If they manage to improve the quality of their food, they would undoubtedly become a well-rounded and outstanding option.

We had boneless chicken, and we didn't like it. I'm sorry, but it was covered in powdered Parmesan cheese, extremely brown, and with so much powder it looked like breadcrumbs. The young woman who served us was very efficient. That was the only good thing about it. I know they haven't been open long, but I'm sure they'll do better.

Upon arrival, the customer service was good. The place is nice and pleasant, but the wait to take our order was slow. The food was tasty, but the preparation was very slow. We were a large table, but they didn't have any other customers. The service was inconsistent, and they even gave us some drinks in disposable cups that were meant for the table. I ordered a cappuccino, which initially had an unpleasant, petroleum-like smell. It was very weak in flavor and very pale, almost more milk than coffee, and it had no foam. It was also very hot for a to-go cup without a sleeve. They should bring drinks first, let us know if the food is taking a long time, and pay more attention when taking orders. And the checkout process should be faster; they hadn't entered our order information when we asked for the bill. In summary: Food tasted good. Atmosphere was nice. Drinks were good, except for the coffee. Service was good. If you want to experience something good, go with plenty of time.
