Rico pozole

Se come bien, tiene variedad de platillos y con precios muy accesibles. Cuebta con ramoa de acceso y baños para personas con capacidades diferentes.

La comida es aceptable, el servicio es deficiente, parece que no hay organización, pedimos salsa a una chica y no llegó hasta que la pedimos a otra, y lo mismo pasó con la cuenta. Lugar amplio, pero un poco sucio

Lugar preferido de la familia, todo bien tiene sus detalles pero por el precio todo bien, solo no recomiendo las altas, nosotros vamos muy seguido ahí.

It's delicious, just a note that when someone orders a salad and a main course, the salad has to be served first. Other than that, everything was great. I loved the bathroom; it was very original.

The place is nice and pleasant, and the prices are often in line with the price and the offerings. The menu has its limitations, but it doesn't go overboard, but it has a sufficient variety of food and drinks. The bathrooms are located upstairs and are accessed via stairs (so be careful if you're in a wheelchair or have difficulty using a walker). On one of my visits, the orange juice tasted a bit bitter (it may vary), and I'm warning you, it's the only juice we've been offered in the menu packages. They offer takeout. And they have screens; sometimes they turn up the volume a bit or turn it down slightly so you can talk with family or someone accompanying you. It's also worth noting that the place is often a matter of arriving and grabbing whatever table you can. So far, based on personal experience, we haven't been shown to a table. And during busy times, the waiters/managers usually take 15 to 20 minutes to take orders. However, food delivery is usually moderately fast. Extra points to consider: - Refills are applicable for Americano and pot coffee. - In the bathrooms, sometimes one sink and the hand dryer work (sometimes both are fine, and sometimes only one). - Access to the bathrooms is limited to one person per person, so you may have to wait in line. - Food items to wait for are tortilla chips and pieces of bread rolls. - The pot coffee is already sweetened with pilonsillo. - Tables are almost always set to fit 4 to 5 people, although I've seen more crowded. - The quesadillas and sopes are generously sized for first-timers, and in moderation.

The food is varied, but nothing new... The taste is very average, almost plain. It's affordable, though the drinks aren't so great. It looks clean, although the waiters are always very busy. It's a very similar concept to "Toño's House." I could even say it's the same. The wait time is very short; they bring your food almost immediately... It's a family-friendly place, but it's very noisy. They have breakfast, lunch, and a menu of wings, burgers, etc.

Just a few steps on the center of Chalco de Díaz Covarrubias this restaurant is one of the most delicious places to visit. They have a different system of ordering (since the menu is already on the table), so you write down your order and the food arrives very soon. They also have this aesthetic of the old Mayan empire, which surrounds the entire place, even the bathroom, when you can take a selfie with the Moctezuma's plume. Hands down one of the best restaurants here. PD: don't forget to taste their house spicy sauce, it's incredibly delicious.

The pozole was so-so. The pizzas were good. Overall, it's fine if you're in a hurry and looking for something quick. On weekends, it's been a bit busy, so it can be a little noisy.

La arrachera no es buena y la porción es muy pequeña

Tenía una gran expectativa del lugar ya que es muy limpio, se ve sumamente agradable y una decoración muy atractiva que fue lo que me llevo a decidir comer en el lugar. El servicio no fue bueno, el mesero pidió que escribiera mi orden en lugar de tomarla, se tardaron mucho y sólo había aproximadamente 6 comensales. La comida, nada recomendable, el pozole no tenía sabor a su vez las quezadillas y las fresas eran malas, la presentación de la comida no es agradable a la vista; sin embargo las tostadas eran buenas (me hizo daño el pozole). 😢 El costo, pues es extraño ver en tu ticket o al menos nunca me habían desglosado así los costos. Realmente se me hizo excesivo pagar $20 por un vaso de agua de tamarindo, $19 por ordenar un tazón de crema (que era muy pequeño), y $4 de queso para la quezadilla $7 de un jugo de limón para un refresco preparado y claro el refresco tiene costó extra. No regresaría, a menos que cambien de chef, administración y personal. ¡Nunca más!

Pésima experiencia en atención, meseros super groseros se tardan bastante en atender y todo se les olvida. Fuimos en familia y realmente me dio pena su servicio

Yesterday, my family and I went for breakfast, and the service was absolutely terrible. They didn't bring what I ordered correctly, and they even took away one of our plates because they'd made a mistake. The waiter was eating while serving. And the girl didn't even greet us when we arrived. They didn't know which table each dish was for; we just saw them walking us around. It's not the first time they've provided bad service. If you can choose a better place, I wonder what the kitchen area must be like, the one we don't see. 🤮🤢🤮

I came a year ago and everything was fine with the food and service. But this time, yuck! The chicken tasted like it was frozen, my flank steak was raw, and the enchiladas were tiny and tasteless. We ordered wings and the chicken tasted really old. The pizza was a 10 out of 10 and the cappuccino was great too. But that's just how it is.

Terrible place for wings, they were stiff, reheated and with very little sauce, the "cheese-covered" potatoes had a pittance of cheese.
