It is located near the Casteggio station, the pizzas are like pinsa with a dough divided x2 in a pan, thin and light to digest, the prices are cheap, wood-fired oven.

The pizza at Azetium was delicious. It's similar to the one on the 45th parallel in Voghera, which closed a while ago. Now I find it dry in some places, soggy in others. Come back!

The place is elegant, the pizza is thin and easy to digest. The only downside was the wait time, both to order and to get water and beer. It took 45 minutes to get the pizza, and the place wasn't crowded. All in all, I didn't have a bad experience.

Centrally located, across from the Vecio Alpin and just a few meters from the train station. A curious offering of pizza by the meter, served in long pans where the two meters of dough are topped in sections based on the customers' orders. The dough is very thin but not hard, and it cooks well despite the unusual pan and shape. Good-quality ingredients. I haven't tried the kitchen, which offers the usual pizzeria dishes and a small selection of local delicacies. Service isn't fast, but it's precise. The restaurant, composed of three connected rooms, looks quaint and comfortable, reminiscent of an old shop or apartment. Lots of wood and antique-style furniture, varnished as was the custom back in the day. The fake fireplace with its virtual flames is out of style.

Prenotato per 4 persone, appena entrati con il nostro cane, ci viene detto che non possiamo entrare perché ci sono altri 3 cani e si rischia che abbaino. La mia domanda nasce spontanea, ma uno che prenota e fa chilometri per andare a mangiare una pizza quando prenota deve anche dire che ha i soldi per pagare, oppure devo chiedere al pizzaiolo se si lava le mani oppure no. Siamo ormai sul demenziale. Mai più.

Pizza with a frozen base (I saw the pizza chef take a pizza from a pile of pre-made, pre-prepared, frozen bases). No comment. I don't understand how they made such a decision. I've been a customer for years and years, but I don't think I'll be returning. Not recommended.
