From the moment I stepped on the grounds every two minutes I expressed my surprise at how nice this spot is. The food and drinks amazing on top of being very cute. The staff was super nice, the menu beautiful and clear. We also were curious about all that the building had to offer and were able to see the floor for private events. I would recommend this place to anyone that ever gets close to Caserta, it is for sure worth your time and money!

Locale bellissimo. Cibo buonissimo. Drink particolari. Servizio veloce e preciso. Tutto molto bello prezzi un po’ esagerati però. Tutto sommato vi troverete sempre bene. Roba di qualità! Ci vengo spesso.

Location bella, elegante e curata. Servizio quasi impeccabile, cibo buono e dai sapori particolari , devo però segnalare che al comunicare che due portate sono arrivate fredde al tavolo. Ben pensano in cucina di riscaldarle piuttosto che rifarne altre, come ti aspetti da un locale di tale caratura. Credo si debba tornare al menu cartaceo per dare un tocco romantico al tutto, vista l'atmosfera. Ah, a volte l'aria condizionata si sente un pò troppo!

I went with friends on December 24th at 12:00 PM. I was pleased with the welcoming and tasteful atmosphere, the service, and the dishes. Every now and then, along with our drinks, they brought us various finger foods and mini portions of pasta dishes. Everything we ordered, from the very light fried dishes to the stuffed Bao buns, was very enjoyable. The pasta and beans were a bit salty, but that can happen. I'll be back for dinner with friends and will also try the takeout.

A venue that strikes you from the moment you enter with its refined style and relaxing atmosphere. Boreale is much more than just a restaurant: it's a concept that combines modern design, attention to detail, and an original gastronomic offering. The menu is varied and well-thought out, with dishes ranging from traditional Mediterranean dishes to more contemporary offerings, ideal for a refined brunch or aperitif. The cocktails are a real highlight: beautifully presented, sophisticated, and with never-ending combinations. The service is generally courteous, albeit slow. The setting is perfect for a gathering of friends or a special occasion, with well-distributed spaces between the indoor dining room, terrace, and garden. The portions, while not generous, are beautifully presented. A little more expensive than average, but justified by the overall experience.

We've been to this bar more than once and have noticed that it's gotten worse over time! The first few times, the service was much better; they brought more aperitifs with the drinks you chose, but tonight was a total flop! Watered-down drinks brought after an hour and a half, they always brought lupini beans with the aperitif. Tonight we tried to ask for them because we saw they had them in the kitchen, and they told us they'd actually run out when they weren't! The service was poor in my opinion given the excessive price of everything. 4 drinks for €42, no comments!

We ordered two non-alcoholic aperitifs and were only served drinks, no appetizers. After asking, they brought us small bowls with a few chips, olives, and almonds, which were then charged as an "additional charge" on the bill. At 12:10, we asked for two French toasts, but were told a colleague would be by. After a 25-minute wait, the waitress told us that brunch ended at 12:30, even though we'd asked much earlier. In the end, they still brought us two French toasts (excellent) and a 250ml bottle of water, which cost €2.70. Very nice place, but slow and inattentive service. Disappointing value for money.

I'm honestly sorry to write this review but the service was terrible and some dishes were inedible like my friend's salmon 🥲 she was sick all night! They brought an entrée without saying what was inside! Unfortunately there was shrimp and so I am allergic to it so I had to order bentelan. My meat was tasteless (26 euro cut) 4 pieces. My friends had the t-bone which was neither good nor bad so apart from the location unfortunately nothing to save but the terrible service... abandoned ourselves

Premesso che ho chiamato il locale in mattinata per prenotare un tavolo da 3 persone (2 adulti e 1 bambina), per le 13:45. Abbiamo ordinato 3 menù fissi, premettendo celerità per la bambina, poiché erano oltre le 14…dopo la prima portata di antipasto che ne prevedeva due come da menù ordinato, abbiamo atteso più di un’ora prima della successiva portata…e dopo l’ennesimo richiamo, sono arrivate al tavolo i due assaggi di primi: freddi, senza cambio di piatto e di posaterie, mentre la bambina era ancora in attesa della sua pietanza…nel frattempo ho manifestato il mio malcontento al barista, unico del personale presente in sala in quel momento, il quale con fare maleducato, inappropriato, scortese e per nulla professionale mi sottolinea la sua estranierà alla questione, in quanto addetto al banco bar!…alche’ chiedo la necessità di parlare con un responsabile, al quale, arrivato elenco tutto l’accaduto, ma ricevendo sole delle timide scuse…stufo e incavolato per la situazione chiedo immediatamente il conto, ma in pochi minuti arrivano tutte le restanti pietanze, fredde e immangiabili…cosi decido definitivamente di andare via, recandomi alla cassa, dove nn solo pago per intero il conto senza nemmeno un minimo di scontistica per il disagio arrecatimi, ma quando faccio presente tale comportamento, mi viene detto che però le consumazioni erano state fatte!…sconsiglio vivamente di recarsi il tale locale, perché al di là del bel posto, e’ carente in professionalità, organizzazione, educazione, cortesia e prodotto!…pessimo e pessima esperienza!…mai più!

Sono venuto per la cena di San Valentino e ho scelto il menù di terra, non parliamo di mancato servizio, ma arrivato alle 8:00 sono le 23 e sono ancora alla seconda portata. Il servizio è completamente inesistente e inesperto portandomi la seconda portata 1:15h dopo la prima , nonostante avessi già accennato del tempo che fosse passato. Già sono venuto altre volte nel ristorante, dove ho mangiato sempre benissimo, non posso lamentarmi poiché prodotti di qualità e ottimi, ma servizio assente.

I'd like to be polite and give the service one star. We were there last night and ordered three hazelnut coffees and a coconut cappuccino. We waited a bit, but it's okay since it's Saturday night, I understand. This long wait, however, didn't lead to anything, since when the coffees arrived, to say that 4/4 were undrinkable is an understatement. The coconut cappuccino was barely salvageable, consumed, the hazelnut ones not even close. We went to tell two waitresses about this, who 1. Not too subtly hinted that the guy who was working at the cafeteria—whose name I won't mention, but who they told us—didn't know how to make that coffee. 2. They promised to have better coffees delivered to our table. So we waited at least another half hour to realize that absolutely nothing and no one would arrive. We went to the cashier and asked to pay for all four coffees, even though we informed the person I assume was the owner of the matter. She was kind enough to have them remade for us at the counter, even without our request. The guy, in all this, tells us he hadn't heard anything from the girls! Well, I understand everything, but I also worked in the restaurant business for 10 years and never made empty promises to a single customer, not even on the most difficult evenings. I'd call it terrible behavior, except for the lady at the cash register, to whom I advise changing the staff from top to toe.

Just a fancy place with a strange fancy menu but nothing really good. Poor service and small portions. We went for aperitifs and the portions served with drinks were really small. I asked for vegetarian food but they brought me something with meat inside! For the drink I found a piece of cork in my drink. Despite all this trouble there was no gesture of high class service from the staff. Normally a good place to say sorry will give you a free drink or something like that but here nothing. They were so ashamed that they couldn’t even say sorry properly.
