They were busy tonight but drive thru went pretty quick. Great customer service, patient and polite. I didnt feel rushed to order. I got everything I ordered, hot and delicious. I love their chili! & of course their burgers are great, too! I dont get to eat here often aymore, so I am so happy for their service and food!

Wendy's how can I say this is some of the best burgers on the market. delicious even with everything it . OMG they got the pickles. I like thick cut wavy potato to take I'm going to have a little Burger contest with them and Jack in the Box right now

The drive thru at this location is very tight. I have a f150 and I have to be very careful not to hit the wall. As others have by all the different color of paint on it. But other then that service is quick.

Wendy's has THEE best food!! Also, the service is really good (drive thru). We got the spicy chicken nuggets, baconator, sugar cookies, and of course fries. The drinks are so good (mango lemonade)!

Always fresh, and this is the only place where my fries are always hot when I get them.

This Wendy's is one of the best. It has a big parking lot, restaurant is always clean, employees are nice and the food is good. Only downside would be that I noticed their vending machine is missing a lot of the beverages so you have to ask employees to get it from the drive through vending machine

I love that the workers do what they can to serve you in a timely manner despite how busy it is and how low staffed they are sometimes. Working in diners ain't easy, but they sure make it look like it is! Great place to stop by anytime for some early breakfast or Sunday dinner.

The cashier was friendly and my food was nice and hot. Especially, the Chili. That's my favorite food from Wendy's. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. The only bad thing about all fast food restaurants is, that you only hear Spanish spoken amongst all of the workers. Even when people are ordering, the workers interrupt the cashier to ask questions, while the cashier is trying to concentrate on a customers order. All workers should not be allowed to speak their native language during work hours. Only on breaks and outside of work. Mc DONALD'S is terrible about this rule. Even the managers and upper level managers speak Spanish to Everyone!!! This is America, no other country.

The only reason this particular one didn't get five stars is because they refuse to get a bigger building and they know they need a bigger building. It gets so packed in there that you literally can't even stretch your arms out and once you get your food you have to say excuse me, excuse me a million times just to get through the crowd to get out the door

Staff was very efficient, friendly, and restaurant was really clean. I love Wendy's limited time summer berry salad and wish they would make it a permanent menu item.

Their salads are surprisingly good and fresh... I don't eat here very often but when I do I always grab a cookie or 2 they are amazing!

Great deal is the biggie bag includes a double bacon burger regular size, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a coke. For five dollars.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat before hitting the freeway back to Phoenix, dining area was relatively clean, the drink dispensing area was a little messy but it was lunchtime & there was adequate lids/straws/etc. Wait time to order was a couple minutes & order came up in @10 minutes, but they didn't give us the correct hashbrown that went w the breakfast sandwich we ordered & it was too busy to bother wasting time to correct the error:( Bathroom required code but was pretty clean, overall a ok visit. Price had increased $2 on the slider meal we wanted though & that was a huge bummer:(

It was fast I went through the drive-thru the attendant was very courteous very cheery they got my order right everything was in there I didn't have to go you know call back or go back so yeah I really enjoyed that in the food was good

(Head scratching moment) Drive thru. So when they asked me if I wanted any "sauce" with each of my orders, I made my selection for each and never received any of the sauces although I asked cashier to confirm my sauces were in there. NEXT VISIT!!! they didn't offer sauces BUT I asked for some at window and I was given all with a smile. Go figure! 🤷‍♀️ the frustrating part >> 📓🖋 don't play with my emotions like that. This is a good place to get fast food. If you haven't been to Wendy's in a while it's a good alternative to other spots. It seems they upped their game and improved their menu. The only drawback is the coke machine which is not real coke to me... Too syrup y

Kind of located out of the way. The drive thru moves quickly even with a line of cars. I’ve never experienced a messed up order. Inside is clean and the staff is polite and stays busy. Dining area inside sits 4 to a table - you know the layout. Plenty of parking.

When over there I got a good baby, servers were friendly and the atmosphere was calm

Wendy's is not like it used to be. Good reviews on their beef " never frozen always fresh." But... the burger has decreased in size. It's like a mini burger now. Unfortunately, in today's business market, with more business aiming towards profits. Smaller seems to be the new norm, and prices have gone up. However, what people look for (well, I do ) besides quality ingredients is size. Unless you're on a diet, then this works out great. For me, I lean towards a more rubust meal that will leave me satisfied. Don't get me wrong. Wendy's is good. But in today's encomedy, size does matter. Everyone is different in their opinion.

I swear been here 2x around the 9pm hrs n there is always food missing...n always the burgers...;/ they hand u bag filled up talking about whats in there and when ur briefly looking to make sure they hand u the rest causing u to rush through....so make them wait!!!! Check ur bags!!!

Update: July 2021. I would like to report that Wendy's fixed the issue because I did call corporate but they did not. However this Wendy's has really turned over a new leaf very clean inside, super fast, and yummy. (i'm here like three times a week). The Dining room is now open - Super Cool. So I'm changing my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. If someone had at least returned my call like Corporate promised I could change it to five stars. Just like the guy three comments below. Three times I ordered from here and three times I got my burger without bacon. Store manager would not refund would not replace burger. Spent 45 mins on hold and can't get a refund. If you like your food the way you order it go to a different Wendy's.

Can somebody let me know if they are ever open after 8pm on Friday.!!!!! It seems every Friday they are closed early for dining and the drive thru is not open either. Dining is suppose to close at 10 and drive thru at 1. If they want to close earlu because business is slow than just change your times!!!!

Dirty, inappropriate in-house music and the cookie cabinet was left open which flies could enter. Overheard a customer complaining about the bathroom being filthy and it was seemingly brushed off.

The employees at this Wendy’s are always RUDE! They NEVER include the salad dressing! This is the 4th time and I asked at the window, the lady told me she just put it in the bag and disappears. Unfortunately, this is the closest wendys to my work and home.

From the parking lot to the counter, someone needs to take a good long look at this place. Trash everywhere, dirty table, poor landscaping, no a/c on. An uncomfortable experience, to say the least. I'm sure corporate is not visiting, at least not enough.

I love to have Wendy's salads. They are some of the best salads around except from this location. For some reason when I come here every single time I order the salad the lettuce is wilted and they use too much iceberg lettuce. All other Wendy's I've been to the salads are always fresh and taste great. This is my last time at this location. I will drive the extra miles to find another one.

Overpriced fast-food in dated ambiance. We visited Wendy's in Arizona and we're really impressed by the deccor, cleanness and food. Too bad that the Carson Wendy's was so mediocre suggesting poor quality control in the Wendy's fast-food chain...too bad 🙄

Didn't like this location. Food was pretty whack for a Wendy's (my 2nd fave fast food chain after Taco Bell). Its hard to describe, but I definitely did not like it and won't be back. It's not because the my sandwich didn't look like the picture (does it ever?) but because it tasted weird. Almost like it was lightly seasoned with cleaning products - not direct flavor, more like the "essence" of kitchen cleaning products, if that makes any sense. Also, they didn't give us ketchup or spoons for our frosty's and was told "it's in the bag" when I asked for them. Lame. NOTE: I've only been here once and it was at 9:30 pm-ish on a weeknight.

Burgers are always lukewarm. Fries are sometimes fresh but sometimes soggy and drowned in salt. Cheese doesn't melt on burgers and for about 25$ for 2 medium combos its not worth it. I mean the taste is different but they definitely need to step up their game at this location. I have been to Wendy's and the food was flawless and tasted delicious. This Wendy's is just hide away in the corner and the employee don't take their work too serious. You'll find yourself in the drive thru for 30 mins..... I mean taste is their but man for the prices they charge they definitely step it up.

It was dirty, the floor was soaked all over and not mopped. They just left a cone near the soda machine with a very wet floor. Nothing was stocked. Food was a combo of burnt and cold. And they don't accept EBT like it says they do. They also have menu items advertised that they don't offer and is crossed out once you get inside. Like the build-a-meals. Idk if this is just a different owner or something, but I won't be back. It's the second time I've been disappointed because they forgot two menu items in the drive thru last time, and when I came they gave me a hard time. I had to go in and show my receipt and ask to the see the damned surveillance camera last time, which they finally just have me my 2 sandwiches. I'll just go to in-n-out next time.

Don't come here to get the 50 nugget bucket , they want to charge you $25 when it's shows on the website that it's $15 that's crazy !!!!!

I just can not believe what I experienced today, the cashier Maherita was taking orders and taking the cash she then turned around and went straight to the fries and started to scoopthem then the chicken nuggets not once did she think to wash her hands. I approached her then she got mad and started to speak in Spanish to the manager guy. He then said he'll take care of the issue. Why didn't she know that good hand washing prevent food borne illnesses in which I had over 5 times at the hands of a dirty restaurant. I need to learn my lesson and just cook or eat a cold sandwich 🤨 becareful because it's common for them not to wash their hands. Shame on you Wendy's!!

I went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. When I went back the workers took it as a joke and when asked to compensate the inconvenience they blantly said "that's not going to happen". The manager sorted out the confusion but I will never go back to this Wendy's again.

Google maps says they close at 1am but every time I've come closer to 12 they're already closed and the lady just says "we're closed" at the window because she doesn't want to answer the intercom. This happened twice.

You would think that a place like Wendy's would be able to deliver quality customer service to drive their customers back... spoiler alert: Wendy's DOES NOT! After experiencing an issue in store (I had made a mobile order and came in to pick it up only to be cursed at by the manager and told I had to pay for it again to receive my food) I reached out to their guest services and was told I would recieve a call from the district manager. After receiving zero messages from their DM I called their guest services again. This time they said the manager above the district manager would reach out to me. Soon after, I did recieve a message from them saying that they would refund me for the order I never recieved and give me free food for my time wasted but when I went into the store today the manager on duty was completely unaware of the incident and I was told to come back when the general manager was there. How many times do I have to take time out of my day to try and get this resolved? At this point I should recieve a gift card for at least 50 dollars for the amount of time Wendy's has wasted me. Edit: finnally got my food, months later. No gift card tho

The service was horrible and the manager was just standing there having a conversation with some lady instead of taking care of the customers. While one of her employees was busy doing everything while the manager just stood there. The food is good but they need to have a talk with the manager.

We picked up Tmobile deals here by drive thru. We're on fam plan(3 lines) so naturally we get 3 freebies. The manager only gave 2 orders since he said there's only 2 people in the car. Didn't know orders depend on the number of people inside a car when 3 separate orders were made via their mobile app on every phone. Weird policy.

I ordered food from the app and never received it. I came by foot, and a woman was telling me to go to the drive-thru, which I couldn't. I told her I paid already and that she could give me my food, which she said no. Basically, I was robbed of $6, which is theft. I will no longer eat at Wendy's and will disconnect the app, you've lost a patron.

Would always come here to get a Baconater and would love it now......The guy at the register doesn't even know what that is for the past 3 visits I ask the the large combo and he puts down a triple stack Dave's burger......the past 3 times.....smh never again

Often opens late, nearly every time I have visited at opening. Food quality is good. Indifferent service. Added. Visited again, shame on me. They were out of their product that they advertise for sale. Of course you don't know that until after you have paid. Infuriatingly indifferent.

When we pulled up, apparently we weren't on the sensor. We kept saying "hello" and no one responded. So finally we decide to just go to the window. We were sitting for a good few mins before having to flag one of the 2 girls down to acknowledge us. We told her no one answered us on the intercom can we order here? She said no we have to go back around and order and wait behind all these cars behind us when we were there first. The lady argued with us and then we just left. It wad the most rude experience at a restaurant i have ever had. I won't be going back there.

We came for dinner and to try the fries they have been advertising, hot and crispy, we were so disappointed. Not crisp at all and the hamburgers that used to taste so delicious were tasteless and the tomatoand lettuce were wilted and not fresh. We won't be back. A total waste of over 25 dollars.

I don't like the fact when I order something and the people repeat my order correctly but then when I get to the window they're confused sat at the window for 10 minutes for the girl to try to figure it out even after repeating my order she still ask me what I ordered and couldn't get it right didn't give me no receipt and probably gave me the wrong change. Now that I'm sitting down eating realize the chicken nuggets or cold good job I'll never come back to this Wendy's ever again in my life.

I put in a carryout mobile order and when I arrived the doors were locked. I definitely picked carry out not drive thru and it's printed on my receipt. They saw me and ignored my knocks. I got in the drive thru and it took 20minutes to reach the window and they couldn't find my order because it's over 20 minutes old and in cue for carry out. No posted "closed" or "drive-thru only" sign, the app wouldn't let me choose carryout if it wasn't available and it was 6:30pm! I like Wendy's, I think there are several good items and options, but I clearly came to this location on the wrong day.

Beware of "The Wendy's Scam". Walked in cause I wanted to try a burger, and didn't want to go to McDonald's nearby. Ordered their #7 Bacon burger which showed a double patty next to it for $14.29+taxes. The cashier then asked me if I wanted the single-double-or triple patty. What? I said the double cause that's what I saw for 14.29. She said no, that one was more. I said then why mislead me in the first place? The manager said the same thing, and that comes down from corporate. Well, if nothing on the menu is trusted to be what it is when I order it, then I guess I can't trust anything else. Walked out this place. Beware of the Wendys Scam.

The food is good but the service sucks. They made a mistake on my drink I ordered lemonade but they gave me Sprite, she even asked which kind of lemonade. And the lady didn't even apologize or acknowledge the mistake that she made Just stood quiet. They're getting paid$ 20 an hour for them to serve us attitude. That law should of never passed for flipping burgers.

They have poor customer service. The food was as hot. Smaller portion of fries and drink than other location. The first time I went the system was down but now explain that a few weeks ago. The manager had a nasty attitude and the workers seem very rude. I try to give them another chance since it is near where I was at and my daughter was hungry. I should of learn my lesson from the first time. Will not visit this location again.
