Always hot and fresh. Every one is super friendly. And I have yet to have them mess anything up. Tasty strips, wonderful mashed potatoes, and fries. Their Mac & cheese is super cheesy and creamy. They could stand to have a wider variety of dipping sauce but that's the only negative I have to say about it.

I never realized that Bush's Chicken was very similar to Chicken Express and Golden Chick (as far as tenders are concerned). So much in fact that if you gave me a serving from each restaurant, I would not be able to tell the difference. The best part for me was that like the 2 former chicken places, they had my favorite Syrindipity (I'm not sure if that's how you spell it) Spice packs. That makes the Chicken taste nice and Spicy. Totally a great place to eat.

Pretty amazing. Crust is crispy flour based golden white goodness. The chicken is good tasting and seems hand battered. Rolls are dang good. Sides of green beans were served straight up and mashed potatoes ok too. Apple pie and brownie are worthy.

This was the first time I had Bush's chicken. I know people that have eaten their chicken an didnt like, told it was nasty!!! Well I went today an I tell you what it was fresh an hot an oh so tender, crunchy, an tastes so good!!! The gravy an fries an the sweet all get an A plus from me!!! I have learned just because someone does not like a restaurant, does not mean you wont like it, I cant wait to go again!!!! I think its excellent fried chicken! Love the Gizzards here, and today i waited for atleast 10 min for my food and it was a wait worth waiting for. They actually made my gizzards with out beading. First time here. Great, flavorful, chicken tenders. Crispy fried okra. Soft dinner rolls. I ordered lemonade and didn't know it was Minute Maid. (I imagine that's what urinal cakes taste like. XD) Next time I'll know better. If y'all would offer a daily fresh squeezed, tart lemonade, I feel that would one-up "the other guys."

Just stopped by and Alexia was FANTASTIC! Took my order, was able to do quick enough math to know a general total before ringing up. Our favorite friend chicken place. Other options are more flavor, but the chicken is cooked so well. It’s very affordable price if you consider the amount of protein and quantity of food overall. Many meal options, which come with a roll, side, and drink with your choice of chicken are $10 or under.

Bush’s Cedar Park is spectacular! GM Israel and owner Jeff helped coordinate a plan to feed our field of high school golfers over a 2-day tournament — prices were awesome and logistics were smooth as could be. They were friendly, professional, reliable and efficient! It is clear to see that the staff works well together and makes customers and the community a priority. Food and tea were also a big hit and will help us draw even more participants to our tournament next year.

The chicken tenders were nice and hot. They actually gave me 5 instead of 4. I got corn on the cob and okra for sides. My wife was fasting (only vegetables and bread). She got corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and a side salad. She shared my okra. Really enjoyed everything.

Had to pick up some takeout at Bush’s and was greeted by very nice servers who brightened my day. Would recommend to those who want a hot meal and quality servers.

Family had a hankerin’ for Chicken strips, so I went thru the Drive-up Service, mostly busy at dinner time, of course. Relatively efficient and timely ordering/delivery process. Excellent, friendly service from Gerson made it a breeze. After getting home and opening up food containers, everything was still fresh & tasted great! There were also slightly more tendies in the box than we ordered, so we appreciate that!

Very polite and efficient staff, very bright and clean, all the food is fresh and yummy! I rarely eat away from home these days, but I had to go to the tax office, and was in the neighborhood! Staff apologized for being out of chicken livers, so I got the tenders. So crunchy and delicious! The gravy is awesome! The roll was fresh and tender! And the sweet tea is scrumptious! If you’ve never tried Bush’s, well then you ought to!

My family and I have ate there a couple times a month. So to be disappointed is big. We bought three catfish specials with drinks. Two of the drinks were flat. Our food was cold,nothing tasted good. And the price of each meal was $12.99 was not worth it.

My church order's Bush's once a month for potluck and it's the greatest thing ever. The sweet tea is amazing and they have the BEST jalapeño poppers I've ever had. The chicken is so yummy and I love the fried okra.

We called to find out if the gravy was made with meat products. The employee was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived the drive through had 3 full lines. ALL of the employees were smiling and laughing. They were friendly and courteous and seem to enjoy their jobs. It was a really nice experience.

Bush's is a solid yes for us. We especially love the Pastor's Special on Sunday. The tenders and the white gravy is always a hit. The fried okra is pretty tasty as well. I like the corn fritters / nuggets but feel like they could use a little salt. We frequent this location often.

I came with a coworker for a quick lunch, I must confess it was my first time eating at Bush Chicken but I would definitely come again, my friend ordered a Gizzards Chicken and a special and I had a lunch special and without a doubt for the price and quality it was amazing, the food was fresh and very tasty, the service was excellent, my friend didn't like his side and the manager came over and asked him if he would like anything else and change it without any extra charge and it was super fast and excellent, a calm and relaxed environment to be in.

This is comfort food done right. The chicken is consistently perfect at this location of Bush's chicken. The skin has just the right amount of crispy crunchy and the chicken meat underneath has the perfect amount of juicy moist tenderness. I love the Popeyes, but they do serve me some burned chicken sometimes and that's just no fun for anyone. The sides are awesome too from the okra (my personal favorite) to the mac and cheese, fries and corn on the cob. The rolls are light, fluffy and pair perfectly with the fried chicken. The food here would never be mistaken for a health tonic, but it is rich in vitamin taste. It's a salve to both the stomach and to the soul. The service is efficient and friendly. We've seen some of the same faces here for years. It speaks highly of the management, whom we've seen in action on a few occasions. He treats his employees with kindness and respect. It simultaneously warms our hearts and makes us feel great about giving this place our business. The portions are generous and you get a lot value for your dollar here.

We never eat here we normally go to Church’s BUT they were closed yesterday for what ever reason and we decided to try it. The staff were so busy in the drive thru, that has THREE LANES BTW! The staff were really working, working. Great group of employees. Not a long wait at all, we ordered the 2 piece with a side. We wanted a leg, thigh and I got mac n cheese and my husband ordered the fried okra. Everything we ordered tasted way better than KFC. We would go back, only negative there was a hole in the bottom of my sweet tea and leaked all inside my car.

The sweet potato fries were really good, but only a temporary menu item. Cole slaw is pretty good as well.

Exactly what you'd expect from bush's. Good quality, fast, hot, fresh, consistent. They are never knock your socks off, but they are ALWAYS solid, and good. Southern style fried chicken, but the chicken strips are why you come here.

Tried it for the first time and thought it was pretty darn good, so I've been here several times now. However, they do not have Tender Tuesdays like the other locations do, which was very disappointing. The staff is very friendly. The drive thru is a little chaotic when it's busy. The food is on served fresh and hot.

For a fast food fried chicken restaurant, this is better than most. The employees are always friendly and professional, and the food is consistent. I personally wish they'd season their chicken more, but I like spicy food. I especially appreciate how generous they are with tea donations. I volunteer at a local high school, and we can always count on Bush's to donate ice tea to our events. Thank you, Bush's!

Food is good if you like chicken lol. Price point is fair. Daily lunch special is a great bargain depending on who makes your plate. The ladies always throw in an extra tender or two, the men always plate the bare minimum which can be disappointing. Maybe it's flipped if you're a pretty girl ordering from the guys but idk.

Must sign up for their club to get happy hour prices on select items all the time. Their yeast rolls are most excellent! They often run some decent coupons as well, otherwise they seem to be a little expensive.........but good!

The food is always good. Its not over priced. They staff are friendly. Typically you have to clean your own table, at least that has been my experience. Other than that minor thing it's great. We eat here often.

I like bush's chicken tender rolls!!! There great! A simple snack while driving and the food is always hot. But sometimes when they come out to the car she doesn't write it down and she will have to make another trip inside because when they come out with our food it isn't right. A fast food chicken restaurant. The chicken doesn't seem to me to be as greasy as other places. The batter is light and does not over power the taste of the chicken. The white gravy has a nice flavor, I just need to add a little pepper for my liking. Nice rolls too. Good atmosphere, family oriented. They have GREAT sweet tea. We go once a month.

Usually only stop here for drinks but the service is great. They are extremely polite and quick with the orders. Only once have we had someone not look for the Bushs Club sticker and over charge us.

Perfect okra. The lady at the register was rude though. A blonde with short hair in her 40-50s scolded me for asking for ranch with my okra. She told me "we normally charge for that!" I said that's fine charge me. She rolled her eyes and said.. "I was just letting you know."

Always super quick, every time I’ve gotten extra tenders thrown in the mix, it’s the golden standard for fried chicken for the family. You can’t go wrong ! Me and the wife rely on this place for our fried fixings and have been satisfied every time thus far.

I had the Chicken Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy & Iced Tea. It was tasty enough for sure but pretty small compared to some competitors. Next time, I'll eat fried chicken on the bone and maybe review again.

Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked with a light, crispy coating. Mac and cheese was creamy. The unsweetened iced tea was not good- watery with an off taste.

This Bush's location was great. It's what I usually come to expect from Bush's. Dinning room was clean, service was fast, had to wait on the sweet potato fries cause they are a seasonal item and they don't hold hold as much. Cashier was super peasant, brought them out super hot and it was an overall good experience.

I only pick up takeout. Love chicken liver and they have 'em. Good fried chicken and fixins. I'm not a fan of the rolls but the family seems to like them. They are more like Hawaiian rolls, I prefer a yeast roll.

When did Bush's start serving pidgeon wings? My husband ordered me two wings, mashed potatoes, roll, and a drink at $9.49. The wings were tiny. I had a couple of wing pieces left over from visiting a Chinese restaurant last Friday - each piece was larger than the entire wing from Bush's. I have pictures, if you want to see them.

I don't like chicken that's sitting around waiting for you to come in. I like when it's made in small batches and it's constantly fresh. And I don't mind waiting for fresh chicken. This place keeps it sitting around waiting and waiting. I won't be back.

Says takes Apple Pay online so I sat in line for 1/2 hour only for them to tell me only inside. So I went inside and spent another 20 minutes waiting. Food delicious and next time I will know just to go inside. The drive thru like a car hop so takes longer than most.

If you seek excitement in your mashed potatoes, you'll need to bring your own spices. Otherwise, you're left with a bland mush that fails to satisfy. Overall, this meal was the epitome of mediocrity. While the service and speed were commendable, the food itself lacked any semblance of flavor. In the end, Bush's Chicken serves as a reminder that even in the world of fast food, there are places where the pursuit of taste is left woefully unfulfilled.

At 11:00 am, I ordered "Cedar Park Special " (my usual). After receiving food, I opened box to let steam out, so chicken would stay crispy. Didn't feel any hear, so I ate a fry. COLD & SOGGY. Chicken was barely above room temp. Gravy was warm, not hot. Roll was refrigerator cold. Very disappointed. If I wanted soggy fries, I go to Cane's.

I was really disappointed this trip. My liver and gizzard meal was so dry, had a burnt taste😢. I had just got off work and was starving. The chicken was just ok. The peach tea was the best thing out of the 18.00 dollars I spent. I will however give y'all 1 more chance.

I ordered a 6 piece tender meal with gravy, fries & a 44oz sweet tea. I also ordered two sides of honey mustard & a family size order of corn nuggets. I got in line a good 15 minutes before lunch began. My food was hot but like....crazy hot. When my fries cooled down enough (cuz you know I'm eating in the car) they were pathetic. They were tough & seemed like theyd been sitting for some time. The gravy was watery. The corn nuggets were also pretty tough & seemed maybe an older batch. My chicken tenders had a few couple good pieces. I was surprised at how bad it was number one but for that time of day? Im also not sure if this location doesn't allow/encourage tips but when they ran my card there wasn't an option. Probably won't e back.

Spent $70 on a family 30 piece and it was so gross, mostly all fried bread and what little meat was in the tenders was SUPER dry and nasty. Ended up throwing most of it away it was so bad and what a waste of $

Drive thru Order was wrong. Ordered the 15 piece mixed box with 8 rolls. Receipt shows correct order and charge. Received a 10 piece box with 5 rolls in it, plus a separate box with the 8 rolls. Shouldn’t have to check the order before leaving but I will from now on. (5-28-23 / #321)

Bush's is usually my hands-down favorite, but last night I ordered over $50 worth of food and took it 1 mi home to the family and the tenders were dry and not hot, the fries were stale and cold, and the mac and cheese was missing. It also took over 20 minutes for the carhop to take my order, even though there were two of them and only 4 other cars there and there were only a couple of groups dining inside. Regardless, being that 'busy,' I expected fresh food. Guess not. I called the store 4 times before I got an answer. By then I just wanted to tell them my son-in-law was on his way for the Mac and cheese. Very disappointed.

I'm from out of town and I heard Bush's Chicken was really good so my family and I stopped. We all ordered different things but I ordered the gizzards meal... I was so happy to eat my food but we did get it to go... By the time we made it all the way back up to 35 I bit into a liver...ugh it was so nasty!!! I did not order liver. So I called the store manager and he asked me for my receipt number I gave it to him and he advised me he would issue my money back on my credit card.... that has been since June 16th.... I still haven't gotten a refund. I think he may have been just telling me that to get me off of the phone.. needless to say it was not a good experience.

Do not go thru the car hop line. They don’t write the order down and consistently get the orders wrong… go thru the restaurant or don’t go at all

I went today around 3 o"clock to pick up their Sunday worship special. The kid at the counter had to be no more than 17 and was almost incompetent when it came to taking my order, I told him which sides I wanted and that I also wanted it to-go. He then began to prepare my order for dine in when I had told him it was to go. Then when I finally got my order which was 40 dollars the chicken peices were the size of golf balls when it used to be 2 to 3 times as large. It pains me to say this but yall have lost a frequent customer.

Over priced catfish plate dinner consisted of about 3x4 inch fillet and one side and drink times two of the same size plates $29.00 plus. Beware if your hungry this is consider a snack for a child.

No app. Order in store you will wait 15 minutes before they take your order and on average I wait about 25-30 minutes for order to come out. I literally have to set aside a whole hour just to get my food from here.

I stopped by after work today @5:30p. They were not busy. I ordered the 3pc wing special and 1 breast. The chicken was old and crunchy and very salty. The fries and tea was the best thing. I usually enjoy my food from your Bush's Chicken. But on this day. It was horrible.

Really disappointing to give them a 1 star with their food always being good. I ordered a #5 which is a 2 tender roll meal with 1 side and a drink. As you can see i received 3 tenders, 1 roll, and 2 gravy’s. They don’t write down your order and go off by memory i highly suggest they change their methods if they’re messing up a simple order.

Im a 15 year U. S. Army Veteran. Horrible experience with this place. I ordered 8 piece fried gizzards only. I specifically saifried ed gizzards. What I received was combined fried gizzards and fried livers. I never repeat never asked for the fried livers. I had to throw out the fried livers because I don't have a taste for them. Some staff who did not get my order right needs to either be retrained of fired if this staff has a history of not getting orders right. I just wasted about $10 on an incorrect order. Jez!
