I live a few blocks down and this is my go-to place for late night drinks and food in the area. Servers and staff are always really friendly and have a great energy. The drinks are yummy. Atmosphere is usually laid back and enjoyable. Shoutout to the staff here for real.

This experience was the complete opposite of my dinner at the Austin location. This place was packed and lively and everyone seemed happy. We were seated right away. Every member of the staff was very friendly. Our food was to order, and even when I was informed that they were out of baked potatoes, they still loaded up my mashed potatoes with all the extras. Dessert and coffee was a great top off. This is definitely our new go-to location. Sorry Austin.

I never thought I would be leaving a 5 star for applebees I had multiple issues with my order and the staff went out of there way for days to corrects it Elizabeth being the top star making sure everything worked out. Even going out of her own pocket. At the end of the day the dedication to making things right goes well beyond 5 stars. This restaurant while may not always do things correctly upon order. Visited on a Friday evening and were promptly informed that our food might take a little longer due to an unexpected kitchen issue beyond their control, which we completely understood. I went there on veterans Day for the free meal. Thank you by the way. The service, of course was extremely busy, but considering was really great. The manager was extremely nice and the food was fantastic and did not take long to make.

We went to Applebees for the first time. I was pretty skeptical that as a vegetarian I wouldn’t get many options but our server Malik suggested many options including a few creative ones. Awesome experience!

Applebees has been doing much better my last two visits. Ryann and Jayde are two great waitresses. Souley the manager is wonderful as well. Check out the Bourbon Street chicken and grilled shrimp. I substitute the mashed potatoes for the cheesy broccoli. It tastes delicious and was very filling for me that I only ate half. My husband loves their lunch special pick 2 items for $6.99. He selected the Ceasars salad and chicken fajitas. He stated it was great too.

Dined in for lunch with my coworkers and we had a great time. The manager DeAndre was excellent with great customer service, good food, and he checked on us to ensure the food was up to par. Love it!

The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was the perfect starter, creamy and rich, paired with warm, crunchy chips. The service was friendly and fast, making our afternoon even more enjoyable. We went on a quiet night. Our server was very sweet. However, beware of the kiosk on your table! Our kids were looking at different things on there and playing games. We were charged an additional $1.99 on our bill for kiosk usage. When we asked about it, our server had it taken off our bill immediately, but that additional charge for games on the kiosk is not clearly marked. Other than that, we had a pleasant & affordable dining experience.

On 01/20/2024 I visited this place at night, as has happened to me on other occasions, you must wait more than 15 minutes for someone to serve you and seat you (the place being empty) I sit at the bar and To my amazement it was scattered, dirty, the money box was open with money inside, and no one cared, after the young woman at the bar considered serving me after sitting for minutes, she takes our order and after 30 minutes she tells me that there is no margarita that can only sell beer and wine. They brought me the food order and luckily for me I had to look for my cutlery, napkin and the absorbent for the water because they never gave it to me. I witnessed family and groups leaving because no one attended to them while they were sitting in the place. I think that the owner of the place should do an analysis starting with the manager and replace whoever they should replace.

The food was good although the service wasn’t the best. Had to get our own napkins and only saw our server a few times. I got the combo appetizer and it was a good mix of foods and the ribs as an entree was very filling and delicious. Just wish the service was a little better.

These purple are wonderful on a day where social distancing rules the grounds. I could feel their smiles and glad to have people in the restaurant to do business. Savannah took great care of me. The dessert she picked for me, was so good, wish it was all I ordered.

Just after ordering we see the bartender holding a customers dog behind the bar, then she walks around with the dog & takes it into the kitchen. Then next thing we know all of the staff, our waitress included is holding & playing with the dog! Never saw her wash her hands or leave to wash. Maybe this doesn’t gross you out but it does me. Can dogs be in Applebees?? Why??

My experience here was kind of MEH at best. Although we were seated right away, it took 8 minutes for our server to come to the table and take our drink order. Off the menu, the price for the 3 course meal was not bad, but the food was not great. My caesar salad was mostly the white pieces of the lettuce which made it bitter. The boneless wings were okay, and honestly the best part of the meal. My chicken tenders were overcooked, fries were okay. Really disappointed with the mango iced tea, it tasted super artificial. Nothing like real mangoes. Our server was pleasant enough but not really attentive, I don't think we'll be coming back.

The hostess was bad made it feel like she just wanted us to leave as fast as possible to napkins or silverware was provided till we asked another lady for it. Never refilled my glass till I had to ask for another one then the people at the bar were messing around on the microphone saying random stuff till the mic died. At this point in time, I wanted to leave our hostess finally gave me the bill and paid it faster than anything she had done for us. Inside smells like the floorboard of an extremely filthy car. Staff seemed annoyed to be there and due to it being slow, the staff huddled in a corner table near the bar to complain to each other about their jobs the entire time I was there.

We came by to eat dinner and it took over 20 minutes for our waitress to come by our table and acknowledge us. When we finally did get a waitress to our table she took our food and drink order and then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our drinks some drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive to the table. 20-30 minutes after getting our drinks out we get our food which was very mediocre so it doesn’t make sense why it took so long to recieve it if it was cold and mediocre but I digress. We waited over an hour after eating to get our check. We never got any drink refills our server (Ryan) never came back to check on us (she wasn’t the one to bring us out food) she avoided us for the longest time ever. Nobody ever came by to see if we were satisfied or anything of the sort. When we finally did spot our server after waiting an hour to get our check we informed her we were ready to go and wanted the check and she said okay ran to the back disappeared for over 5 minutes and was seen minutes later on the other side of the restaurant turning chairs. I asked another waitress for our check and a manager she said okay and every single staff member disappeared off the floor after my asking for a manager. After about 10 minutes our server Ryan comes back and asks (what’s the problem) as she’s standing at the computer, she was informed yet once again that we want the check as we’d been waiting on the check for over an hour and that’s when she tells us that she transferred our table to another server whom we were never introduced to or made aware of. (How are we supposed to know that if literally nobody spoke to us after we received our food) The only other server that was on the floor at the time had every single other table that was in the restaurant at that time. So after not being offered refills and being ignored by our servers we were finally able to leave this establishment and pay our bill but of course not without issue. The service here was atrocious and the treatment by the staff (specifically Ryan) was disgusting.

One employee, maybe the manager brought a French bulldog puppy in and people at the bar were passing it around, employees were petting it then waiting on people and fixing drinks behind the bar. Noone ever washed their hands. The employees were chatting with each other so loud, we couldn't enjoy our meal. Our waitress was waiting on another table, yelled across the restaurant at the bartender to ask the cost of some kind of shot. Our first time in a long time eating at Applebees and we will never return to this location. It had to be the worst managed restaurant we have ever been in. The only good thing was the food. We just wished we could have enjoyed it

(I won't send food back because l know what happens in kitchens) I REALLY wanted to like this place because we're night owls and need quality places to eat after this crazy town goes to bed. But... it sucked. Service was ok. Bathrooms smell so bad you can smell them from 30 feet away...

I am writing to follow up on my previous review and subsequent visits to your Applebee's location. After my initial review regarding deficient service and your response, I decided to give your restaurant another chance. My second visit was a positive experience, with both the service and food being satisfactory. However, my third visit was extremely disappointing. Upon being seated, we encountered a very loud bartender. While I understand a lively atmosphere, the yelling and volume of the music made it impossible for us to have a conversation. Further, after waiting for 15 minutes, we were completely ignored. No one brought us menus, silverware, or even water. Due to this experience, my party and I decided to leave. I am very disappointed and regret to say that after this third experience, I will not be returning to this Applebee's or any Applebee's location, regardless of any offers.

My wife and I were practically left alone, with no refills or anything, just waiting for the waiter—someone who had initially served us—but no one came. I had to call the other employee to ask about the waiter and for the check because we had been waiting a long time for service. Terrible service, to say the least, and obviously I didn’t leave a tip due to the poor service. Very bad experience—I won’t be coming back again

We came here around 10pm on a Friday! They took like 15 mins to take our order or ask what we wanted to drink, Then we ordered wings for appetizer and took literally like 30 mins to come out and my drink havent been refilled yet since we got here and keep in mind it‘s empty. Not busy at all. We still dont get our food yet neither and we ordered when they took our appetizer order. It‘S 11:45 now

Ribs were bone dry exterior was like chalk and pasta sauce was so watered down they might as well have served plain noodles the chicken tenders were the size of my pinky finger and they were mostly breading . Pretzels were rock hard and bone dry I think the only thing edible was the chicken and the fried cheese. Service was okay at best. We used to love this place but to say we were disappointed is an understatement we brought the entire family and were expecting our usual service there were maybe 2 other tables and food took forever. I think they were trying to find more sauce but decided to just add water and forgot to take the ribs off the grill. All I know it that was likely our last visit. I understand everyone has a bad day but there was nothing good about our visit. The waiter was polite but our drinks were always empty and again they had nearly no other customers.

My order got messed up and after they fixed it, the fresh food was awful. The chicken wings was terrible!! I’ll never go to any Applebees anywhere ever again!! And the bill was high I would not recommend!!

Came in to get something to eat. Waited around 5-10 minutes for a server, 5-10 minutes to actually order, and 20 minutes after for the bill. Server forgot my drink that I asked for when ordering, it sat on the bar for around 5 minutes. It was clear to me the manager was unorganized, as my server was positioned at the bar before I left and the manager argued with a server saying "I can't leave the bar."; it wasn't busy at the bar. Server and Manager were kind, but overall the experience was majorly underwhelming and took too long for a simple order.

Save your money 16$ for 3 itty bitty tenders that are supposed to be glazed over 4 cheese macaroni.barely any sauce and lol half a tender is glazed .20$ for a rack of ribs with barely a handful of fries.ok it's a little busy so I getit took 11mins to ask what I'd like to drink.then the waiter never brought out our utensils until we had to ask the manager.and also had to ask for straws because he never gave those either. waitee was so nonchalant. I decided not to even eat the food after he took it off the tab because I didn't need a free meal I left the food there paid for my husband's meal and just decided to go elsewhere

Went to Applebee’s and immediately regretted it. The bathroom absolutely reeked of urine — like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The dining room didn’t smell much better; there was a strong stench like rat pee. Not exactly appetizing. On top of that, the bartender was unfriendly and impatient, like we were bothering them just by being there. Overall, the place felt neglected and gross. Won’t be back.

I've ordered salmon before from this place and more. Never had salmon so bad. The outside was seared hard and in the middle nothing but mushiness. Literally dealing with food poisoning because of this. Had to write another review to add this picture in. Ordered 01/28/23 around 9pm for delivery

I wouldn’t recommend taking a car side to go from this location. I had an individual bring out my food with the wrong side and unfortunately I have injuries that prevents me from standing or sitting too long so I couldn’t wait around for a correction. So of course I left no tip. They waited hours later around 1 am to recharge my card and additional $10 to tip themselves. Getting in touch with the GM is almost impossible as no one will relay your message and the GM is rarely there or always busy.

The picture of the drink showed it with a lime slice, no mention of orange at all in description. I am allergic to oranges. When we sent it back to be made correctly, they brought the same drink back asking if I can just take the orange slice out. I'm supposed to risk breaking out in hives just because someone doesn't want to do their job?? Food was not good at all AND they charged us for two drinks, even though they screwed up in the first place!!! No way one appetizer, 2 entrees, one soda and one cocktail totals $80-something plus tax! And even still included a tip bringing total to basically $100 bucks! No way! Horrible service, crappy food and overcharged for their ineptitude. Guess the parking lot was empty for a reason.

Ordered delivery, items were missing. I chose to drive back to the restaurant after speaking with the manager. He said he would re-fire the items and replace the missing ones. The manager gives me $5 off a $15 purchase coupon. Insulting gesture because I’ve now wasted 2 hours on delivery and spent $80 with delivery fees and tips included all for me to drive to the restaurant and wait myself. They bring the food back out and they have my steak order wrong, the wrong sides. The manager said he could run and get the correct side but it was already taking forever and I didn’t want the food to get cold. I said forget it and left. I get home and the steak is completely raw and so is the shrimp. I have to cook them myself. The tortilla soup was hard and not edible. Worst experience I’ve ever had. A complete mess of a restaurant.

Fronted on hiway 183, but keep going. Plenty of parking but keep going. Restaurant looked ok but seats were wet at first both. Second booth had food on the table toward the back. Bathroom smelled like an overfull port a potty from the hallway so I didnt even go in ! Omg it stunk ! The steak was so tough that the knife wouldn't cut it. My daughter put her nails in it and a little force and tore it apart. The waiter ( John Strong ), aka Batman , made a menu change with no extra charge since he could see all the chewed meat on the table. I wasted time and money here.Dont waste yours. I gave them a 2 ( nope. Came back and made it a one. John was great but that's where it stopped) instead of minus 10 because John was so very nice and apologetic without downing the cook for the bad food or maintenance for the stinky nasty bathroom. Not his fault but he took responsibility. The manager should have came out to the table. I will never eat at an Applebees again. All I can do is keep smelling that funky bathroom ! I'm disappointed to say the least. Give John a raise for standing up for you despite your lack of care or concern for your customers well founded complaints. Where the heck is the Health department when you need them.

We heard about Applebees from the movie Couples Retreat. Always wanted to see what it was like and this was a huge disappointment. The server was efficient and attentive but the place had a very dive bar atmosphere. Plates and cutlery were not very clean and the food was very disappointing. We had the boneless wings to start and they had potential with the buffalo sauce but it was over salted. I requested a medium burger but the burgers were very dry and well done. Felt very dense and needed more sauce.

Tonight (2/16/26) we decided to come here for dinner before our daughter’s volleyball practice. We finished ordering at 6:01 PM. It was not busy at the time. Our drinks came out fairly quickly, except for my husband’s Red Bull drink, which didn’t arrive until about 30 minutes later. At that point, I asked about the status of our food. We had ordered three kids’ meals, two Bourbon Street Chicken meals, and a trio. Our server told us it would be about 10 more minutes. I explained that if it wasn’t out within 5 minutes, we would have to leave because we had volleyball practice to get to. She went to check and came back saying it would actually be 10–15 more minutes. By then, we had already been waiting over 30 minutes, and it was close to 6:40 PM. I spoke with the manager, who apologized (which I appreciated) and comped our drinks. However, she mentioned the ticket showed an 18-minute wait time, which didn’t match our experience. That led me to believe our order may not have been entered right away. I’m really disappointed because this location usually provides great service. I hope this was just an off night.

We came to the Applebee’s at Lakeline Mall expecting a casual family dinner, but what we got was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, there were red flags—no menus, no utensils, and over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When our drinks finally came, two different servers had taken our order like no one was communicating. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with four-cheese mac and cheese. What I got was a cold, greasy mess. The shrimp were bland, the plate was soaked in dirty oil and smelled horrible, and the “mac and cheese” was clearly Alfredo sauce with leftover bacon bits, I can tell it was left overs from other plate. It was disgusting and completely inedible. To make it worse, utensils came after the food—and were soaked in dishwater. The staff claimed they were “fresh from the washer” but they were clearly not clean. The environment? Horrible. One of the employees was blasting loud, vulgar music from a speaker hooked to their phone. Not background music—full-on obscene lyrics echoing through the dining area. It felt more like a house party than a family restaurant. Some of the staff honestly looked high or out of it. We paid $67 for this disaster. I have pictures of the food and the plate. Applebee’s corporate needs to seriously inspect this location. It needs new management, new staff, and a complete reset. Do better.

I never really enjoyed Applebee's, but I found myself eating here about a week ago. I was already expecting the worst, and my expectations were definitely met. There was only one waitress working and many tables were filled with customers. Overall, the service was very slow, our drinks even took probably 10+ minutes to come out. The food was just not good. My friend got the Alfredo with hot chicken tenders, and she said that they were soggy as if they had been microwaved, and overall the pasta and sauce were also disappointing. The photo on the menu deceived her, especially considering that dish is $17. With food this bad, you'd expect it to at least be cheap... I am a vegetarian and am used to not having many options when going out, but almost everything on the menu at Applebee's has meat in it. There are salads, but they also have meat, and I would expect the vegetables to be soggy and old anyway, so I wouldn't bother ordering that. Overall do not recommend for vegetarians, or meat eaters for that matter. I don't think anyone should go here for food. Maybe drinks, but even then my drink was so sweet I couldn't even drink it. With the value of what you're getting for the price, id recommend taking your hard earned money literally anywhere else where you can get more bang for your buck. Additionally, the collages on the walls are an amusement to say the least. Walking in here feels like you're stepping back to the 90s, even with the music they play, for better or worse.
