My husband and I happened upon this restaurant for dinner. It was a truly positive experience, with the staff being incredibly friendly and eager to tell you all about their specialties. We had two pizzas, which were truly excellent. The tiramisu was also very good. We'll definitely be back to try some of the local dishes.

The atmosphere is very charming, rustic, welcoming, and clean. The staff is kind and attentive. The pizza is delicious, light and flavorful. The fritto misto is also good. Prices are average. Pass by to visit Chignolo Castle and then stop by Gino's!

Buoni piatti, appetitosi ed abbondanti. Prezzi amichevoli, personale premuroso e sorridente. Un locale di sobria eleganza con tutti i requisiti per farsi raccomandare.

Siamo stati qui dopo la visita al castello di Chignolo po. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di affettati che non mi sento di consigliare. Vista la zona avevo aspettative alte sulla qualità dei salumi ma purtroppo non ci sono piaciuti, in particolare il cotto (che sembrava più spalla) ed il salame che aveva un sapore strano. I ravioli coi porcini e la pizza invece ci sono piaciuti abbastanza. Non li abbiamo presi ma i dolci avevano un ottimo aspetto. Gentile il servizio.

Excellent first courses (rice with gorgonzola and pear) as well as delicious second courses (veal scallops with artichokes), not to mention the particularly tempting appetizers and desserts. Prices are average. Everything was good and... plentiful. Recommended.

A very charming and well-decorated restaurant where we had lunch last Sunday before taking a guided tour of the castle. We ordered both meat and fish main courses; both were truly satisfying, and the freshly prepared fruit salad was also very fresh. The quality/price ratio was good, and the wait staff was truly courteous and professional, so we absolutely recommend it.

A pleasant surprise. We were looking for a place on the road. Clean place. Friendly and polite staff. We ate pizza, dessert, and drank a beer. The pizza dough is very good, the ingredients are high-quality. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch at this restaurant after visiting the Castello di Chignolo Po, a few kilometers away. The location inside is suitable for the general style of the place, "trattoria" style. The use of the air conditioning system is excellent, especially in this period of July. Efficient and fairly quick service. All the dishes were quite good, except for the pizza, which I think was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The speck was not of excellent quality, but the thing that was most out of place was the taste of the pizza, different from the normal one. I tried to think maybe that the pizza was the result of an electric oven, but looking at it it seemed to me to be wood-fired. Instead, as for the other dishes, they were to our liking. Price in line with what we ate. Positive experience, award with 4 stars, forgetting that horrible pizza.

Excellent risottos, good but not exceptional rib eye, good porcini mushroom electorate! Friendly staff. Quiet and not noisy environment even though the room was full. Service a bit slow.

Found it by chance! I recommend it to anyone visiting Chignolo Castle. It's easy to get to and has parking! Simple, home-made dishes. They also make pizza, but I haven't tried it! I recommend it for its value!

Neither good nor bad, but a substance from Gino is a pleasure to have. Modern country interior, clean and tidy. Varied menu, good quality of food, the mixed fried food passed the test.
