I ordered a vegetarian pizza, garlic Parmesan sticks, and jalapeño knots. Everything was delicious, though the sticks were a bit salty. I was initially hesitant ordering here due to the low ratings, but the staff greeted me warmly with smiles and made me feel welcome!

We've always had a great experience at this Papa John's. We use the carryout drive through feature and it's always ready and hot. Online order for pickup time that they say the pizza will be ready and it actually being ready is way off. Not the people on the stores fault but get it together papa johns…I don’t even think it was a person inside the actual location that took my order.

Even though this is essentially a fast food pizza chain, it still beats out Dominoes and Pizza Hut by far. I love that they still give you pepperoccini peppers in your pizza. Not to mention there are always good coupons to use online. Let's throw in the fact that it tastes better than the other two places I mentioned above and you have a good place for quick pizza.

Second time I have ordered from the S Bell location and had food not made to order. Always love the taste but I expect to get what I order. Hope they improve or I may start ordering from other locations or other pizza chains

May have just been a bad day.... Will try them again because they are very courteous. My pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and bacon. Pretty sure I got mostly a cheese pizza but it did have like 3 or 4 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of bacon.... somewhere under the mountain of cheese

Sometimes our pizza comes right, sometimes wrong .. but the worst thing about this location is the fact that they never put enough cheese on their pizzas and their wings are always all different sizes. We get cheese pizza here regularly and they are always never fully covered with cheese. They told us we have to order it with extra cheese if we want it to be covered completely with cheese. Huh? I don't get it. Not to mention we order thin crust so it's not like the pizza bakes and the top stretches - which in this case the cheese can be pulled away in one direction or another. Anyways the good thing about these guys is that usually when they get something wrong the manager will give you a credit or send you a new one if she can. They have a drive thru but don't expect to be greeted there.

Y'all should be able to adjust your online delivery times when you're busier than usual. It says my expected wait time was 31 minutes. If I'd have known it would take an hour and a half, I'd have ordered from somewhere else.

There was an employee punching boxes and being super aggressive while working made me real uncomfortable while going through the menu. Pizza was good and it is a takeaway place. Good size of the pizza, we took a large and it was enough for 3 people The entrance to this place is deceiving you need to be very cautious while entering the place or you'll miss the entrance

normally they have it together but it took legit one hour & 30mins for my 10 inch cheese bread..went in and they gave me the excuse of being "short handed"..I'm sorry you have 5 people there right now..I work down the street...you wanna talk short handed? come see us down the street I have myself and 3 others running a store...most of the time we work alone..I have NEVER used that excuse on a customer and that's exactly what that is an excuse for your poor quality of work..I understand trust me but the way you handle it isn't to ignore your customers when they walk in your store..then tell one person your name for your order and make them wait an hour for their order and not one of the 4 people that finally said hello could even find my order. one girl just had the bright idea to actually walk over to the warmer and actually look for my name instead of yelling my name out hoping someone would hear you or saying I was door dash when I wasn't...the order wasnt up to par at all with the cheese halfway off the bread in the first place...HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED...

I call and get an automated message that just says "we are running behind" with no ETA. I call again around 2:20 but get a human this time, and I am told "its walking out the door right now." By now we have already done cake and kids are starting to leave. Finally around 2:35pm the pizza arrives via Uber Eats. We chose Papa Johns because it was 4 minutes away from the party location and we could order with a specific delivery time. Only a handful of kids were left to grab a slice, so we ended up having to take 80% of the pizza home. No one from Papa Johns did anything except say "Sorry, its leaving now." We spent $147.80 on this pizza that barely made it before everyone was gone.

Managers may want to take a look at the cameras from today/4th of July. WORST FRANCHISE EVER. I JUST ordered pizza for my kids and their friends who are visiting. I placed the order at 6pm. They said it would be delivered within an hour. At 7:30 I called to check on the status of the order and why it hadn't been delivered. The girl said it was leaving right then. We waited another 45minutes hoping the pizza would arrive. I called again (sat in hold for 10 minutes) and at 8:15 (OVER TWO HOURS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER), the girl said that the pizza hadn't even left yet. The kids were starving, I was super angry because I was expecting the pizza to arrive at any moment. Papa Johns- if you say you're going to deliver an order in an hour- PLEASE DO IT or have the courtesy to call your customer and let them know that the order is delayed. I had a 9,8,7,5,4 year old plus guests all waiting for dinner for two hours. We needed up cancelling the order. What a disappointment.

Are you for real? The guy who took our order literally mumbled to himself while taking a dinner order, " You came all the way here to just to order a medium pizza....?" Terrible and rude customer service. Why does it matter??? I order what I want and don't need to hear some nonsense lazy comment.

Ordered a pizza online went to pick it up they couldn't find order even with my receipt. When they did It was put out for the next morning. Then I had to pay again at register just to get what I wanted with no refund on the one I ordered online.

Everything is fine in this location but I came to place an order as usual because it is the one near my house and I saw that the girl was preparing my pizza and while I was doing it she had her hair all loose and she ran her hands over it and she still kept preparing my order, I had no choice but to take my order and throw it away.

This star is for all Papa John’s locations who have outsourced the simple task of ordering pizza from local Papa John’s to some call center. I think it’s an absolutely horrible idea and every time I want to order I end up changing my mind because of the hassle of dealing with someone who doesn’t even work in the store... Please change this back to the normal way of ordering pizza so you don’t drive customers like me ordering Dominos

Terrible....their pizza may be good, but their on phone customer service is TERRIBLE., I was staying in a new hotel not 3 blocks away, when I first called the young lady said she had to have the exact address, did not offer any assistance, since I am 71 FEMALE AND FELT LIKE i HAD JUST BEEN RUN OVER BY A STAMEDE , I told her fine and hung up. Got the official address called back and spoke with the Manager, gave my information several times, he said there was not such number, I explained the Hotel was only a couple of blocks away, he did not attempt to look it up, so I hung up. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EAT A PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA AS LONG AS I LIVE not will I ever ever recommend them to anyone else.

Completely messed up our order. Didn't put the third topping on our three topping pizza, and gave us four blue cheese instead of Buffalo. YUCKY! who is the manager in this place? NEVER WILL RETURN!

Canceled our order without telling us so we waited almost 2 hours for food that wasn't coming. Then refused to answer the phone. Go somewhere else, this place makes it cheaper, easier, and faster to make your own pizza from scratch.

I will NEVER order delivery again from Papa Johns. Ordered via app. Delivery came and noticed right away order was wrong so did not accept pizzas. Delivery guy said he would take care of it. Received phone call from Doordash saying I must contact merchant when their driver mixed up the order. When I complained they put me on hold without notice waited over 2 minutes with no one picking up. Hung up and called Papa John and finally had replacement order...1 hour and 45 minutes later. Awful experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. When I called and ordered pizzas they gave me little to no information. Never got a confirmation number or anything. When I called back about 45 minutes later since I never received my pizza they said my "door dash" person was trying to get a hold of me and couldn't. Now one said that these guys deliver through door dash... not once. So, I asked ok well then can you make another pizza and bring it out then and they lady was EXTREMELY disrespectful and just kept telling me, "no, there's nothing we can do for you." "you need to contact door dash." Why would I need to contact door dash when I called papa johns to order? Called the manager and still have not heard anything back!! This place is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!!!!!

Called in an ordered cheese pizza cheese sticks and 2 litter Pepsi and extra dips. We never received the order. When I called the store the manager Linda was super rude to me on a simple inquiry of missing delivery. She said she is the only one working here and I can’t talk to anyone else and she won’t gimme any refund in the end she denied of ever receiving the order in the first place and cursed me out and hung up.Later stopped picking up my call. This was super unprofessional on all levels. If this place is short staffed this is not the customers fault. I’ve been ordering papa john’s since the last 25 years and never encountered such behavior from any employee. The company needs to train their staff better and instead of being abusive to customer should concentrate on problem solving skills. Stay away from this place and always order through some delivery app at least you won’t loose your money.

All we ordered was cheese sticks and a small cheese pizza. The cheese sticks and pizza arrived cold, with barely any cheese and hard as a rock!! I JUST got my order. These normally are my sons favorite things but not tonight. Very disappointing. This place needs to do better. You can see the pizza and tell its hard wirh no cheese when boxing.

This location gives Papa John's a bad name. Sad, because I used to work there. The Customer service is terrible, there is none and the pizzas are not the Papa John's way. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better location if you can or order Domino's. Domino's always has that mix and match special, cheaper and always good customer service.

I ordered pizzas two hours early and ordered specifically for a 1250 pm delivery for a lunch time 100-130. I stressed how important it was to arrive on time and gave directions. It arrived cold at 115. After a grubhub driver called to ask where to go in a busy shopping retail area. Wrecked my sons birthday pizza party.

We were told our pizza will be delivered within 30 minutes. When we phoned back 40 minutes later to enquire where it was, we were told that the systems were down and they couldn't make pizzas. Nobody felt the need to call us and tell us they couldn't fulfill our order. Unbelievable poor customer service.

Omg So the unbelievable just happened, a very angry employee, unbelievably rude, was slamming doors, throwing pizza knives at the air. We tolerated this for 5 min hoping he comes down. Finally we left without taking the pizza. It was just too risky

So sitting in car waiting to pick up my carry out pizza which is a free one due to a problem with one a while back and I am told there was a mix up and they are making it right now. Ironically we ordered a pizza about 1-2 weeks ago and went to pick it up only to be told it had been sent out on delivery so they remade it while we of course sat and had to wait. They didn’t offer us anything that time but when I told them this is the second time something like this has happened they offered us a free 2 litter which I refused just very disappointed with this place and will not be coming back!

Instead of listening or offering a solution, Victor started making up stories — saying my driver was “still there but refusing to deliver.” Reality check: the driver had left 30 seconds earlier, and the store is 15 minutes away. When I asked how he was going to fix the situation, he took a deep breath and acted like it was my problem. Then, he raised his voice, lied again, and eventually hung up on me after telling me to “call DoorDash” — even though I placed the order directly on Papa John’s website. I called back, but he refused to answer. Since I paid and had no food, I drove to the store. I recorded the interaction — I spoke calmly, asking why he was being so rude and where the customer service was. He just kept babbling excuses, refused a refund or replacement, and then shockingly called the police, claiming I was a problem when I simply wanted what I paid for. The cops showed up, and Victor actually asked them to ban me from the store. I’ll be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. If this is how Papa John’s allows its managers to treat paying customers, then it’s no surprise this location is so poorly run. Avoid this place at all costs — especially while Victor is in charge.

I understand people have bad days but this behavior isn't safe and shouldn't be tolerated. We won't be returning.

No one had hair nets or gloves on, the guy handling the food kept scratching his head and then handling the food, the other guy came out of the bathroom ( he proudly announced it) and went straight to handling food without washing his hands, the pizza screens look like they haven't been washed in years, dough was sitting out on racks and looked old a crusty, none of the sauce bottles were kept cold ( they were just sitting on the counters) . The food itself tasted weird. The onions smelled bad. Never will we eat here again.
