I love Panera bread. I am in the sip club, and it’s the best value that I know about. I love it because they have sparkling water on the fountain tab now, so I can get my 0 cal drink with nothing artificial in it! And they are usually really conveniently located, so when you combine that with the ease of having meetings there, and the wonderful food, you can’t beat Panera! Much quieter than Starbucks… Lol!

My first time here was great! Bread was fresh and food tasted great. Lovely drink selection as well. My only issue was that one of the workers seemed annoyed/angered by my confusion, being it was my first time going to this location. Two other workers made up for his poor attitude, being more than helpful!

Mia and Lauren are amazing! They work the drive thru when I pick up my coffee and always greet me with a smile and a positive, professional attitude.

First time trying the full size grilled cheese. It wasn't the best but pretty good with plenty of cheese. Had Mac and cheese and picked up two plus order and added a brownie. My daughter helped finish the Mac and cheese and ate the whole brownie but I'm almost certain they too, were delightful

So I went to this place today and I ordered q cold sandwich. It being no one's fault I found a hair on my sandwich and asked the manager for help. She was extremely kind to help me and replaced my order and added two cookies too. I highly appreciate the service and the care they took. Definitely noted. I unfortunately didn't see the name of the manager but it was a lady with green hair. So if anyone goes there and you see her rest assured you will receive great service.

I love this place! Chipotle is tasty and the beverages I always have doubts because we have a lot of options. You can spend time reading a book, surfing on internet, or just talking with friends. Nice and clean place.

This location on Whitestone has such a very distinct atmosphere, which is quite pleasurable. It is a great place to eat and its employee’s, Especially Matthew, the cashier are very polite and professional.

Good place for fast food

I ordered some soups on the phone and they were very quick to take the order and confirmed the time in which it would be ready. I was there precisely at the time and a lady promptly walked out with my order ready to be picked up curb side. I was very happy with prompt service and also the soups tasted really nice. They are easy to find with lots of parking spaces. The fact that they still have curb side pick up makes it easy for busy folks to order online or via phone and pick up and go. Very happy!

Food was great. There was plenty of space between tables and patrons. I had the Asian salad with peanut sauce, great flavors. Their French bread was warm and fresh. My partner had chicken noodle soup and a roast beef sandwich, he was pleased. I will definitely go back. It was a great experience.

Love their salads and breakfast items. My go to salad is either the Fuji Apple Chicken or the Southwest Chicken. The first is a combination sweet and salty while the later is packed with southwest vibes and nice helping of avocado. Recently I got a “darling”, “love”, and “honey” with my drive through experience… “what else can I get you love?”, “can I get you a straw with that darling?”, “would you like your receipt honey?… offering up buckets of sunshine over here.. lol!

This is the best Panera I have ever been to in all of the United States. The food is amazing. The prices are great. The people though… They always get our extensive orders right, but the biggest part of why we love this location is because they are the kindest, warmest, friendliest, most wonderful people ever. All of them. Mia, Josh, and Anne, especially, but everyone who works here is downright unbelievably the nicest people ever. My family try to come every weekend for breakfast and it’s something that we for real look forward to. It is definitely a treat to be had after a long week.

A good place to eat a quick bite that’s healthy and delicious. Me and my husband love to come to this Panera bread often. There are plenty of vegetarian options too. My favorite is the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and Creamy tomato soup. Also they have other vegetarian options. My husband loves the Fuji apple chicken salad and gets a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. They also have plenty of other vegetarian options and the best part it you can order a half and half combo if you can’t eat too much where you can mix and match between soup salads sandwiches and other things. We love this place and will be back soon

I have had my fair share of issues with Panera over the years, but today was awesome so I just wanted to post a great review! I went through the drive-through and ordered some chicken soup and a baguette, I really wanted something light, I was a bit nervous about ordering chicken soup because sometimes it’s just broth left or everything is mushy inside. however, the soup was very hot, and it was so extremely delicious. It was just really really tasty, not mushy, it had a good amount of stuff in it, and even the chicken didn’t taste or feel weird, which can be quite a feat! The gentleman that was at the drive-through window was so friendly and professional and just seem like a really nice person. I enjoyed my meal at Panera and will definitely have their chicken soup again. There’s several soups that I enjoy there, but I hadn’t had the chicken soup before, and that was really good!

I love Panera Bread, and this is my first time ordering at this location. I'm not sure if it's my fault or if its the food/drink, but unfortunately I purchased a chocolate chip cookie w/ a strawberry lemonade and subsequently puked 2 or 3 hours later. Hadnt eaten anything other than that in that time period. Not sure what happened or why, and it's very likely my stomach was just empty or that I can't handle lemonade. Regardless, have had stomach issues for a day now. Again, could totally not be the food, but just wanted to mention! Regardless, always have loved Panera, just maybe wont order those items anymore. Edit: just wanted to mention that i have had these items before at other locations and havent had problems before.

I've never seriously eating at this chain before. High quality and good food. Value is solid but the portions are small and so $10 is like a light lunch. Quality venue but you're going to pay for the boutique feeling organic and natural.. which can be had at home for far less

This is a nice choice for soup, salad and sandwiches. Very quiet, great to sit and visit with friends for brunch or lunch. Easy in and out with a wheelchair. Their do it yourself computers didn't work for any of our group so that was a bust. Overall it was a good experience.

I really like this location because the food is always hot and the order is always correct. The issue that I have at times is the atmosphere. The tables are not always clean. Hence I do a lot of take out. The chefs and servers get a 5 plus ad they are always professional, prompt and very helpful.

This is a great little place to get together with friends for coffee or something to eat (or both!) The quality is good and it is quickly served by friendly staff. It is a little more expensive than some places but the qualify probably makes up for it. I wish they had cleaned up the patio a bit but we are probably one of the few folks that sit outside in this heat.

I was really impressed with this Panera as my last few experiences with Panera have not been the best (at Lubbock and Dallas locations). Quality control thru Rapid Pick-up. Ordered salad sans meat. That request showed on reciept but meat still showed on the salad. Not the first time I've had issues like that. Otherwise, customer service great to clear yp mistakes and the atmosphere is good.

Ordered online for curbside pickup for a birthday picnic lunch. Selected yes to have utensils but when we got to our picnic spot found out there were none. Very disappointing since one of the items we ordered was soup! Everything else was good, just frustrating when they put the question on the online ordering asking if you want utensils and then don’t follow through.

Placed order for bowl of soup only to find out fifteen minutes later they were out. While they did offer to substitute a sandwich instead, by the time they finally brought the sandwich out they evidently had made more soup and delivered it to the ladies next to me who had ordered a few minutes after I had originally. I would have expected the time lapse of I had ordered in the middle of lunch or dinner rush, but there were very few people in the restaurant overall and many empty tables. Seven or eight tables had not been bussed and were still dirty when I left thirty minutes later even though there were plenty of female staff on hand, standing around and talking.

I have been a customer of Panera bread for more years than I can count. I’ve always loved their food and I keep coming back. My main complaint is that when I order chicken noodle soup I might get a two piece of three pieces at the most of chicken and very few noodles mostly just broth. Please tell the servers when they go to get this soup out of the kettle to bring up what’s on the bottom up to the top that’s why we’re not getting much. I know from experience I owned a restaurant for years. My other complaint I had one bottle of chicken noodle soup and one small drink $12.95! 🤯 And then when I don’t get much it’s very disappointing

Friendly workers. As expected food. Management should consider a system that would improve wait time for drive-thru. The last few times I’ve waited 10+ minutes during non peak hours. My most recent visit, I was asked to hold before placing my order which was going to be a bakery item. I waited 3 minutes then pulled off. I would have gone in to order but with 2 small kids, it would have been inconvenient. Maybe ask customer with longer ticket times to park and have some bring out their items. That way someone with a basic order isn’t waiting 10-15 minutes for something as simple as a cookie or coffee.

I don't mind a rotating menu, but surely there are some items that you should constantly keep. But my biggest issue is to pick up an order at 6:40 at night and to have no fruit cups. Also to only have 3 soft dinner rolls. My concern is if you close at 9, then you only have a baggette and chips left and apple, which is not the most healthiest choice of fruit. So they need to look at there menus a little better. Food is good. But too much bread. And all pastries where almost gone. So as a business shouldn't you have more of what you run out of early and less of what doesn't sell very well??

Food was great! it tasted pretty good. However, portion sizes were awfully small for the teriyaki bowl and my chicken noodle soup had very little noodle content and chicken. Our ordering experience was also not pleasant, our cashier Ana Claudia was in a bad mood, and instead of being understanding that we couldn't hear her she hastily sighed. Lastly, the bread was also hard... I'm not sure if its supposed to be that way.

I’m a huge Panera fan….or used to be I should say. This location has been my home location for 8 years now and honestly the food here is awful. It’s gotten wose & worse over the years and now it’s to the point where I’m not going back. The lettuce is questionable & brown, the chicken tastes awful and chewy/rubbery, & they run out of basic items (like bread) too often It’s actually really sad, I know others who feel the exact same and they’ve lost a lot of valuable customers

Update: This location struggles to be open consistently, constant POS issues, closed drive thru. When they can find a way to be open, the people are friendly and food is good. Generally, a very good location with staff that is helpful on most occasions. The kiosks have been down lately making it tougher to order during busier times. Love the ambiance and being able to work from the cafe is super useful. Go to spot for some coffee in and out of Cedar Park!

The food is mediocre and I have come to expect that. But I don’t understand why it’s always dirty in the dine in area. I am first to my table and the table and booth are both covered in crumbs. It’s a bare minimum ask… wipe the place down.

Went in 45 minutes before they closed and no one was at the counter, we waited a few minutes and then rang the bell, soon after someone slowly walked over. The cashier was extremely rude would continuously ask if that would be all, she also would have an attitude when she talked, she didn’t respond to use when we continuously asked where the water cups were and didn’t even mark our request for the toasting so the food wasn’t even how we ordered it. Food is okay. Service is really bad. I often have to just order from the tablets or my iPhone because nobody will come to the counter on the weekends. WiFi is also miserably slow and I end up having to use my hotspot a lot of the time. Been here a few times and the cooks curse so loudly in the kitchen it carries over to the eating area, which often has families and children. Really not impressed with this Panera bread. I suggest finding another one to go to.

The coffee is not fresh at all and cold and old. Looks like they just make it once in the morning and just leave it there all day. The Wi-Fi is very slow and terrible beyond belief. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but these are simple things that you should absolutely have as a coffee shop!

I like Panera most times but today I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and 4 cookies. Got charged $19+. I didn't open the bag until I got home only 2 cookies. What's worse is I didn't get a receipt.

I came when it wasn't crowded. At the same time, almost all the tables and the floor were dirty and covered in crumbs. And no one cleaned the room during this time. I had to wipe down my desk myself. I'm upset.

I try really hard, not to leave bad reviews at restaurants. I understand that everyone isn't going to have a good day, With that being said, this Panera location has been my go to for years. Sometimes the service is great, other times it's just good enough and that's okay for me, b/c its Panera. I've even had my delivery orders be incorrect and not complain about the service b/c they appeared to be truly apologetic and corrected any issues. Fast forward to the last 2 weeks. Last week I go to Panera and place an order at the drive thru. A toasted plain bagel, chai and chocolate chunk cookie. The bagel is burned, the cookie is wrong so we go back through the drive thru to get the order corrected. We say the cookie is incorrect, the young man taking the order says I tried to tell you we don't have that cookie (he did not) then we say and the bagel is burned. He said it's toasted. No, it's burned. (I get toasted bagels all the time since I was a kid, I'm from NYC, and I have eyes I know what a burned bagel looks like. He sounded irritated and said ok go to the window. We decided not to risk something happening to our food so we just left. Today, we go in and the girl behind the counter says we only have plain and asiago bagels when I tell her I want the bakers dozen. I say thats okay bc I only really want plain anyway. I order 10 plain bagels (she asked me to confirm 10, like I was unsure and I said yes) 3 asiago bagels an orange scone and a cinn roll. I get home (20 min away) and there are only 3 asiago bagels in my bag. I called and said 10 bagels are missing out of my bag, from an order I just placed and there is probably a bag of 10 plain bagels on a counter or something. The woman who took my order says she only charged me for 3 asiago bagels. Now, I know the conversation we had, and I know what I ordered and this is incorrect. I checked my receipt and yes she only charged me for 3 asiago bagels. The manager says sorry and have a good day. This is why I am frustrated and this will be my last visit at this location. Never did the manager say, would you like me to put 10 bagels to the side and you can come pick them up and I will correct your order and charge you accordingly? Never did the man at the drive thru say I apologize you received something other than what you ordered and your bagel is burned, let me correct that for you. Customer service matters. I wasn't looking for anything free, I wanted what I ordered. I wanted someone to correct their mistakes. So I don't recommend you go to this location, take a few extra min and go to Lakeline.

I went through the drive-thru this last Friday February 21st at this location. I did not eat out prior that day. About 3 hours after consuming the food I was hit hard with food poisoning. Managers I blame you because you should be teaching proper food handling to your staff. I will NEVER eat at this Panera again. I had ordered tomato soup and Greek salad/no chicken. And when your employees are touching their cell phones and then touching OUR food that is contaminating OUR food because we all know cell phones have all kinds of bacteria.

My wife got a $15 gift card to panera bread over Christmas so we decided to use it today. We got a whole chicken and bacon flatbread pizza ($10ish) and a cup of broccoli soup ($4.50). The pizza was just a flat bread oval with about a bite of chicken and cheese sprinkled on it. We ate the bite of toppings off and threw the rest away. The bread tasted like nothing. The soup was ok, tasted like Campbell's from the store. Even for free fast food, this was terrible and disappointing. How is this place open?

I love Panera Bread and there food but this is my second time getting food poisoning from this exact Panera. I went several months ago and got a sandwich and Mac and cheese and was sick for about 3 days. I took a long break from there thinking maybe it was just a fluke but I went again today and used there drive through were the staff was being very impatient and we where the only ones in the drive through there was no line never the less they where rude and they gave us our food and now I am here sick on the toilet hopefully nothing was done to my food on purpose! Never the less I wouldn’t risk it there are plenty of other sandwich places nearby!

The worst panera ever! We went to have an early dinner or late lunch at 4 pm. After 2 pm the don’t have fresh coffee or even hot, they don’t refill the sodas, my husband order half Southwest lime salad and they brought him more like 1/4 of a salad. My boy order a dinner roll as a side to his chicken avocado melt and they didn’t have anymore. Don’t recommend to anybody.

Ordered an iced coffee for pickup and it was marked as ready, but I had to wait at the store for 20 minutes without getting it. Ended up having to leave without the coffee.

Went in the other week and had an awful experience. The food was great but the white, dirty blonde, I’m assuming is a manager was bitter and loud the whole time. Me and my bf sat near the window where they place the food and all we heard was her talking to an employee about how horrible the other staff and managers are and how much she hates this job. And when other employees would ask her for help with something she was insanely rude towards them, I felt so bad for the them. Without her there and not having to hear how horrible she is, my experience would have been 10 times better. I’m sorry to anyone that works with her and has her as a manager. You deserve better.

This place is not suitable for business. The internet here is dialup "America On-line" speed with 0.630 mbps. Got to be joking, you can't do anything. Can't watch youtube. Slow to a turtle. Outright rediculous. That is why you don't see people here. The internet is just way too low. The normal is 4.0 mbps. This place I want to compaint is the internet speed is too slow, not good for students and single business entreprenures to gather, to meet to discuss. Everything else is just fine. I have to use my phone Wifi to do any work. If the store manager wnats more sales in bread or coffee, up your internet speed to standard you will see more people coming. plp like us don't bother to tell or say anything, they just "leave".

I have always loved Panera Bread -the food and the people that work there. Yesterday, the cashier at the front of your Cedar Park location was Not friendly or welcoming. She was rude and is not the person that should be working as the first person that greets customers. There were not but 10 customers total in the whole place. The wait staff was not helpful either. I came in with twin 2 year olds and instead of helping me with high chairs, they only told me I could not sit at the table for 6. I will not be coming back to this location for a long time, if ever. I would think that your staff would be overly helpful during this Pandemic and there were few customers in the place!

Came here at 8 am on a Wednesday. The place was nearly empty, certainly not busy, and I go to order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Easy enough right? Nope. They were out of cream cheese. As in all cream cheese. No plain, no flavored, nothing. How does a bagel shop not have cream cheese on a slow weekday morning? Fortunately there is an Einstein Brothers right across the street. Go there. Better prices, better quality, and get this, they have cream cheese!

I’m really not sure why I’m starting to suddenly keep striking out at multiple Panera Bread locations around the area but nevertheless, here is my review. First things first, the atmosphere of the location is great but that’s clearly not why I’m writing this with this low of a score. We got food brought to us, it wasn’t ours. Normally that’s not a big deal, I mean it can happen to anyone. No problem. After that, we had different things in our food that we hadn’t asked for. Not only that, the salad wasn’t even REMADE. It was just picked through and still had olives in it. Like really, what if my wife was allergic to olives and this place seems like it’s being ran by irresponsible high schoolers or something. It was Below average. Average at best and tiny half sandwiches and part of me feels like I should have went next door to the Tex-Mex restaurant. :(

This is the absolute WORST location I have ever been to. My husband and I had an awful experience with this staff and management clearly doesn’t know how to handle customer issues nor do they understand policies and procedures correctly. My husband went through the drive through and when he got home we realized both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. The manager Madina actually put me on hold, then resumed the call to let me know that my sandwich comes with mustard (and apparently mustard fingerprints) Ok...well I ordered it without so what does that matter? Anyway, she asked for order information and my credit card number to process a refund and I told her we paid with cash. She told us to go to the store where she would give us our money back and insisted on remaking the food for us and assured it would be right (which it STILL isn’t right). My husband goes where he’s told they don’t do refunds, it’s against policy. So they really made us go back up there knowing they weren’t going to process a refund, to get food that we didn’t even want anymore. Then, actually had the nerve to tell my husband he “wasn’t part of the conversation” when he was mad that he wouldn’t be getting a refund for the lousy, disgusting food we were given. I called back to ask for the original manager I was dealing with and I was told by another manager who “couldn’t say” her name, I want to say she answered the phone as Stephanie (had mid length light brown hair) , and refused to let me speak to her but couldn’t give an answer as to why she wanted my credit card number if no refund would have been processed or why we were told to drive up there in traffic wasting our time. I will be placing a complaint in every avenue possible against this location and the managers.

The service here is so terrible its laughable. Show up at 7:30, 20 minutes after putting in an online order and they stare at you like youre the idiot when they havent even started the order. They dont speak english and are so slow its hard to bare. Be warned. They suck.

The manager Josh there is extremely funky. And the associates there play really loud music very unbusiness like. And then the bathrooms were funky . And omg there were so many piled up dishes and dirty tables and dirty floor.

FIRST my pick up order is not completed by the scheduled time so I sit and wait and wait for my order!! NEXT. I asked them to leave a spread off my sandwich which they do but then some idiot decides they’re gonna put mayonnaise on my sandwich, which has never been an option on that sandwich. Talk about ruining your night after a long day of work.

There was a delivery male employee. He was about 30 years old, short, wide, with light brown hair. He was hostile. He didn't want me to be in the store and let me know it as soon as I walked in. He went from the cash register and rushed up to me. He was about one foot away from me. He stood square to me and demanded to know why I was there. I told him that I had a rapid pick up. I told him my name. He ran around the wall to get into the kitchen to grab my paper bag and handed it to me. He didn't do that with any other customers who were standing behind the counter with me. A few weeks later, I walked to get buy pastries. He walked into the store after I did. He rushed behind the cash register and spouted in a hostile tone, "Can I help you?!" I told him that I was being helped. He didn't smile or welcome me to the store as other employees had whenever I walked in. His unwelcoming and hostile customer service has been bothering ever since the first confrontational encounter. His hostility caught me off guard. The store manager and everyone else in that company needs to know what kind of employee they have. He needs to be fired.

Way too slow at this location. Was the only one in the drive-through and sat there for 15 minutes to get my order. Need to pick up the pace and work more efficiently.

Everything but my chicken bacon rancher was not valid to serve . They barely but chicken , put absolutely no bacon on the sandwich very very thin sandwich not no where close what was advertised . Very disappointing

Sandwiches are typically good taste wise…. But since when should a sandwich be barely any meat, didn’t have the pickled onions due to shortage… and the price is almost $11 just for the sandwich? Not worth it in my opinion.

Panera was my fav place for salads. After a long time I ordered today. Quantity is half than before. Bajra bowl is so bland and you can count the drops of slasa varde. No greek yogurt as they mentioned. I got a reward for my birthday and I ordered a brownie. when I come back home I couldn't find and saw that as sold out. If it got sold out why to allow me to place an order? And reward is also gone.

I was looking forward to trying the French dipper. I basically got a cheese sandwich with random crumbs of steak. Not like the photo at all.

This used to be a great location. Today the espresso machine was broken, my breakfast sandwich had steak that tasted spoiled, and the danish was past its sell-by date. Avoid this one.
