A typical Dunkin. I have to say the bathroom was clean, and that's a seller for me. They didn't mess up my order! That's is also a plus.

Kind of 50/50 on the kind of visit you'll have here. The staff is sometimes surly, impatient, and usually spends a lot more time talking to their coworkers or their friends that come in, than they do on taking your order. I always feel rushed and pressured to pick something quickly, when I'm trying to decide on flavors of a dozen donuts because of the eye rolling and impatient huffing from some of the staff, never from the overly caffeinated person in line behind me though. Then on another visit, you'll get the most friendly and helpful person to take your order, so you never know. On one visit, a person that works there came in to order something, and the cashier kept interrupting me to chat with this woman, the entire time, the women that was not working, kept swearing and joking around like it was her business and they did not care that there were other customers inside. The orders I've placed have always been correct though, so that's a good thing, and the food I've ordered has been good as well.

The staff were chaotic, filling only partial orders in a random order, with no one apparently on charge. People had to ask for the missing parts of their orders. My bagel was barely toasted and served cold, a good 5 minutes after my tea was served, and my tea was not made to order.

I come here almost everyday and I’m at the point where I don’t want to come here ever again. They’re constantly running out of refreshers which is most of all I drink here and while sometimes I’ll order an iced coffee when they have no refreshers, today they didn’t even have medium or large cups only small and when I asked for my order to be cancelled and wanted a refund, I was told I have to do it through the app which doesn’t even give you the option to do so. I will be taking this up with corporate because I’m done spending money here just for everything to be out of stock. It’s summer time get better with your ordering!

The employee didn't wash his hands after sweeping before attempting to make my drink and I had to ask him to do so. My macchiato was made incorrectly and he said that their machine doesn't make foam, basically making any espresso coffee drink pointless. He could not issue me a refund because he told me he is not a manager and I have to call a number and waste my time further. Very disappointed!

Every time one of the older women makes my drink in the morning it’s horrible. Today it literally tasted like she rung the rag from the red sanitizing bucket into my coffee.. I get it you all want to work as a team but there has to be some consistency when making the drinks. The younger employees don’t seem to have an issue making them

If I could give this place minus stars, I would. Recently went into the store on a Sunday morning at 10 am, waited in a 25 minute line. Finally get to the counter and order a sausage sandwich only to be told that they weren't cooking anything or making sandwiches. You have got to be kidding! Not the first time I've had issues at this location. They always manage to get my order wrong 8 out of 10 times. I'm trying less and less to come to this store. Poorly run and managed. This is one train wreck of a franchise. I've been to dozens of other DD locations. None of them are near as bad as this one. The DD stores in Saugerties or Kingston spin circles around this place.

Catskill, 10:30 a.m. No Egg for sandwiches, No Napkins, (I asked, he said "got none") Gave me paper towel (last one from his dispenser)... asked for Chocolate Donut, Got a plain donut w/ nasty Chocolate stuff on top! YUCK! THIS PLACE NEEDS GOOOOD HELP! Front girl not very pleasant 😒 😑 🙄. Looks & smells dirty! Not yummy 🥐🍩☕️

Husband went to get four donuts they decided to stack them on top of each other so now they’re all stuck to the bottom of one another. They totally ignored him and we’re just laughing and talking among himself while he was trying to ask questions.

I always love this dunkin and the conversations i have with all of the workers their except ine, whatever ladies drives the smashed black outtie is always rude and throws product away early and gets snippy with other coworkers in front of costumers, today i stutters on my doughnut choice and she turned around and talked shit loud enough for me to heat… she should be fired considering this is every time we go theit and its only that ladies… even her co workers have a issue with the way she treats them… dunkin plz get rid of her for the sanity of some sweet people

terrible experience i was standing there for 10 minutes before the cashier even acknowledged me meanwhile she was screaming, swearing and saying DISGUSTING things about how the floor smelled like 💩 because the mop heads were dirty… the manager walked by said hi to me and still didnt help me i had reach my head over the counter to ask for help this place SUCKS

Did a mobile order, they didn’t have the first drink I ordered and on top of that, when asked for an alternative drink, they didn’t have that either. Considering those are the only drinks I get from there, we wanted to cancel the drink and be refunded and they told us we have to have a drink because they can’t refund a drink because it was through the mobile app, forcing us to take a drink that nobody drinks to dump it down the drain. Do better Dunkin. Why even open for the day if you don’t have anything and aren’t prepared to serve customers.

This is the dirtiest double d Cafe I've ever been to, it looks like they mopped the floor and the walls and the windows and the counters and the tables and the chairs with dirty water about 10 years ago and it hasn't been cleaned since. The touchscreen on the credit card machine is terrifying. At night you can't even tell the store is there because the windows are so dirty and neither one of their two outdoor signs lights up.
