They accommodated a group of 10 so fast, and that was wonderful with little kids. And then we had a spill at our table and this waiter was so engaged with our kids!! I didn’t see his name tag, but he brought over this huge roll of paper towels and gave the kids some, made them laugh got them to help clean up and enjoy it; he made what could have been a mess into a memory. Good food, came out relatively quickly for kids, we’d go back.
I work for a dayhab for special needs adults not too far from Chili’s Carrollton. I took some clients there for a lunch outing. Our server was Giovanni and he was amazing, very friendly, polite, attentive and patient. We had an awesome experience and everything came out fast and the atmosphere was chill. We will definitely be going back not to mention the clients enjoyed themselves.
01/07/25: Positive: We were greeted, seated in minutes , and our order was taken quickly. Server Stephanie was cheerful and super positive. ***Negative: The Menus had fingerprints and sticky stuff all over. Positive : the Fajita Trio was delicious. The grilled vegetables kept everything moist and tasty. 071125: Excellent food! But....We hadn't been to Chili's in a few months and , now ,we know why. Poor service or there's not enough wait staff. The staff is ...super friendly and attentive ...when at your table, but it appears that they're working both ends of the restaurant so they're ...not ...at your table or on your aisle. It's no wonder why we couldn't get drink refills. Note, we originally placed the employee drink glass at the edge of the table. No one checked with us mid meal on how we were or how was order. Help is needed ! O1/31/25: Our Friday night dinner was a nice experience. We ordered the Combo dinner, 3 entree's and extra broccoli. Wowwee! Lots of food! Last year: Wow, A fast lunch with a smile! My wife and I had a Burger and Chicken Crispers. We experience d super fast service. The lunch was tasty and the fries were "the best" in the area. Thank you Daisy-like-the-flower...our waitress for taking great care of us.
This location is always on point. I was disappointed that they ran out of corn bc I was craving it. But it was still good. We got the southwest eggrolls for appetizer, hubby is obsessed with them. lol he got a burger and I got the smokehouse combo with ribs, honey chipotle chicken crispers and sausage. Everything was bomb, no complaints. Merry Margarita was also really good! Server was amazing!
3 for me is my favorite order but there's plenty to choose from here. great, freshly prepared hamburger and fries. the spread type tangy sauce adds a nice touch. great meals at really good prices!
If Chili’s had an MVP award, Caster would win it every single shift. His service is consistently top-tier: quick, friendly, and on point every time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I’ve eaten at a lot of places, but no server matches his level of care and professionalism. Ask for Caster — you won’t regret it.
Swung by to get a quick margarita and queso to unwind. Sat at the bar and had quick, attentive service. Who doesn't love Chili's. Tried the monthly shark margarita and it was so cute that they even put a gummy shark in it. Great price. Great place to jump in for a quick drink.
So we walked in after Church and it was slammed. Shockingly, ISA sat us Very quickly. She was so sweet. Then Mallie, our Server, wowed us. She never pressured us or shamed us for ordering the lunch specials. She was Amazing. She was so sweet to my elderly parents and I. Mallie is a whole next level waitress. She got our order perfect! Steph brought us our food so fast, I thought she ran. Steph made you feel loved by making sure our order was perfect. Mallie Never let our drinks hit half full. Blown away by the team that served us. You can feel God's love in Mallie's heart. We tipped 50% because we were that happy. God Bless you Mallie, Isa, and Steph. Keep up the great work!! Even the manager was Cleaning tables like a great boss. What a humble manager. Thanks again. See you soon! Round 2 Steph rocked as Our Server!!! We love them both. Way to go Steph! Proud of her!
The staff here are excellent, from the hostess to the bartenders, excellent service for sure. My food was hot both nights, however, two individual groups next to me received cold quest with their chip and quest order to which they had to send back. That just should never happen. The atmosphere was as any other chain restaurant of this caliber would be, sports central. But it was good.
WENT to the Chilis in Carrollton, and it was so good. I WAS DISAPPOINTED that the cutbacks resulted in no guacamole for the fajitas, and the flour tortillas were hard. So, let me back up....ordered a patron mixed drink...that bartender made it super yummy...rare...LOL. We ordered the fajitas for 2, steak and chicken, and a mix of flour and corn tortillas. No guacamole because now they charge an extra 50 cents. My opinion... then dont serve fajitas if you're going to half step OR ask if the customer wants it....save that way. Still gave 5 stars because that was the ONLY issue.
Swung by for a quick dinner with the family. Skillet queso was a hit as normal. Cajun chicken pasta was really good. Honey chipotle chicken crispers were really good as well. Kid had the mini burgers and he loved them. Service was on point and our waiter was very attentive. We had zero complaints and honestly I like this one better than the Addison location.
Stopped in for a late lunch and was quickly greeted and seated. Our waiter Eathen was just the best. Everybody was very friendly 😁 and accommodating. The food was delicious 😋,hot and plentiful. I started eating my burger 🍔 before I remembered to snap a picture. The Bacon 🥓 burger was so big I had to smash it down so I could get my mouth around the thing. The seasoned french 🍟 fries were fantastic 😊. I don't get some of the negative reviews as a service we got in the food we got was top shelf. Also $55 for four people to eat that much food was a fair deal in this day and age
We got the shrimp fajitas and they were delicious! The chips are good too, always warm, thin and crispy with a touch of salt. We like Chili’s salsa and beans too.

I've always loved Chili's. This is a great location for me. I typically sit at the bar and the bartender is great! Always seems cold, but maybe I'm just old. 😁
Came here on Friday for lunch. The server with the brown hair was so nice and helped us get our food and drinks fast, and both were very good. The only issue we had was that it was a little loud in the restaurant considering that it wasn't too busy, so the music could be turned down just a little bit and I don't think anyone would mind!
Always consistent as far as food quality. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. However, the tables were sticky and so were the dang table top devices they insist we touch to pay for the meals… those things are gross!!
Recently ate QP burgers at Chili's with side salad. Food was good. service was slow when sodas were not refilled but the server spent time socializing with coworkers.
Started going here and was impressed by the quality and speed, plus they're open till midnight. Recently went to celebrate my birthday. Was probably 10:07pm. Sign said closed due to staffing. Seat in the booth bottoms out and is very uncomfortable. Different booth than another we used last time with the same issue. Appetizers late to the table. Food was good. Lots of dirty tables. Update. We’ve been back to this location twice since the first post. Service was 5 star. Food was great. Seating was more comfortable. Therefore I am upgrading my review. Came on a Friday night around 8, extremely loud and packed which was to be expected. It took about 25-30 minutes for our server to come back and get my table of 4 our 4 margaritas, and after 10 minutes 3 of which were wrong to which our server says they're the same just different colors...ok....took another 20 for him to even come back by then the alcohol and water needed refills and we ordered our food. After another 20 minutes our 1 appetizer arrived and then food about 5-10 later, my burger came out wrong so I had to wait a few minutes to get another. Our server maybe came back 3 times. He didn't take any initiative to refill anyone's water or ask if we wanted a margarita, he didn't clear any empty plates that were in the way of our compact table. This was a terrible experience on a Friday night, won't be back to this location again

Don't go here for a party and happy hour. If you don't know... happy hour is only good for certain drinks, you might be surprised at your bill. No where did we see happy hour is good for only for a few items. We won't be back!
Never had an opportunity to order. 4:00pm on a Wednesday. Every 20 minute parking spot in the front of the store was taken. My Elder mother parked across the parking lot on the handicapped parking ( no options near the entrance). So if you are disabled or walking is an issue, this place is not Handicapped friendly. I remember when this location was built and have entered it for the last time in my 40 years of going. Never came to take our order, so we left and went to Applebee's.
I have always love this restaurant. Today I came here with my mom and me to get food. I ordered the just bacon burger well done with just the bacon and cheese only and my mom ordered the original trio with steak and chicken and extra steak..the issue I encountered was that..when I took a bite of my just bacon burger it came with mayonnaise….i tried getting my waiter attention but she walked away. I know that she did my order correctly but i only asked for the meet to be well done and for ONLY BACON AND CHEESE… At the point I just removed the mayonnaise and decided to eat it.. 05/25/25 12:49
