Rustic trattoria just above Campomorone. Excellent homemade food! There is not a lot of choice on the menu, but every single dish is a delicacy! Don't miss trying their pesto lasagnette! Prices are a bit high, if you order the full menu with appetizer, first course, second course, side dish and dessert, 45 euros per person, but the food is really excellent and the staff is very kind! Recommended!

Buoni gli ingredienti e la quantità. Vino della casa in bottiglia di buona qualità. Cucina non pesante, gustosi gli antipasti e deliziose le sale e la veranda. Gestione di famiglia: madre, figlia e nipote. Prezzo non esagerato. Da provare almeno 2 o 3 volte. Ordinare i ravioli e gli antipasti.

Bruno Arthemalle

For those who aren't demanding but want authentic food, this is the place to be. It's an old trattoria located on the old train route that used to take you to the Madonna della Guardia. Excellent quality and price.

IZ1 SSF

The dishes are carefully prepared and satisfying. The menu isn't extensive, but it's sure to please everyone. It features traditional Ligurian recipes. Service isn't particularly fast, but it's friendly. Prices are a bit higher than I expected.

The ravioli were especially delicious, and the fillet steak was also good, but served without a side dish. Excellent service. The restaurant is beautiful, located along the tracks of the decommissioned train that leads to the Madonna della Guardia.

Very good food, but out of scale prices (a first course costs €10 at lunchtime on weekdays, a bottle of water filled from the dispenser costs €3).

Traditional menu, with a few specialties like fried vegetables. The atmosphere is quaint, a bit decadent. The kitchen, with its double door, opens onto the single dining room. There's also a few seats on the small terrace near the entrance.

A little disappointed with the food. Portofino lasagna with poor-quality pesto, stringy roast beef. High price, even though it was Easter.

Trattoria accogliente peccato che è un po' fredda 🥶 , soprattutto se non sei abituato/a a queste temperature mangi con la giacca addosso 🤷🏻‍♀️, È un po' piccolina ☺️, ma ti servono abbastanza presto, per il cibo abbiamo mangiato i spaghetti al tuccu e galletto al forno con patatine fritte 😋 buoni , peccato che con sto freddo appena finito di mangiare devi andare fuori dal locale per i SERVIZI 🥶😰 giuro troppo freddo tra dentro al locale e fuori ci sono 10 gradi di differenza 🤔 questo non è un ottima cosa per un locale a prescindere dal luogo. Conclusione, ci tornerei 🤔 no non mi e rimasto nulla nel sapore e nel cuore . .. solo freddo. Peccato 😮‍💨

Reading the reviews, I wonder if we were just unlucky or something. The appetizer was literally a slice of veal, a 2-cubic-centimeter piece of rice cake, and half a stuffed onion (I'm not being sarcastic). The ravioli were decent, I think, but add to that the lights were off in the dining room, and the service bordered on tragicomic (like when you have to ask for your plates to eat what they bring you). The tiramisu, made with ricotta and lemon, was tasteless. All for a bill of €35 per person after two hours of service. It's a shame; we were told it's usually better, but I can only review my personal experience, and frankly, I didn't ruin my day just because the embarrassment of it all made me laugh too much.
