Love all the different frozen yogurt and ice cream flavors. I love this place. I like how it's not a self serve where you have to weight it out and there's a great selection of toppings you can put in top of your yogurt or ice cream for a small additional price.

Although indoor seating is not currently available we were able to find a spot in the courtyard to enjoy our treats. Delicious frozen yogurt 😋.

The selection is great, they have dairy-free options, they have TONS of toppings, and there is seating for those who want a view of Downtown Chico while they are nibbling on some tasty frozen yogurt.

Delicious frozen yogurt. Flavors cycle around for variety. Friendly staff. But it's a little on the pricey side. You do get a lot of yogurt for the price though.

5 stars if you can keep the homeless out.....the ones that smell like urine anyway....the others I don't mind

I’ve only been here once but the Hawaiian snow is probably the best. The service is good and the prices are not even that bad. It was $11 for 3 people which was good. However, the wait was kind of long. I probably will come back

I like how their family oriented and friendly to all their customes but as other people commented in the reviews already. It would be nice for them to have a little more from the selections. An try not keep certain favoirtes exclusive or limited.

Employees aren't wearing masks or gloves while serving customers during this pandemic. Usually like this place, but their lack of concern for their employee and patron safety has put me off from purchasing from them.

Jon & Bon’s has fallen. They used to be generous with their servings and their friendliness, but now they’re stingy with both. It’s really too bad. I’ve been a patron for over a decade. I won’t be back until I’ve heard they’ve returned to their old standards.

Their yogurt is definitely delicious, but their prices are really high, portions are small, and their toppings are ridiculously expensive. I will almost always go somewhere else for a frozen treat.

Nothing like paying 40$ for ice cream for the entire family then being told they have no public restrooms. The ice cream was good, staff nice but I won't return.

I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic, but my experience with the staff from Jon and Bon’s today made it feel like providing good customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore.

Tried my usually favorite ice cream, praline and cream. It lacked flavor, no caramel, and the pecans were very rancid, bitter. $4 a scoop, too.

I’ve been going here since I was a literal toddler and I used to love the atmosphere and the ice cream, especially the snow ones now I can’t think of a good reason to go there because they made the hard packs 3x smaller and don’t even get me started on the snow cones it’s literally ice and syrup it can’t cost that much money but they reduced the servings to a laughable amount
