Ho provato 4/5 volte a prenotare ma ho trovato sempre tutto pieno finalmente oggi siamo riusciti a prenotare e ho capito perché era sempre pieno . Cibo ottimo piatti particolari ben presentati e tutti molto gentili merita veramente ritornare complimenti

Siamo capitati per caso nel mezzo di un trekking e senza prenotazione. Siamo stati benissimo, ottimo cibo, servizio cortese e prezzi competitivi. Si gode anche di un bellissimo panorama dal salone finestrato. Ci torneremo.

Tornata dopo pochi mesi con amici.....che dire, una goduria x tutti i sensi!! Dal panorama che si ha gustando pietanze deliziose, servite da un personale cordiale ed accogliente. Sono giovani ma hanno un saper fare che da punti a chef stellati, consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!

Many people haven't returned to this trattoria, what a leap in quality! Traditional dishes and new ones, all carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. I still have to understand how you managed to make the egg en croute. The wine list is very extensive. Service is provided by young people, always available and attentive to the customer's needs. We celebrated our son's confirmation and we couldn't have made a better choice. The place was taken care of in every detail, the service was attentive and well-groomed and the dishes were truly refined. They made us look good with our guests, but the main thing is the memory they left my son for the day of his confirmation. It's definitely a culinary experience worth trying. The tasting menu is excellent, and the portions let you taste the food. The elegantly served appetizers and harmonious flavors give you a sense of old-world cuisine fused with modernity. The fried egg yolk on a bed of cream cheese is truly ecstatic. Considering the simplicity of the dish, it has a unique flavor. The risotto is perfectly cooked, and the pork shank is a must-try.

To celebrate Easter Monday, I chose this trattoria... and I was right! Located at 960 meters above sea level, with breathtaking views, and access from both Dronero and Caraglio via roads worthy of the name. You'll feel right at home, a classic family lunch, more than helpful and friendly staff, delicious and thoughtful food, quality ingredients, and a good wine list. Today, they offer a fixed menu with the option of variations, but generally à la carte. Come!! Make sure to book... it's always full. I recommend the walk up to the castle at the top of the hill.

Dinner with colleagues, September 18-25, table for 6. Very good food, very fresh and high-quality ingredients, beautifully plated. Quick and courteous service, clean atmosphere, simple but very beautiful for its simplicity. Excellent panoramic view of the Grana Valley. I will definitely be back to try other dishes!!!

Esperienza nella media: siamo partiti bene con gli antipasti (ottima salsa tonnata, saporita trota in carpione ed originale uovo fritto), non abbiamo gradito i primi piatti (tajarin poco conditi, quindi asciutti, e nel risotto funghi porcini gommosi). Il secondo piatto (stinco in umido) tenero e gustoso, risicatissimo il contorno. I dolci anch'essi nella media (abbiamo preso il tris). Le porzioni NON sono da trattoria ma da ristorante... Ambiente tranquillo e personale cortese. Se capita di passarvi davanti può scapparci un pranzo, diversamente non sono del tutto certa ne valga la pena, nell'insieme non mi ha convinta.
