We visited Olive Garden on a Saturday there was a lot of people but we waited about 7 min before we were seated, the service was great our waiter was polite and attentive I order all you can eat soup since I took my toddler and we were able to get more than 2 refills on it which doesn’t happened often but the driver was great 10/10 we didn’t have to call him over for anything missing at our table. Food is what I expected usually at Olive Garden being in such a busy plaza they were fast and attentive. Be back soon

Both times I went were amazing. The servers are really great and very friendly. One of my servers was Rosa. She was amazing and very helpful with out questions. The other server I didn’t get to catch her name but I believe it was Isabelle. She was above and beyond with her service. She was by far one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was on top of the refills and coming around frequently and helping us with any questions or concerns

I visited Olive Garden on Memorial Day, expecting long waits and overwhelmed staff but what I got was a masterclass in efficiency and hospitality. The place was absolutely packed, yet I was seated within minutes. My soup arrived just five minutes after ordering, and the entrée followed about ten minutes later. That kind of turnaround on a holiday rush? Remarkable. Every dish was spot on fresh, flavorful, and comforting in all the right ways. But the real standout was my waitress. She anticipated everything I might need, refilled drinks without a glance, and made sure I never had to ask for a thing. The entire team was working nonstop, and it showed in the seamless service. If this location can deliver that kind of experience on one of the busiest days of the year, they’ve earned my respect and a return visit.

It's good. There other Italian restaurants that I love, but this place satisfies the craving for Italian food. It's convenient, plenty of locations and this one was chosen for my sisters birthday lunch, by her daughter, my niece. Everything we had, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, spaghetti with meat sauce & meatballs, pasta e fagioli was good. But I think they changed the recipe, I didn't see white navy beans in the soup. Presentation is also good, except for the soup, just look at the picture, but it's okay I will still eat it.

The service at this Olive Garden is just the best. Kim helped us and she was just a wonder. She was so kind to me grandson and when I had to correct him to say please, she just smiled at him and said what he said was great. She paid so much attention to him and listened to him. It is hard to understand him when he speaks. She just stood there and was so happy when we got the words out and she would smile at him some more. He told me he wants to go back to see his friend. Now, they have games on a pad at the table so if you have a kid, get ready to be ignored, but that is fine. Clearly, those games are more interesting than me and his Pop Pop. The place is ever so clean, including the bathrooms and the booths are big and comfortable. The lobby is pretty and the front desk staff is really nice. If I were you I would go around 4 for dinner or it is going to be very crowded. We loved our food. Their never ending salad bowl is just perfect. I am not in love with their bread sticks, but my grandson love them. All of the pastas are super. We had Ziti and a dish with ravioli, linguini and chicken parmesan. All of it was great. We had never had steak there, but my husband was brave and wanted to try it. It came out just as ordered with great vegetables and he was thrilled. Their little donuts with two sauces on the side are so good. These are addictive. The prices are fair and again, you won't find better service.

I'm a frequent Olive Garden consumer, and my experience last night was the best experience I've ever had. Vanessa, the server was beyond everything! I didn't have a need for anything. She served my needs as if I were her only customer. It was an excellent end to my evening. Hope to be served by her in the future.

We went on a Monday and with less people, it felt like they gave us more attention. They were kind, courteous and professional. The food was delicious and would def love to go again. I even made space for dessert which was very good!

Came in on a Thursday and surprisingly it was pretty empty so we got seated right away, and even tho this Olive Garden is not that big it was still very nice, atmosphere was great and super clean. Well! What I like more there is to eat, I skip breakfast because I like the carbonara chicken Alfredo and the nocchi 🍲. And yummy yummy 😋 the chocolate cake, sort of them.. I do alway receive good service and attention..it's always 🙏 good to spend time with family and friends. That's priceless!..

I hadn’t been here in a while. Came back last night and the place was pretty crowded but didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The hosts were friendly and were nice when they sat us. Food was delicious. I would had liked for our waitress to be a little more attentive as we were in need of more breadsticks and a refill on our drinks. She was nice and I take it maybe she was just very busy, but you need to keep up with the tables and see if anything is needed. I don’t have much to complain about as everything was delicious... just next time maybe a little more attentiveness would be much appreciated.

Look. I’m part Sicilian, so I have to say this up front: this is not Italian food—and that’s okay. If you think of it as American comfort food… with noodles? Then it makes way more sense. 😂 The breadsticks and salad? Always solid. No notes. The soup? Not bad at all, especially if you stick with the Zuppa Toscana. So if you keep your order in that lane, you’re good. And if you love Olive Garden, then hey—this is your happy place. It’s consistent, it’s convenient, and it scratches that “I don’t want to cook” itch. Just don’t come in expecting nonna’s Sunday sauce.

Was seated quickly. However, the server took 5min to show up and take the orders. The orders came wrong (brought the garlic bread sticks but not the Alfredo sauce)and he never came back to check. After 10min we were able to flag someone else to bring the sauce but buy the the bread sticks were cold. Great restaurant but lack of supervision on service. Will look for different olive gardens to go to.

I normally love Olive Garden. We stopped by this Olive Garden in Carson. My daughter and I ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs. The first time they brought it, it was made with their new Spicy 3 meat sauce. I didn't ask for that. It was so spicy my lips were burning. They brought the same dish back and didnt change the sauce! 🙄 Get it right the first time!!! So now we ordered Spaghetti with Creamy mushroom sauce and Mac and Cheese to go. I don't have the time to wait for ANOTHER round of food that is made wrong! The waiter said they have all kinds of stuff going on in the kitchen. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Get it right the first time! Now I'm going to have an upset stomach and my lips are burning. 😫

This is the worst experience I've had. The service was horrible. I was seated and waited about 35min to get my order. But wait the only reason i even got my order taken was because i had to ask a waiter if they knew who my waiter was , she said it was “Joey”. But she gladly will take my order she was nice and finally took my order and got our food. After we were about done eating this “Joey” guy finally showed up and asked if we needed anything mind you we were almost finished. He said if we needed anything and if we did just let him know. After we were completely finished this “Joey”guy disappears again! We needed boxes to take our food. He finally showed up 20min after. Honestly this people are really unprofessional. I know I wasn’t the only person complaining today about them.

When they say 10 minutes wait is actually 30 plus minutes and is very disappointing because people have other things to do than to be mislead. Also the food takes other hour and they do not have enough food on demand like the bread or salad. Multiple employees just standing around
