We went to eat as a family and one of the dishes, which included fish in garlic sauce, was very dry. It tasted like it had been reheated; it was so dry that the flesh couldn't even be separated. We complained, but they ignored us. I hope they take more care when preparing their dishes. The service was fine, except for the poorly presented food.

The surf and turf skewer was terrible. The shrimp were reheated from a previous dish, and it also had chicken, but instead of arrachera steak, they used dried beef. Very bad! The seafood platter had over-fried fish fillet, and the tortilla was almost burnt at the edges, as if it had been reheated. The shrimp in spicy sauce had too much broth and weren't fresh at all. None of the dishes we ordered were freshly prepared; everything was reheated. The best thing we ate there was the fish ceviche, which we ordered as an appetizer—that was fresh—and the cheesecake for dessert. The waiter's service was good. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

The place is very nice and quiet. However, there were flies landing on my food, which I can't tolerate. Also, the seafood in the soup was very small; it seemed more like it was for mince, and the shrimp they used was more for cocktails than soup. I've been to places with poor presentation where the seafood was a good size, the right size. It's inconceivable that a place with such a nice presentation would have this problem. That said, the prices are the same as El Canto de las Sirenas in Mexico City and Rocamar in Mazatlán, Sinaloa... Please fix this soon. I'll be back and give my feedback again. 😏 My feedback is for the service to improve.

How can a place change, especially when you get a raw mojarra and they dare to only discount 120 because, according to the manager, you ate part of it and I'm not going back. What's the point, according to the manager, that if I ate part and find out the rest is raw, I still have to pay a terrible price? Really? And then a cocktail comes back to life for 200, which came with bagged shrimp and everything was well discounted, no thanks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEIR FOOD IS NO LONGER QUALITY, AND THE MANAGER DOESN'T GIVE ANY SOLUTIONS AND LIMITS HERSELF TO SAYING THAT THE OWNER TELLS HER WHAT TO DO.
