Great experience here at Hotel Sargas! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on the first floor as well that has tons of different food and drink options. Not to mention the amazing view.. would stay here again.

Hotel con ristorante/pizzeria(anche da asporto)propongono pizze al metro (80cm./120cm./160cm.)le pizze riempiono il piatto e sono decisamente ricche. I piatti del ristorante sono ben preparati, il menù non è ricchissimo di proposte, si mangia bene. Personale molto cordiale ed attento. Dalla sala da pranzo i finestroni presenti permettono una splendida vista sulla valle sottostante ed alcune tra le cime che la dominano.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful area. The view outside the window is very beautiful. The staff provides good service and the price is not expensive.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Sargas for three days in August. The hotel is easily accessible, and there's ample parking just a few meters away. For a one-star hotel, we had all the necessary comforts, and the food and hospitality were very good. The only flaw that keeps me from giving it a fifth star is the rooms' lack of soundproofing, which meant we could hear the voices and noises of other guests. The location is excellent, both for a walk into town and for starting trails to mountain pastures.

It's a one-star hotel, so there can be situations that might be unpleasant, but with the presence of the two owners (Messrs. Ivo and Marco), who with their professionalism, kindness, and smiles, the hotel achieves a 5-star rating, thanks also to all the staff and the pastry chef Alessandro, who, in my opinion, is excellent, we can certainly add a couple of stars. Kindness and courtesy are increasingly rare these days... NOT AT THE SARGAS. Congratulations to all of you.

We went for lunch on Saturday. The dishes were super generous and high-quality, with a wide selection. The service was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They brought the children's dishes first, and when it came to the coffees, they asked who they were for first. When they saw a woman was there, they brought them to her first, even though she was sitting on the other side of the table. These simple touches are much appreciated these days. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. Highly recommended!

I'd say it's excellent value for money. The property features 1970s-style furnishings, and the rooms and common areas are clean. The partially renovated room was good. Dinner was also good. Breakfast, however, was a bit subpar. Coffee or milk was all machine-made, and everything else was packaged. Although there was a wide selection, it would definitely have been better to have drinks made on the spot, and perhaps some fresh croissants, as COVID restrictions allow.

A simple hotel with basic rooms. Ideal for mountain lovers, perhaps not for the more sophisticated. Clean rooms, however, and very friendly and helpful staff. Unbeatable value for money (tested in August 2018), even for the set menu lunch and dinner on site. Free parking is available. High enough at altitude to enjoy cool air even in August when it's freezing in the plains. Earplugs are recommended because the rooms aren't soundproofed. Mountain folk are generally civilized, but if you have noisy neighbors, they can disturb your lightest sleep.

Very friendly staff, breakfast with a wide selection. Rooms are decent, but everything is clean and tidy. The only complaint we have is that the lack of a TV, especially in the winter months when it gets dark early, is a real disappointment... Breathtaking view.

We ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter and two first courses: homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms and blueberry risotto. The platter was the only dish we enjoyed. I can't say the same for the other two dishes. The tagliatelle seemed industrially made and, what's more, was smothered in cream (not listed on the menu), and the mushroom flavor was nonexistent. Likewise, the blueberry risotto tasted only of parmesan cheese, and the only color of blueberries was blueberries. The only saving grace for this place is the kindness of the staff.

The staff were really kind. We had a blueberry risotto (?) and an English beef stew, but we weren't there. Lately, we've noticed that some restaurants try to replace quality with kindness. Unfortunately, kindness doesn't make up for the poor quality and the unreasonably high price. Maybe they know it, but they try. The staff clearly has nothing to do with it, and in any case, it's very sad. And the response to my review is even sadder. The risotto is clearly industrial. I'm fed up with being mocked! I bet even the green beans come from your garden in cans. They taste exactly the same as the ones I buy from my garden at the Penny Market in front of my house. Please! Enough mockery!

Servizio lento, non hanno preso il nostro ordine finché non abbiamo attirato l'attenzione del cameriere. Personale freddo . Pizza povera, impasto gommoso e praticamente trasparente. Locale poco accogliente e arredato male ma se siete fortunati potrete godere di una bella vista sulle montagne circostanti

I primi piatti erano freddi, insipidi e riscaldati. Come secondo ordinato"filetto di manzo"e arrivata lonza di maiale. Il servizio quasi assente. Location buona e menù bugiardo. I dolci: Una torta che doveva essere una crostata fatta in casa era una cheeskake del supermercato ghiacciata, stessa cosa per la crostata con i frutti secchi. Non ve lo consiglio.

Very good food and very friendly staff. It's a shame that when it came to the bill, we paid €60 for a steak and fries for €12, two large salads for €10 each, two decaf coffees, two bottles of water, and three covers. Actually, we paid €62.50, discounted to €60. Judging by the menu, the figures don't add up. Unfortunately, my son immediately threw away the receipt! The previous evenings, we had eaten more (even desserts) and paid €50. We felt a bit ripped off.
