Very nice cuts of grilled beef, generous amounts of 🍟 too. I think the only things missing are signature sauces or "salsas". If I've learned anything, it's that the salsa makes the burger.

The burgers taste great, as do the fries. I'd give them an 8/10. The service is very poor... if you bring water or other food, they force you to put it away because there are cameras. The waitress who served us was very reluctant; she didn't even say good afternoon. She seemed pretty grumpy and took our order very forcefully. It's a shame the food is delicious but the staff is very bad. If you want to eat somewhere where the burgers are good and don't mind the grudging service, this is the place.

The hamburgers are acceptable for the price, nothing surprising. The fries are from a bag, not homemade. The service is terrible, inattentive, and the staff is completely unfriendly. We wanted to order a side dish, and they just told us they were too busy to serve it, to the point that they refused to even cut up a piece of bacon. It's a shame, a good location for such bad service.

Small place but enough to have a regular burger. Only burgers served here and just a few variants. Good to see beer on the menu but had to go back to work after. Meat seems to be pre-prepared so not too much juicy. Fries just plain. Happy to pay with Credit Card.

I loved that they used to have superior quality meat and good grillers. Today, February 2, 2025, I went to the Revolución branch and they gave me a double cheeseburger... I expected a lot of flavor in the meat and it tasted like nothing... the service was bad... to spend 190 pesos on a burger that tastes like the ones you get on the street (plain, boring, just something you eat for the sake of eating), I would have been better off getting one from some random stand... THE MEAT WAS TERRIBLE, AND THAT'S WHY THEY WERE FAMOUS...

I went this afternoon, and the waiter didn't even say good afternoon. He was very reluctant to serve us, was on his phone, and had the music playing loudly. He didn't even clear our plates; another guy only came when we were leaving. He didn't clean the table, the condiment bottles were filthy, and the chili peppers were completely dried out. The hamburgers tasted good but were lukewarm as usual, and the buns were cold. Please be more considerate about that. Regarding the service from the guy with the dyed hair, it was the WORST service I've received in all the years I've been going there, and there weren't many other customers. The other waitresses were much friendlier. I hope this review is helpful.
