Very disappointing, I am used to seeing the bagel covered with cream cheese, for me I am more on the cream cheese side. . It barley even had cream chesse. If we are paying for it!!!!

I used to love the coffee here. For the last several weeks (really, all summer) it’s been a watered down, bland mess. For both dark roast and medium roast. It’s so bad I have started cutting it out of my routine. Management, if you are reading — fix the coffee. It’s undrinkable.

I’m disappointed with this store. When the GM is here it’s a wonderful experience. When the Asian guy is working it’s a horrible experience. He don’t greet customers, he leave to go orders just sitting behind the counter. He don’t have any (zero) customer service skills. When I walk through the door, I know this will be a very bad experience. He always act like he’s so busy to even acknowledge a customer standing right behind him. He missed items on the delivery. You can feel his bad energy that he don’t care about customers, and he’s only there to get the check. Can someone from corporate please sit down with him and teach him how to greet customers when they enter the store, at the least inform the customer you’ll be right with them, SOMETHING PLEASE!!!!!!!

My daughter brought Einstein Bagels home for breakfast. She purchased 6 of them around 8:30 am, they were horrible. Hard as a rock, not as large as they used to be. Maybe leftovers from yesterday. Or they have completely changed how they make bagels. Purchasing bagels at a grocery store would have been a better choice. If this is the new normal for Einsteins they will not be in business for long.

Waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru and received the wrong order. I drove back to get it corrected, and while mistakes happen, it would’ve been nice to have the error acknowledged with a simple “sorry” rather than just a brief “oh” and turning away

Enough is enough. I continued to give this location business all year because how many times in a row can they really mess up my very simple order. I’m willing to wait the typical 20 minutes it takes here to get a single bagel… as long as my order is right. I guess I’m expecting too much since they can’t get a SINGLE BAGEL right. That’s it. No fancy coffees, no sides, no complicated sandwiches. ONE BAGEL WITH EXTRA SCHMEAR. I always tip, hoping that extra $ is the motivation they need to get my order right. Nope. Your crappy employees should get paid in your dry schmearless bagels!

Absolutely the worst don’t waste your time or money here . This location is ALWAYS horribly slow. Even to place an order in an empty drive thru took almost 15 minutes. The employees always seem clueless . Also, their espresso machines hasn’t worked in over a month and they still haven’t fixed it. Corporate needs to fix this location

Today is the last time I go to this place. It was freezing cold in this place I asked the employee and the manager if the heat was broken they told me they did not think so. But I was in there for an hour and it was just as cold in that place as it was outside. I was in there for a an hour. Not only that when I go in this place sometimes they will not have any coffee made. I went in for a bagel with 2 of my friends my friends had to wait for a half an hour for two plain bagels toasted and buttered. The bathrooms are horrific, always unsanitary. So too are the tables you always have to wipe down the tables. This place is always dirty! Never again going to this place!

Over $7 for a wheat bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee! I can stomach the price and upcharge of $2 for cream cheese if there was actually a fair amount of it on my bagel and the shrinkage in size of the bagel should well accommodate putting a fair amount of cream cheese on it. We are all tightening our belts due to inflation but Einstein Bros should be fair with their product and not rip off its customers. Shame on you Einstein Bros!

Went up one morning to get some bagels for the office and what I found was quite horrific. This place should be closed for unsanitary conditions, both from the employees and the location. Large selection of bagels but insects inside the bagels is just a bit much for my personal taste. Einstein Bros. Bagels Corp should for sure send someone to randomly to do a sanitary inspection. Service was also pretty deficient to say the least.
