This was our first time here and we will absolutely be back! We came for dinner around 7pm on a Friday. It wasn't busy but there were 5 or 6 other tables. Then a large party came so the noise level went up significantly but it was fine. The store manager, Bisha, was great and he made great recommendations to my husband and I. He asked what kind of spice levels we could handle, what we were thinking of eating, if we wanted appetizers, etc. Perfect service! It seems like everyone works as a team as well since basically the staff all walked over to check on us. There is a lunch time buffet everyday so we will have to come back to try that. I only wish there was an unlimited Naan option as the garlic naan is seriously addicting.
Visited Naga’s Indian Cuisine in Austin today for the lunch buffet with my brother, and honestly—we loved it! Every single dish we tried was mad yummy. The flavors were authentic, rich, and felt like proper Indian food done right. The biryani, curries, and dosas were all top-notch, and you can really tell a lot of effort goes into the food quality. The buffet spread is impressive, and it’s totally worth it if you want to try multiple dishes in one go. Unlimited options and such great taste make it a perfect spot for Indian food lovers. The only downside was the waiting time—it was a bit long. But to be fair, for food this tasty, the wait is absolutely worth it. Once you start eating, you forget about the wait completely. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Austin and craving authentic Indian flavors. Will definitely be coming back again! 👌🍽️🇮🇳
We had a wonderful experience ordering from Naga’s Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was well prepared and tasted great, exceeding our expectations. What really stood out was the cost-effectiveness, the portion sizes were generous and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality provided. The packaging was neat, and the order arrived in good condition. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and we truly enjoyed the meal. We would definitely love to order from Naga’s Restaurant again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food at a great value.
My husband and I ordered our usual chicken tikka masala, vegetable butter masala, garlic naan, and plain naan. We shared all the dishes. We enjoyed everything. We liked the butter masala but we both liked the tikka masala best of the two entrees. Both the garlic naan and plain naan were great. Server was very personable. Great experience. Thanks! We will be back.
We had dinner at Naga’s South Indian Cuisine in Austin, Texas, and it was such a wonderful experience. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The appam was soft and perfect, the mutton curry was rich and flavorful, the vada sambar was comforting, and the chana bhatura was fresh and satisfying, with their tea being the perfect way to end the meal. They also surprised us with complimentary payasam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The quality, quantity, and taste of the food truly impressed us, and everything felt authentic and made with care. The staff were extremely warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. We are already looking forward to visiting again, especially for their buffet with its wide variety of dishes. A must visit place and highly recommended. ❤️
OMG, just devoured the most incredible Indian lunch buffet at Naga's Indian Cuisine! The spread was UNLIMITED and UNBELIEVABLE - so many flavors, so much yum! 🍴 Highlights were the Tandoori Chicken - Soft and Juicy, melt-in-the-mouth biryani, and the fluffiest naan EVER . Service was top-notch too! If you're craving authentic Indian goodness, THIS IS THE PLACE Would go back ASAP!"
Omg!! The top best totally worth the meal!! Authentic Indian flavors! Definitely suggested to have buffet here, lot of non vegetarian and decent vegetarian options!! Live dosa and pani puri. Must visit for the authentic Indian food in Austin! There could be long waiting times but it’s sure worthy!
Delicious 🤤 Naga’s is truly exceptional. The service is incredible, everyone treats you with genuine kindness and makes you feel completely taken care of. The food is absolutely amazing, full of flavor, fresh, and prepared with so much attention. Every visit feels special. Highly recommend they really know how to make you feel good from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.
If you’re looking for authentic South Indian flavors north of Austin, Naga in Cedar Park delivers — and then some. 🥞 Dosa The dosa is simply awesome. Huge, paper-thin, and beautifully crisp, it comes hot off the griddle with that slight fermented aroma only a true South Indian kitchen gets right. The sambar is rich and tangy, and the four chutneys (coconut, tomato, mint, and peanut) are all distinct and fresh. This dosa could easily compete with what you’d get in Chennai or Bangalore. 🍖 Madurai Mutton Chukka This dish is a standout — tender chunks of mutton, slow-cooked with deep South Indian spices and a touch of black pepper heat that builds just right. The flavor is bold, earthy, and aromatic, with a texture that’s perfectly dry-fried without being tough. It pairs beautifully with parotta or dosa. You can taste that it’s made with care and traditional technique — the kind of dish that makes you slow down and savor. 🍽️ Service & Ambiance Service is warm and attentive, portions are generous, and food comes out hot. The setting is casual but clean, making it perfect for both a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. ⭐ Verdict Between the crispy dosa and the Madurai Mutton Chukka, Naga proves that South Indian cuisine is so much more than idli and sambar. Authentic, flavorful, and deeply satisfying — a must-try spot in Cedar Park.
We had a fantastic dining experience at Naga’s Indian Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch from start to finish. We ordered the idli, tikka masala, chicken dum biryani, paper dosa, and mango lassi. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I really appreciated the thoughtful recommendation from the manager when I mentioned that my kids can’t handle too much spice, he suggested the chicken dum biryani. It was perfectly seasoned and still packed with flavor without being too spicy. My kids loved it! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Indian food in a family-friendly setting!

A few things. The Gobi Manchurian was absolutely delicious! Crunchy, sweet, sour, definitely the best version of this dish I've ever had! Honestly made the entire dining experience well worth it. The naan is also quite superb - it was crispy and had a healthy amount of chew. The Tikka masala felt really interesting since I've never tasted Tikka masala like this one before. It had quite strong egg flavor, and nowhere near tomatoey enough for me. This dish I could've skipped. The saag paneer was pretty decent, but it depends on what you're looking for. Creamy and thick? Then maybe don't get the saag paneer from here. It's quite thin, and had a much more muted flavor compared to other saag paneers I've had. The goat biryani was great, and the rest of the curries were also quite good! Overall, I would definitely recommend but the dishes felt a little inconsistent with similar places, though definitely very solid option for Indian food!
Late afternoon after toddle play at the cheeky monkeys, I found this place nearby with good reviews. Ordered (to-go) Seeraga Samba biryani (this was delicious, mutton pieces were well cooked and flavorful), Chicken Chettinad (asked for mild for got a very spicy version we could not eat), Chicken Malai Tikka Kabab (this was great) and garlic naan. They had sold out but were kind enough to make masala tea I took to-go. Overall great experience, will return to try other dishes.
Nagas in Austin is a popular spot for Indian cuisine, especially known for its extensive weekend buffet 🍽️. I’ve visited 3–4 times, and the experience has been mixed—two visits were excellent, while two were average, depending on freshness and crowd levels. I had take out orders for biryani twice but both the times it was not upto the mark. The buffet menu is huge—almost too huge to fully justify and enjoy in one visit 😅. There’s an overwhelming variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, making it hard to taste everything. Vegetarian options include upma, pongal, podi idly, noodles, plain rice, curd rice, and rice with sambar and fry 🌿. Non-veg offerings feature multiple biryanis, butter chicken, Nagas chicken curry, and naan with paneer curry, which were flavorful when fresh 🍗. The dessert section is equally impressive. Desserts include gulab jamun, beetroot halwa, mysore pak, ice creams, chaats, and even cotton candy 🍬, which adds a fun touch—especially for families. When the buffet is at its best, the flavors feel authentic and satisfying. However, with such a massive menu, consistency can suffer on busy weekends, and not every dish hits the mark each time. Pros: ✔️ Extremely large buffet spread ✔️ Veg & non-veg variety ✔️ Strong dessert selection ✔️ Good value for groups Cons: ➖ Inconsistent quality ➖ Too many items to enjoy fully in one visit Overall, Nagas is worth visiting for variety—just manage expectations and timing 🌟.
Their weekend buffet has lots of vegetarian options They also have a live dosa counter, samosa chat, pani puri and cotton candy options. Their main course is average like most of the food. But they they may not have in quality is more then made up in quantity of options. They even have a large selection of desserts. Service is good. Will try again
Solid spot with an amazing weekend buffet (weekday buffet is not as good). However we stopped in for dinner (ala carte) last night with my two kids, ages 6 and 2, who are always antsy in restaurants.…

We don't care for 50 mediocre items at high prices - we care for the top 10-15 tasting items for a reasonable price. North Indian items were not enough.
Why I gave three was lunch special was decently priced & presented. Though it was our first time eating here, we have been hearing about it for quite some time. Food was ok. In the lunch special portions were good. Taste was ok. The best thing to eat was the chicken manchurian which was more like a marriage between chicken 65 and chilli chicken batter wise taste wise. Pakore are a north Indian delicacy....many restaurants with south origin don't scrath surface with it. Here too they were ok more like a malba of bhajiya leftover..butter chicken was more like creamy chicken tikka masala. Biryani I was looking forward to but it was sadly bland. The one indian sized chicken drumstick failed to either impress on taste or its absorption of masala. Naan's on the other hand were impressive and just the way we like them crunchy and soft at the same time so 10/10 for naan gulab jamun were there that is all I can say...its my favorite dessert so I feel it had some texture issues..overall if you are hungry its good value for money for someone who does not know how to cook indian food and wants to try bland indian food. We were tad disappointed.

The weekend buffet, spread of many items but poorly cooked and NO taste food. Tried 3 times on different days both the Saturday and Sunday spread, it was disappointing.
waited inside for ten minutes and was completely ignored not even an acknowledgment of our presence in the restaurant, making us unable to make an order.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. **THE GOOD** Very accommodating when I had to make changes to my order after submitting online. **THE BAD** Asked for spicy - not close. Also, specified in my order NOT to just leave my delivery at the door. Driver didn't care. Didn't even ring my doorbell. **THE UGLY** Bones and cartilage throughout my Chicken Vindaloo - see the pic I attached. It was uneatable. I had to toss my food. Called back to speak to an owner or manager. Apparently they didn't have one. Asked for a refund - skeptical that will happen.
