, and more. Down side, we got overcharged. There was a family deal for $41.99 (1 large Pizza, 12 wings and 3 drinks) we also got a salad bar plate witch again we wore not ask if we wanted the one time/trip or multiple trip, the cashiers did not explained to us that if we wanted the wings with 6 no sauce and the other 6 with sauce they will charge us regular price. We ended up paying $71.40. The food is great but the service needs some improvement. Some customers we don't know 🤷, or we are not well educated on the menu or changes/upcharges, and I feel is the employees/cashier job to educate the guest.
Enjoyed lunch buffet service was great food was great love the salad bar.

I come here every other week and yes I had 2 issues about service in the past but the manager stepped up and resolved these issues. It's funny how someone who only ate here once has the power to give this place one star. Anyhow. Great Pizza! You rock Round Table.
We haven't been to a Round Table Pizza place in years so we decided to try this one. We're glad we did! The pizza was outstanding! We'll be going back for sure!
Love the pizza at Round Table. It always tastes so fresh and good. The lunch buffet with salad and pizza is a favorite of mine and I usually go once a week. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Adriana the manager is amazing. She always smiles when we walk in and greets us. She is friendly and fast with taking our order. I only try to go when she is working because I like dealing with her.
We enjoy the Tuesday dinner buffet. It's all you can eat salad and pizza. They put several types of pizzas out. They also have garlic twists, and cinnamon twists. The pizza is good and they have a few craft beer on tap.
Been a LONG time RTP fan. I’m 49, when I was in 3rd grade I had the Rancho Bernardo RTP owners son in my class. The Oceanside location on Marron Road is ALWAYS amazing. I’ve ordered 6 times in a month, it’s FABULOUS! Thank y’all so much for DELICIOUS pizza👏😁👏😁❤️
We really love their delicious pizza' s.😇
The service is impeccable, always attentive, and with ready smiles with great attitudes. The best pizza, bar none. Been coming here every Thursday for six years and not stopping any time soon. Thank you Round Table Crew!!
Just came back from Tues. night buffet, I took both of my kids 11 & 6. We enjoyed our time. A lot of families there and the Pizza is always great and the salad bar is very good, and it's worth the price. plus you get to enjoy family night, and play with your kids, get their face painted by a nice lady with a smile; if you go to a theme park you'll pay $15 to $20 for just face painting. Just say thank you to the management the employees and especially the lady who pass by and clear the dirty plates. They do a great job every time.
Love this place great pizza. Tuesday all you can eat and you can request a pizza of your choice. I would like to say thanks to the manager in charge on Tuesdays night's at the oceanside round table for being a great leader and knowing how to satisfy her customers. She's a star and her team is awesome!!! They will make sure the food is fresh and delicious. That's how you take care of your customers and that's why I'm a returning customer. Thank you so much for the Raving Fan !! Oceanside Round Table afternoon team!!! You guys rock keep up the awesome work you will keep your customers very happy and returning back. See you guys soon!!
Always a step above! I am honestly grateful that this location is still open. Round table pizza is always high quality. Mondays they have 40% off (which is more than worth it). Love this place! The staff are always friendly, too.
Spectacular place! I love eating here with my family! The food is spot on and the staff are so loveable and kind! I have to say paying the extra dollar for the lunch buffet is 100% worth it! More food for such a cheap price, who wouldn’t want that! You can taste the freashness of the food and can tell they put a lot of love into it. Y’all, this place is so good I love eating here. It is so kid and family friendly, they have a mini arcade with tons of toys and games kids can play while they wait for food! I adore this place and will 100% keep going to it! I love it and thank y’all for an amazing experience with this place!
Jesús is the man, they were unfortunately short on cookies so he hooked us up with some other goodies. He was taking orders and getting people in and out fast working hard as he does. My family appreciates you Jesús.
A very happy customer! This wonderful crew made my night New Years Eve! The minute I walked in I was treated so wonderful by the entire staff. Stephanie the manager is super sweet and Great in her position. The food was outstanding and yummy of course! Thank you all for your Awesome customer service! Michele
Pizza is so much better when you eat it there! Hot and tasty!
Our favorite pizza place in Oceanside! Girlfriend says best garlic cheese bread ever! Cinnamon twists are bakery-quality.
I see many positive reviews and I can say the same! Went in today and was pleasantly surprised with a full claw machine! (Haha *Saw the other review*) I ordered a "Skinny Crust" pizza and absolutely loved it! It was so good! Im going to agree with @Stefani Ramiro the garlic twists are to die for!
Employees here are pleasant. I just ask, "What's your special?" And she can easily turn me down, but she gave me a good deal even though there is no deal. Pizza is really great and we took it to go. I wish we could have dine in because the place seems very chill and quaint.
I love round table! The staff here is very nice. The pizza is always consistent!
Grew up in Menlo Park where the original RTP was born. This place reminds me of OG RTP. Delicious
The staff is so nice. I hate to be the person to call half an hour before closing, but I did. I really wanted a good pizza and they always deliver. As expected, the super sweet staff made our pizza perfectly 👌
Like always the food and the service was excellent. After a long day at work we went there for delicious pizza and just to chill out. 5 star service Allison gave us. Allison did it all, she took phone and dine in orders, she cleaned the tables, and set up the table for the next customers. Round Table Pizza is lucky to have a employee like Allison because she never relaxed, she was always doing something. The best day to go to Round Table Pizza is on Tuesday night because it is Buffet night from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. all you can eat pizza. Very satisfied with the food and service.😄
We have tried other round table locations and not a single one has been as good as this location. We travel from Riverside just to eat here. They truly have the best customer service and the quality of food is amazing. Pedro has always made sure our dinning experience is great. It has turned into a family tradition to eat here and we are always beyond pleased every time. Our family favorite is the King Arthur pizza, need to try!
Pizza is always fresh and good! Beer is always ice cold!! Service is great as well, especially the server who services the tables! She is so sweet and cleans impeccably!
We met several family members from out of town at this Round Table. We've always enjoyed Round Table pizza, but we'd never been to this specific location. We arrived shortly before the buffet was set to end and we had a big group to feed. We knew that the buffet would not last long enough for us to feed everyone, but the management was kind enough to offer to keep it going for our small group. Everyone there was very friendly, the food was great, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, we had a great experience and I'd happily go there again.
Pricey, but always good service and pizza.
Food is great pizza. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And they finally brought us the blue cheese dressing we requested for the chicken wings. We highly recommend this Round Table Pizza!
good service pizza and wings realy good we got the family deal extra large pizza wings and twist bread served six of us me my wife and 4 children.
Monday night 40% off extra large about 20 dollars , not bad and to start your week off. You no Monday your cutting back to work school whatever, it maybe ,you don't have to worry about what's for dinner. And there are other deals through the week as well , and to top it off it's one of the best pizza around here I think , but don't take it from me try it for yourself a d let me know what you think .
We came on vacation and we’re hungry and they have a lunch buffet that is TOTALLY DELICIOUS AND WORTH IT! A good amount of pizza options a salad bar and you get garlic twists. Loved how quiet it was when we came and if we lived here we would come so often!
A little pricey for the size, but you can't beat the taste of the King Arthur's Supreme! The team members had a clean sharp appearance, providing excellent friendly customer service.support. The pizza was made with fresh ingredients, was maade nice and hot and tasted.excellent! Need more coupons!
Absolutely delicious pizza, wings, bread twist things! And a opened salad bar! Everything was fresh they have gloves for you to use with getting your solid which is a nice touch you have to wear a mask inside and tell your eating That's okay with us everything is hot and fresh and delicious
Ready on-time, but a bit more Polynesian Sauce on the pizza would be good, seems skimpy compared to Sports Arena location.
Wow, ordered here cause we had a coupon. I haven't had roundtable in the last 6 - 7 years at least. It was delicious! Staff was super nice. The slices are small and thin but yummy. Wish they had more appetizers though. Looking forward to trying it again sometime. We got it for pickup. Staff was very quick and nice.
Round Table Pizza is my favorite of the large pizza chains, and Pizza Hut, Little Caesers, and Dominos can’t hold a candle to RT. My only gripe is their prices. An extra large pizza is $35, which just seems ridiculous. As such, getting RT is an occasional splurge rather than a regular occurrence. PRO TIP- On Mondays, large and extra large pizzas are 30% off, which brings the cost from $35 down to around $20, which is reasonable and brings the price in line with the aforementioned pizza restaurants. They also have an all you can eat pizza buffet on Tuesdays, which includes a drink and salad bar, for $15.99 for adults and around $11 for children. The atmosphere is nothing special, they have a few video games for kids and a few TV’s. The wait time for a to-go pizza has typically been 15-20 minutes, which is typical. Highly recommended.
Very nice experience. Fast and good. Get the pizza sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The ranch is good too.

Walked into a very clean location. The city area was clean and quiet. People were talking quietly, being respectful of others. Stop could have been better with greetings and smiles when taking orders. Salad bar was clean vegetables for crisp and ready to eat.
This local pizzeria has been in business since 1959. Founded by William Larson, former Navy, this chain has been around for long, and I wanted to taste this delicious pizza. I went to the location near College Park at SD California. The place was very clean, and the special was a large 2 topping for $20.99. We order a personal pizza with drinks. I had garlic sauce (white sauce) and cheese, which was tasteful and crispy. I enjoyed it a lot. My friend ordered a personal with marinara and added bacon, ham, and chorizo. His pizza was loaded and super tasty as well. The place started to get more people after 7. We were not clear at the beginning of whether it was a sitting down restaurant or not and had to walk to the cashier to put our order. Regardless, the food was great. I will be repeating, maybe try to go to original location at Camino Real.
Came for take out in late afternoon. Ready in about 15 minutes, not bad. Marinara and sausage/mushroom oven baked pasta $11.99. it's ok and portion size good. Sauce a little too acidic for me. Tomato pesto flatbread $10.99 was good. Lighter than pizza which is what I want.

They should have adopted Abe Lincoln as mascot - the last honest pizza. It's not inexpensive but it's exceptional. Love the thin crust. Salad bar same thing - costly, but fresh.
Look, it's not fancy. But their pizza is very good and they have one of the best gluten free crusts around. The toppings are great, beer selection is small, but good, they have boxed wine, but hey. Better than nothing. Games and toy dispensing machines for kids. A few TV's with sports.
Went to R T Pizza other day, missed lunch special by 1 min, O well! Ordered mini pizza & single salad bar, linquica (Portuguese sausage) ...mmmm!!😋😋😋😋😋 OMG Good!!! .....Now to the service...🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤨 I couldn't get the lunch buffet even though it was just before the end and 1visit would have been enough for me! Then when I tried to order, to get extra toppings on my pizza (small) they wanted $1 for each topping, as if it was a full size pizza! I mean each topping consisted of like 3-5 peices! (Pizza= $5.99 extra toppings $7.00!?)......to finish off, service wasn't great(real easy, we got our own drinks and cold food) and I think smiling wasn't allowed, ever. So, bottom line, really tasty grub...really grubby taste (couldn't smile, too much grunting & snarling). Happier more helpful servers would've gotten 5 stars.
Lunch buffet is the only time I visit Round Table, because it's worth it! The pizza is delicious. And the salad bar is great. Also, this is the time to try out different pizzas/toppings you normally don't, due to high prices.
They were closing down the all you can eat buffet when we got there. I wanted to have salad bar however my companion forgot to order it. We had great pizza, the children had some fun in the play area. I feel the play area needs to be enlarged and have more younger children's games to play.
The lunch buffet is a great deal. Compared to what is paidnfor fast food, all you can eat pizza and salad will take the cake
Did their lunch buffet special. Love their salad bar. There has been one or two times that the Green Peppers were a bit slimy. Other than that, never had an issue. Large variety of pizza. When I went this time it wasn't very crowded which means you aren't getting fresh pizzas. So funnily, it's actually better when it's crowded because they're constantly bringing out fresh pizzas. Otherwise the pizzas just sit under the heat lamps and get kind of gross. But aside from that, it's a good deal and good food. 👍
I love Round Table Pizza! It has been my favorite since I was a kid.. So the food is damn near always awesome. I moved to Arizona 9 years ago, and there is no Round Table there. Today marks the first Round Table Pizza I've had in nearly 2 years, a medium cup pepperoni and linguica,x which I looked forward to. I received my pizza and there was a huge cave in on a quarter of my pizza while the toppings were very sparse. Even though it wasn't warm by the time I received it, pizza was still delicious as usual. Just not the Greatest round table experience, that's all. 🤷🏼♂️
Very nice quick stop. We each got a small pizza, and we both took half home. My bride got the no gluten crust, I got the regular crust. Both were tasty.

Very disappointed. The restaurant was dirty. No one was really cleaning the dining room. Cleaning seemed more haphazard than on purpose. The salad bar area was disastrous. I will try other pizza places next time.
I usually come here for the pizza buffet. It's my nephew's favorite. The pizza is usually hot and tasty, and there are usually 5 or so to choose from. The only downfall is that sometimes pizzas are slow to refill, and you end up waiting quit awhile. Also, with the volume they do, they often run out of plates, and tables stay dirty for awhile. All in all, we keep going back.
Better buffet than Mountain Mike's because they keep making fresh pizza. I would like to see more cheese on their pizza but the flavors and selections are nice. Just not the best pizza I've eaten.
The pizza is great just over priced. The staff is friendly and its one of the last dine in chain pizza places around. And on Valentine's day you can order heart shaped pizzas like i do every year for my god daughter
I think the pizza here is pretty good however the lunch special of a personal pan, pizza, soda, and a salad bar used to be $8.99. Now it is $13.99. With tax it ends up being $15. $15 is just too much money to pay for what you get. There are a lot of other cheaper lunch options. I think this company is pricing themselves out of business. I got here at 12:45 PM on a weekday and there was one other person here. The pizza buffet used to be $9.99 and it’s now $13.99. I can’t say that I will be back, which is unfortunate. Used to be a good place to go for a decent lunch with a salad.
One pizza: $40. No side purchase options online, but they wanna charge extra on a new transaction for what's actually $0.05 worth of jalapeños in their small containers. Probably would charge $1+ for that, too.
This is hands down THE worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese was rubber, super greasy. The staff was nice enough bit let us pay extra for less food. The staff could have suggested a special with a larger pizza for less money. This taints my recollection from childhood experiences where they were the gourmet of pizza makers. Unfortunately we will not be eating here any time soon. Very disappointing.

Got there at 7:20 when it said online and at the door that they close at 9:00, and was told they were closing soon. If this is true, then please change the sign at the door and online to reflect the same information. We came in with a big party expecting service.
Food was fresh, service was poor and weird. The cashier was going off about not giving people napkins or paper plates, saying they could go across the street to Walmart and buy them, she didnt know how to work the register, tried to make us feel like she was doing us some kind of favor for giving us the price listed on the flyer, among other really dumb weird things like telling us the wing options included mild and so we ask our little kids if they wanted bbq or mild and they said mild. She is staring right at us during the exchange and places the order, but didnt mention they were mild buffalo style. Would have been really nice if she had told us that when we asked her what the options were. I mean what 3 and 5 year olds like buffalo wings? Eneded up just throwing them away. The poor service was a real big turn off. I'm just like I just want to eat and get out of here.
Phone in pizza not ready nearly an hour after ordered. Wasn't told it was ready nearly 20 minutes after arriving and paying for it. Had to ask if it was ready to find out it had been sitting. Then when leaving, they stopped me and thought I hadn't paid for it. Turned out I had paid for someone else's who got the same pizza. They were nice getting it straightened out. Not a total loss, it was a really good pizza. Just harder to get than it should have been. Maybe they were too busy.
I have ordered a pizza to go, and I got an attitude from one of the cashiers for not leaving a tip. Not only was my pizza not ready on time, but the intitlemt for the tip is unveiled. Tipping cluture is getting out of hand. (Mind you, I ordered online, and the guy didn't even have to take my order).
Being from land of great pizza (ny) I will say their pizza is good. It does totally suck that the service is terrible. 3 times I've been there, always a problem. Waiting for 45-1 hr after ordering because tickets don't print "in the back"( 5 ft away). Luckily I had my receipt to show them because they thought I was trying to get free food. This actually happened twice, even after explaining this had happened before. Very unorganized staff. Similar situation on our last visit.
Multiple dirty tables. Spoiled eggs on salad bar buffet was never refreshed. Syrup on the soda fountain was out, they just hung an out of order sign on it. Seems there were only 2 people working. The tables were never bussed . The restrooms were dirty. Maybe they would do more buisness if the buisness wasn't so neglected.
I ordered delivery and it was incomplete. I had ordered a personal pizza, boneless wings and Pepsi and the Pepsi was missing from my delivery order. When I called I spoke to a woman (I didn’t get her name) who said they don’t do refunds (technically I had a special with a personal pizza/pepsi combo) but for ordering delivery, I expect my order to at least be complete. She said they can have the driver come back or send me a Pepsi credit for next time. I didn’t want to inconvenience the driver so I said the Pepsi credit was fine, which I never received. I won’t order from here again. It doesn’t seem like they are thorough and the person I spoke to on the phone with didn’t follow through with what she said she would. The pizza was fine, the boneless wings were not my favorite (pretty dry, not saucy).
The toppings seemed ok and the pizza and crust were cooked to correct crispness. Wings under cooked and not able to do all wings on a 6 wing order. The bathroom was like holy moly dirty!! Like we went in right at 11am when they opened on a Saturday morning and the only other time I’ve walked into a bathroom that bad is along truck stops on interstates like flying J’s or Pilot stations! The smell was beyond gross I was gagging. And my male friend says the males bathroom was unusable and that’s coming from a dude. Don’t even get me started on the salt and pepper and Parmesan shakers on the table and how they look like they haven’t been clean since 1983 if the place was even open at that time. Go to this place at your own risk.
This location partnered with Restaurant.com and the manager rudely refused to honor it and then abruptly hung up. It can be good extra marketing, but if they then refuse to honor a certificate they are presently selling on that website it works against them. They either need to honor this partnership or sever that relationship. Cause it doesn't help their customer relations.
You cant even pick the pizza up without everything falling off. When the pizza is soggy becuase it is completely drowned in sauce you know its going to be bad. I don't know what happened to this place but I drove an hour to come here and this is what I got. So dissapointing. How in the world is this a $40 pizza
Waited 2.25 hours for my pizza to be delivered and most of the toppings were stuck to pizza box. I prepaid the tip and wouldn’t recommend doing that.

Terrible, pizza lacked garlic on a Garlic chicken pizza. Medium pizza $25.00. The AD says drive up leave your lights on and at the scheduled time we will bring you the pizza, Didn't happen! Had to go inside. Then I was told I should have called. Oh I am so pi$$ed.
Old employee here. I just wanted to point out a couple things that really bothered me while working here and no changes were ever made. GLOVES. Employees hardly ever use gloves. When making pizzas, prepping food/ salad bar. It was really quite gross. I had to remind my other coworkers constantly to wash their hands. Who knows if they ever did. DRUGS. Multiple employees are continuously under the influence. From people showing up drunk to smoking weed out in their cars in the parking lot. Management is also well aware that this is going on and takes no disciplinary actions what so ever. So don't be surprised if there is a mess up on your order because they are "high". SOAP. We had been out of dish soap for a totally of 3 weeks when I left. Management stated it was simply "too expensive" and stopped buying it. I would even make trips to Albertsons across the street just for dish soap because it was so gross!! Just think twice about coming to this location. Roundtable pizza is simply amazing. But if I were you, i would not come to this particular location.
Worst round table experience I've ever had. The employees were incredibly rude and refused to answer a simple question about pricing differences between locations. I had to break up a conversation between employees to get any attention and the girl I dealt with seemed annoyed and frustrated about having to do her job. The manager on duty was friendly and easily answered my question, but I will definitely not be returning to this location ever again
well we just moved to Carlsbad from Escondido and wanted to try out one of my fav spots, Round Table Pizza. so we call the store that is 1.4 miles away from my condo and was told that I am not with in the delivery area when I know for a fact that it is a 5 mile radius. I then try and place my order online and the system errors out and asks me to call a number to place my order. I call back again and was told that if I came and picked it up I would receive 15% off my order. I show up and for 2 pizzas, large 1 topping and a large 2 topping pizza comes to 45 dollars and change. I ask have they changed their prices or toppings to organic and was told no. In all my orders at the Escondido store I have never paid 45 dollars for 2 pizzas. I ask why is this store so high in price compared to others and she said just high quality pizza. she then hands me some coupons and I was rude at this point and was oh yah next time. A. I live WAY Close to this place for it not to be delivery. I live off Maron Rd and the restaurant is on the same road. If it were not for guests that wanted the pizza I would have not paid and then just left. to promise a 15 % off to come in and pick up and then not give it to your customers is quite pathetic. I was also wondering how I delete my account from this site. and can you put my address on a no mailer list so I dont receive any more of your advertisement?
Went there to get a couple slices of pizza to go they don't sell slices and then I asked him about their $9.99 personal pan pizza that's advertised in the window and they said oh that's only after 2:00 I won't be going back
Walked in 1-11-18 around 2:30. A man was ordering so hubby and I went to wash our hands. When we came out no one was at the counter. Woman was in back making pizza and didn't even acknowledge us, just kept looking at her ticket. A younger woman walked through the kitchen and didn't look to the front either. Dry, leftover pizza was still on the buffet line. We are big fans of Round Table but turned around and left. Will never come back to this location.
No beef option. For people who don't eat pork all you have is bacon, sausage or pepperoni. There are no pork eaters out here for health and religious reasons and you are alienating them. I grew up in the 70s eating beef and onion and mushroom pizza. Was vert disappointed to walk in and walk back out.
Terrible customer service. I ordered online to large pizzas to be delivered at a later time so that it would be ready when my husband got home from work.We got one pizza delivered over an hour early and not the other pizza at all. When I called to get the order fixed. They told me they could not deliver and that I would have to come pick it up. When I went to go pick up the other pizza Adriana the manager said she could not refund me the deliver cost even though I had to come pick up the pizza. She shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing she could do. I just spent $50 to have dinner ruined
Ordered a pizza and added pepperoni and it got delivered without pepperoni. I called them to remake and Ana the manger says I have to go thru DoorDash even though they made the mistake. What a joke.
Ordered a Supreme Pizza, chicken wings plus two individual Ceasar salad. Paid almost sixty dollars for this order to be delivered, which was late. Received the order just in time to pack up and leave for nights event. Opened the salads fair, opened the pizza box and it was a cheese pizza!!!! What the heck, this did not set well. Calling fir a complete refund….!!!!!
This was our 1st time to Round Table in YEARS. The young guy attending was sullen, no smile or greeting was given, and generally friendly. To top it off, he got our pizza order wrong! Ordered pan pizza and received the reg crust. We came for the pan style. I understand everyone is short staffed during the pandemic (Aug 2021) but that isn’t a reason for incorrect orders and unfriendly service. I expect delays, but not an incorrect order. There was only one other customer in the restaurant.
Will not be surprised if this location gets closed down. Just awful service. Called on a take out order at 7:30pm and was told it would be 30min. Got to Round Table at 8:15pm and had to wait in a backed up line. I don't know who was incharge, probably nobody since nobody seemed to know what they were doing. When I finally got to the register, and after seeing all the mass confusion of the staff, I asked them to see if the pizzas were done or at least in the oven before I paid, because I told them if the pizzas were not even made I would just cancel the order. The woman went to check and told me they were not done but were in fact in the oven and would be up in 5 min. SHE LIED! 9pm came and I again went to see what was taking so long. They hadn't even made the pizzas yet. So I asked for a refund, which she didn't know how to do, so I waited another 10 minutes for her to void the transaction. I have no confidence that I will actually receive a refund. This place needs a Manager who can get those employees back on track or fire some. There were 6 employees running around, yet accomplishing nothing. This community has a lot to offer as far as restaurants, so this Round Table is doomed unless corporate gets involved and turns things around.
The pizza is always delicious. However ordering it online or call in is frustrating. Coupon codes emailed to me didn't work. Calling in the order was worse. As I asked about coupon code not working, the women just kept asking WHAT PIZZA DO YOU WANT Will you honor the coupon not working online ? Clearly she was busy and irritated. Yes! So WHAT PIZZA DO YOU WANT? I'd like delivery. She didn't have my full address before asking WHAT PIZZA DO YOU WANT?! actually I will just order some place else. I've worked in the food business 18 years, the public can be rude and nasty, it's not a job for everyone. But if your not happy. Then QUIT! Stop taking it out on the customers that are polite to you!! Without customers you have NO JOB! The pizza is great but not worth ordering if I have to deal with another self intitaled millennial that hates their job and has zero customer service. Ironic because customers are why you get a paycheck.
My husband went over to pick up curbside and online order this is what he said. To curbside orders were delivered in front of me. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting after the time my order was to be ready, I went in and the worker pulls the pizza out of the locker. He said they were shorthanded. That was after I saw a guy standing around in there doing nothing. Plus on top of that I really used to like round table pizza but it really stinks now.
This was my first time experince: Peaches were expired. Had a soda taste like feeling and could make people sick. Plates for the pizza are not washed well. Were still dirty. The sauces on the salad isle are unlabled and had trouble knowing which sauces were which. Not happy on my first time going to this place.
I'd give this place a 0 if I could. I came here to eat dinner Sunday night on 6/9/19 with my family, arrived before closing hours, and placed my order. We received our food when we realized it was getting close to closing, no biggie, we're considerate people and wouldn't take long in occasions like this. It wasn't until a lady who I assume was a lead or a manager because she was bossing everyone there was angrily asking her employees why they didn't close the lobby beforehand because now there's people sticking around. She said, out loud, that she's 'not doing this again' and was angrily bussing tables. WOW. We completely lost our appetite. We came here all the time but now after this, NO MORE. Looks like it's dominos from now on, sucks because the pizza is good but costumer service is unbelievable. I've worked in the restaurant business my whole life, and I would never say anything like this out loud for customers to hear. We paid for our pizza, we deserve to be there and not be treated like we're some kind of burden for them. Either this lady owes us an apology or Round Table needs to fire her. Even after this we didn't get in her face and yelled at her, although she definitely deserved it. As we were walking out there door, all she could say was 'Have a good night'. Disgusting. Keep your terrible customer service. Never coming back.
Both pizza and garlic cheese bread were stale and dry. We could not finish 1 piece of pizza. Not recommended.
The worst pizza ever Asked for a small size vegetarian pizza (onion, tomatoes, cheese) and when opened at home find pepperonis on it. Then removed all pepperonis by myself and then there was burned onions, 2-3 small pieces of tomatoes and oily cheese. Bad taste for $25…
I had called to order Uber eats and then forgot to order ranch. Called round table and the girl was so rude. Then hung up on me. I was willing to pay on my card for extra ranch but she hung up to soon. Horrible customer service. I live in Oregon and was ordering it for my son and his wife. I will never order anything from there again! Horrible customer service. I am still in shock how rude she was.
The manager, Pedro, is a terrible manager he is out of his element with this position. Ordered a pizza for delivery by phone, and it never arrived, we called 2 hours later, and he said the order did not exist, and the excuse was a shift changed. I suggested he check his credit card transactions to be sure if we were charged, and he was offended and told me not to tell him what to do. This could have been such an easy fix. Round Table needs to invest in more proper training for there managers.
I was disappointed in the pizza and wings. It tasted bad, and the wings were soggy with grease. Maybe other locations are better. It was way too expensive for bad food. But what isn't expensive now days.
The Gal taking our order gave us a hard time getting another plate for our pizza Then "she roodly said it's you only get one salad " treated us like kids 5-20-25 6:17 Employee Raquel We haven't been here in a wiel things changed for the worsed My family and I will not be returning
Love this Pizza but they never get orders right… forced to keep it simple as they can never get the toppings right, but they have never failed to charge me for those toppings. They typically fix the issue but if I get home before checking it’s frustrating. I guess it’s on me to check but really shouldn’t need to in my opinion, especially if you are charged. Real shame because I love Round Table. This one is closest to me but just far enough to make it not worth going back. After messing up 4 times I give up. Really hoping they open another one in the area as this one is not worth it. Happens to often to be forgiven.
Usually, I don’t go somewhere an hour before they close, but we were traveling through the town and they were already packing up the salad bar so we just left the only reason why I’m giving it a one star
So I called ahead of time to confirm because I heard the buffet was from 5-9pm. The guy came to the phone and said, "thank you for calling round table can you please hold thanks." I was placed on hold for a while, keep in mind I did not get a chance to respond. I hung up. I entered the location several moments later. There was not a wide selection of pizza for kids and lots of veggie pizza. I had to ask for cheese pizza to be brought out. I also asked for marinara sauce to go with the garlic twist bread the cashier told me that they have ranch. Understood however,I don't eat ranch with garlic bread twist. That was not what I asked for. I explained to her that I didn't eat ranch with bread. Later I was given some cold marinara sauce needless to say I didn't eat it, and probably will not return.
My goodness, I have never in my 30 years of ordering had such a terribly horrendous experience. Adriana was absolutely the most unpardonable and rude person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. After waiting for over two hours, she had the audacity to cancel my order for absolutely no reason. I have been a loyal customer for three decades, but I will never, ever order from here again. This is beyond unacceptable, and Adriana should not be working with people. She is a disgrace.
The person who identifies as manager is so miserable. Terrible customer oriented. Because of one zip lock bag of ice from soda machine for medicine she made the experience ridiculously miserable. This person don’t understand the meaning of leadership/management/empathy. Overpriced this simple bag just because. And took the ice back. Person poor of heart and soul. Don’t know I’m certified mystery shopper evaluator. To owners: think better the manager who represents you. You never know when a mystery shopper shows up to evaluate the place.
This Round Table Pizza location in Oceanside is an absolute disaster. The service is nonexistent, the food is inedible, and the manager, Adriana, is completely incompetent. From the moment we walked in, we were ignored. It took forever to get our order taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted stale. The pizza was greasy, and the crust was limp and undercooked. It was clear that no one there cared about the quality of the food they were serving. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Adriana. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. When we politely tried to explain the issues with our order, she just shrugged and walked away. It's unbelievable that someone with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction could be in a management position. She should be let go immediately. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
