I visited this truly lovely place a few days ago. The dishes were exquisite, beautifully presented, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was beyond pleasant. It's immersed in nature, perfect if you're looking for a quieter location surrounded by greenery. Plus, if you stroll around the restaurant, you might be lucky enough to spot some beautiful horses and other farm animals kept in a building that (I assume) is separate from the restaurant.

A slightly hidden location behind the Cesate sports field, it leaves you feeling transported elsewhere. In addition to the restaurant, which offers an aperitif of cured meats and cheeses served on hay bales, they also have a riding stable and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area filled with atmospheric lighting, especially in the evening. The à la carte menu changes with the seasons, and a fixed-price menu is also available. Carefully crafted dishes made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that the cheeses and cured meats are homemade and authentic. The staff is attentive and discreet. I loved the paccherata with burrata and parmesan.

A beautiful farmhouse located on a hill just outside Milan. The atmosphere is impeccable, very welcoming, and completely surrounded by greenery. The table service was impeccable, with kindness and professionalism reigning supreme. Let's move on to the dishes: the tartare appetizer with osso buco was a true delight, followed by a traditional Milanese cutlet, executed to perfection. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy some traditional Milanese recipes, I think Gandula is the place to be.

Everything was wonderful! We stayed there as a family for a First Communion, and the property offers such serenity surrounded by greenery, vegetable gardens, and fantastic horses, absolutely worth petting! Appetizer with local cured meats and giardiniera; first course: Paccheri with zucchini pesto and chopped pistachios; second course: Saddle of suckling pig on a bed of mashed potatoes. The staff were all wonderful and the service impeccable, worthy of an example. Kudos to the entire team!

Very satisfied. Very good food! I recommend the saffron ravioli with meat filling and the desserts! I would also include a side dish of your choice in the price of the cutlet. Excellent service, kind and attentive staff! We'll be back.

We dined at the Gandula Restaurant in Cesate, a charming location surrounded by a large green space, making it an ideal destination for important events such as weddings, first communions, and so on. The restaurant has a welcoming indoor dining room, a covered outdoor area, and—the real highlight—a vast, illuminated garden that creates a magical atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the menu is simple yet sophisticated. We ordered risotto with ossobuco (very good) and excellent paccheri with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. We will definitely return to try the cotoletta alla milanese: we saw some magnificent ones paraded between the tables, and it will be our next stop. Although some dishes are a bit pricey, the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance are worth the visit.

Complimenti agli spazi esterni/interni e all'apparecchiatura. L'attenzione al cliente si basa sul tutto bene,come vi siete trovati finale? Direi bene,cibo ottimo e ricercato, ambiente ideale per rilassarsi con una vasta cantina di vini. Personale molto informale, spezzerei questo gap, con un sorriso in più, non costa nulla e probabilmente rende più piacevole la permanenza.

The location is pretty, but not exceptional. The food is OK, but do not expect anything special. It looks like the materials are of good quality, but the cooking... hoo well... I expect such a low level from an Italian restaurant in a foreign country. Save some of the meats that were well cooked, the primi were much worse than the average lunch osteria! Considering this place offer catering for marriages I totally expected much more. To sum up, good quality ingredients, decent presentation, bad cooking. Avoid all the desserts, I tasted all of them and they do badly need a proper chef that makes them less fancy and more tasty. Laugh at the price, crazy high for the result.

We organized an aperitif for 40 people, but 30 showed up, and they still charged us for everyone. The buffet was already insufficient for 30 people, and they told us they'd prepared food for 40, but it wasn't even enough for 10. It was cold in the room, and the organization seemed improvised. The price was high for what was offered. Honestly, never again! We were supposed to organize another event, but we canceled immediately given the behavior. A disgrace. I can't respond directly, so I'll write here: I'll start by saying that I was overly polite in my review, but given the tone that confirms my lack of courtesy, I prefer to be direct. As far as I'm concerned, you guys are just making do. I'm surprised a place like this is still open. Food and drinks for 42 people? Two milk rolls and cold pasta? At 15°C, you wanted us to have a picnic?! With a different and more expensive menu, by the way... anyway, the temperature inside was the same, so there's not much to be thankful for. Fortunately, the way the place is run speaks for itself, and I'll stop here, just because I'm still polite. Good luck, you'll need it.

Nice place with arrogant and condescending staff. Terrible value for money. The €35 "aperitivo" included some focaccia with cured meats, Russian salad, pickled vegetables, and pasta with pesto. Three of our friends arrived late at 9:20 and were given a small plate with two slices of salami and half a glass of wine. When we asked for something to add, even if we paid extra, they told us the kitchen was already closed.

A night out with colleagues where about ten out of 40 people weren't present. In addition to the food quality being absolutely not up to par with the price (€35 for cold pasta, giardiniera, and focaccia with ham), when paying at the register, the organizer was charged the difference for the number of people who didn't show up, despite the fact that there wasn't enough food for the 40 people expected and the venue was completely empty (so we didn't take anyone's tables). Furthermore, the organizer wasn't informed that they would be charged the difference for the missing people. The location was a plastic veranda and cold. Poor customer service. I absolutely do not recommend.
