This place has great food. We have always driven by it and said we want to stop in but never did but very glad we did. They have a good wine selection. Definitely would try the sea bass and the creme brulee trio. Everybody was very nice and they took care of us very good. The bar is a great place to sit down and have a drink because we were waiting for other people. How are waitress was very nice but I could tell she was a little perturbed because we did take a long time because we were there with people we haven't seen in a long time. The chairs were very comfortable which I particularly like. The fillet is also a very good choice. We will definitely have to come back.

Very classy place to take date or just hang out with buddies. Reservation is strongly suggested. I must say that they really pay attention to details. For example, us old farts struggle to read menu in dimly lit surrounding. We were pleasantly surprised with backlit menus (see video). When we visited, there were a guest singer who were doing a great job. The food was exceptional. In fact so good that we dug in right away and forgot to take photos.

Quite an amazing restaurant! The food was incredible! The dining area was very modern and appeared to have had some recent updates. It was a little warm for us in the restaurant, but it ended up being fine. Friendly staff!

Honestly this short Palm Springs getaway has been amazing. Cork Tree didn’t seem like much from the reviews but I was surprisingly impressed by the restaurant. We requested outdoor seating which was nice and because the winds picked up they offered inside seating if we wanted it. The heaters were abundant and kept us warm throughout dinner. Atmosphere was great, decor was nice- nicer than expected from the exterior haha. The staff was amazing, from the hostess to our server (I think Moses) and the rest of the waitstaff. We were a party of 3- got the steak, the sea bass and the duck breast. Everything was good well. The sea bass was the favorite. But the other two were not far behind. We also ordered a half salad the anjou pear- it was yummy!

What an incredible room. We had the Prix Fixe menu, and the food was absolutely delicious. As you can see from start to finish (cappuccino), we consumed everything....way more than we should, but it was all so good. Happy New Year! I'm glad we came to Desert Springs and most certainly glad we chose this restaurant

I had the Christmas special menu offer, which was great. Comfortable atmosphere, and the waiter was very attentive. The food was so good we went back for happy hour and small plates a couple of days later.

Service was attentive at our table of 6 in this very busy restaurant (though they did initially forget my salad). The wine menu was limited but adequate. I had the seafood pasta dish which had shrimp and scallops in a nice sauce. I started with the pear salad which was sizeable, fresh and delicious. For dessert, I had their creme brule which presented three separate dishes with different flavors though they tasted very similar.

Wow, best experience in town as visitors yet. Ray was our server and put on a masterclass in dining professionalism. The escargot with short rin in puff pastry was a fun twist and tasty. The drink choices were wonderful, the Bullet Whiskey Sour and Black Walmut Old fashioned were top notch. My date enjoyed her filet, and my Salmon Dish was out of this world. Maybe, the best Salmon dish I've ever had.

Every time I come to desert I go here for fine dining. They know how to treat a customer right, know their wines and menu. Never disappointed. I was hungry so didn’t take photos BUT their special surf and turf was outstanding. Best shrimp and filet mignon. Could not be made better. The three crème brûlée dessert is a huge favorite. Also their after dinner drink pour is a fair one so don’t hesitate to order an expensive favorite. One of the only places that does this and is very appreciated!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I had the Wedge Salad appetizer and the Scallops entree. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese dressing was plentiful and very flavorful with nice big cheese crumbles. The scallops were perfectly prepared with just the right seasoning. I’m still full and already can’t wait to visit here again. Definitely on my must visit list for my next trip to Palm Desert.

Reliably good food and service. There is plenty of parking nearby. The last two times we were here the music was way too loud. We met friends to catch up and got tired of trying to speak over the music.

The service is impeccable, it was perfect. The atmosphere is sublime. The backlit menus are very nice touch. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, my mother's cioppino was perfect and without question. Talk about a diamond in the rough that is not rough whatsoever. The cork table has a beautiful event separate dining room and table usually seating 20. Worth any penny and then some. We will be back.

One of our group had the Cioppino -- seafood stew -- and he was very happy with his choice -- the serving was very large and he could not finish it. My husband's filet topped w/ crab meat was a less delightful cut of meat and we would not choose that again. Service is impeccable and professional and patient. Also, the Lit-from-within menus are a delightful addition. Kudos to our server, she was top notch. One small faux pax by another staffer who grabbed someone's plate to clear it while others were obviously still eating. Atmosphere is lively but the the tables are nicely spaced and the furnishings give the place a "you can hear your dining partner speak" low level of noise. Would recommend Cork Tree if you are in Palm Desert!

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was A+. We had a terrific waitress, and she made sure we were happy with our meal, and our wine…she suggested the wine and brought a complimentary sample which we didn’t like, and chose a second wine, and we ordered it. Our salad was delicious and it was the beet salad. We were ready to order dessert,and were pleasantly surprised that a complimentary cheesecake was delivered to us…WOW!! Our main course was the organic roasted chicken. It also was delicious. It is doubtful you will be unhappy about anything there.,

My wife and I take an annual trip to the Marriott Desert Springs across the street for a business conference and usually wind up eating at the hotel restaurant on our final night but this time we decided to check out this place, which is across the street. My wife is a vegetarian and found several items which she liked which was good because I am NOT a vegetarian and was looking forward to the Cowboy Ribeye. Both of us were very happy with our meals as well as the dessert choices. Service was quick and excellent. Will definitely come back next year!

Andrew the bar tender is the best in the valley my opinion! So personable to my wife and I we’ve been following him for several years. We had the full menu items at the bar such a great experience.

Potatoes and spinach were a bit off. I will come again if I am in town and try a different entree! Overall, I would recommend this place!

The restaurant feels a bit dated, and the booth we were seated in had vinyl seats with an unpleasant odor. The salmon dish was underwhelming at best, though the Chilean sea bass was quite good. On a positive note, the service was professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the meal.
