We've been buying their 100% sourdough bread for years. It's very good, but the price went up from €3.95 to €5.53. A rip-off! And on top of that, it's smaller than before… I don't think that's right at all. That said, the service is great.

It's a German bar with a German flag outside but when you ask if they speak German or English the waiters look at you very shocked as if you ask them if they would know Chinese. The quality of the food is alright, nothing special but not bad. The atmosphere is very cute with nice, not too loud music. All in all it was a nice experience as a German to see a 'german' bar in Spain but don't expect too much from it :)

The bread was good, the cakes were just okay. I bought a Black Forest cake and it was very obvious that it was frozen.

Irregular

Llevo años comprando en esta tienda varios productos, entre ellos, espelta integral, y ahora te dicen que lo bajan un 15% el precio, pero han reducido casi un 50% el tamaño, y, posiblemente, sea el modus operandi del resto de productos. Un engaño disfrazado. Destacar que el personal que tienen es de sobresaliente y son los que están dando la cara y las explicaciones.

We're regular customers at this bakery. The other day we bought a loaf of bread and it was green inside. It looked rotten. I took some pictures just in case... When I went to buy bread again today, I mentioned it and they said that couldn't be right, and that next time I should bring the loaf back and they'd replace it. It was very nice of them. I would have appreciated it if they hadn't charged me for it. Personally, I won't be going back. There are plenty of bakeries out there.

They don't have the product information sheets with the list of ingredients. Besides being an irregularity, they're surprised you asked for it. If they put the buckwheat bread in a paper bag, the paper ends up stained with oil, and they deny that it contains oil. They need to fix this irregularity.

The product is very good, but the attention to the public of the girl with Asian features IS A SHAME! You can't treat people that badly, it's the second time I've seen her and luckily she hasn't treated me, otherwise I'll put her in her place! Plus I see that I'm not the only one who has seen it. I hope you take action, because then you will lose customers.

Muy mala atención por parte de la encargada a la que le llevamos un roscón prácticamente entero de mazapan de 23 euros comprado el día 5 y "consumido" el día 6 que sabía rancio La respuesta fue que no nos lo iba a cambiar. Ni siquiera quiso probarlo tras conentar que el roscón se come el mismo dia. No me dijo lo mismo la dependienta que me lo vendio el día 5. Pocos argumentos y más ganas de mimar a la clientela! No creo q sean las formas ni la mejor atención al cliente, siendo un cliente habitual que ha comprado ahí el roscón cada año sin ningún problema y compra el magnífico pan que elaboran a diario Ahí se quedó por si el dueño lo quiere ver y/o probar. Respuesta al propietario: Entendemos perfectamente que pueda fallar algo y son gajes de cualquier oficio pero nos hicieron sentir como mentirosos, que nadie se había quejado y todas las roscas salieron perfectas cuando nuestra intención lógicamente era disfrutarla el día 6 como hemos hecho en años anteriores, para nada teníamos ganas de devolverla entera al día siguiente. Es un sin sentido. Otra cosa a añadir es que el relleno de mazapán era muy escaso cosa que no vimos en años anteriores y siempre fue correcto. Mala suerte!. Gracias por la respuesta! Seguiremos yendo porque siempre nos encantaron sus productos!

Trato vergonzoso al cliente. Llevo 6 meses gastando una media practicamente diaria de 6-7€ en este establecimiendo (creo que podemos decir que soy clienta habitual) me he callado en muchas ocasiones más de una fresca a las dependientas por la atención que he recibido pero lo de hoy es insuperable... después de casi una semana del incidente en el que el nuevo dependiente se equivoco al darme el canvio y le reclame por ello el dinero que me faltaba, me ha llamado la atención una de las dependientas. La verdad no sé qué pretendía dicha señora al llamarme la atención y posteriormente decirme con total prepotencia que lo tenían grabado en las cámaras al rebatir lo que me estaba diciendo, no soy ninguna embustera y mucho menos tengo la cara tan dura como para aprovecharme de un error por parte del dependiente y estafarles 5€... volví al día siguiente y al otro y al otro pero obviamente ya no volveré más, no se de donde viene el descuadre de caja, a saber si se equivoco el muchacho con el canvio de algún otro cliente, ese no es mi problema, lo que puedo asegurar es que a mi no se me devolvió el canvio correcto y me parece vergonzoso y de tener pocas luces que hoy la dependienta me saliera con estas. Resaltar que la discusión ha transcurrido mientras la dependienta me preparaba lo que le había pedido y que obviamente no me he llevado, a lo que me ha respondido "no pero si no pasa nada, lo digo solo para que lo sepas" pues como te he dicho esta mañana, si, si pasa, pasa que habéis perdido una clienta habitual. Espero que la vergüenza que pretendías hacerme pasar esta mañana al llamarme la atención delante de otros clientes por algo de lo que ni siquiera tienes certeza, la sientas tú al leer esto.

Suelen tener buenos productos, pero la rosca de reyes estaba rancia, fui a cambiarla casi entera, y la empleada, súper borde la tiró a la basura y dijo que no la probaría por el Covid, pero que ella estaba segura que la roscas eran buenas y que no me devolvería el dinero. Más allá de que la rosca era incomible porque estaba rancia, me molestó mucho el mal trato de la empleada, que me aseguró ser la encargada. Jamás volveré a ese lugar.

Horrible! It's terribly hot in there. I don't know how the women who work there can stand it... if you can't be outside, it must be over 40° inside. And is it normal that the woman who gives me the To Go at 9:00 PM is the same one who gives my neighbor a loaf of bread? Do these women sleep?

We received terrible service. It was 7:20 PM and we wanted to buy a sandwich they had, so we asked to put it in the toaster. She told us they had already closed/cleaned it, even though they still had an hour and a half before closing time. When she told us this, she was rude; she was a young lady. We definitely left and won't be back!
