The boneless wings are practically just tiny pieces of chicken, the smallest I've ever seen in any restaurant. The cauliflower wings are soggy, the fries are soggy too and taste like burnt oil, and the men's restroom doesn't have a lock. Other than that, the service was friendly and the food came out quickly. I probably won't be back.

I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately it sent me to the downtown location. The boneless wings came with very little sauce, and I couldn't even tell what flavor it was supposed to be. The ranch dressing was just a small amount, like the lid of the full container. They should have just left it out. The potato wedges were completely mangled. Without a doubt, this is the worst Buffalo's in the city.

It had been a long time since I'd been to this branch, and it was a terrible experience. It wasn't even worth 50% of what we paid. From the moment we walked in, we went to the register to order, and they asked if we wanted to eat in or take out. We said eat in, and then the cashier told us to sit down and that we'd be served shortly. Minutes passed, and no one came. I proceeded to speak to two people at the counter, but neither of them paid any attention. One of them seemed to be the manager. After a while of talking and gesturing, they came over, took our order, and I mentioned that I needed cauliflower as an appetizer. They took our order along with the main courses. It took a long time for the food to come out, and the cauliflower appetizer never arrived. All the food arrived at once, and to top it all off, my daughters' nuggets were raw inside. I know it sounds crazy, but they looked pink, like when chicken is raw. I asked them to cook the nuggets more, and they brought me others instead. After that, we saw a family decide to... They left upset, I don't know if it was because they were never served or because their food never arrived. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was cold and had very little meat. Terrible experience, I definitely won't be back. They lack empathy, a sense of urgency, and any sense of service! You speak to them and I don't know if they don't hear you or if they pretend not to.

Every time I have ordered through the Uber app I have had problems because the wings arrive dry, without the flavor of the sauce that was ordered, the rings burnt, in the notes I write to please not send them dry and it seems that I am telling them the opposite, I got tired of the situation and I contacted the branch manager and he told me that he was going to comment it to the management but the truth is I don't think so, I leave this here to see if the management follows up on the poor preparation of the branch's product, it wasn't just once it has been the last 6 or 7 times I have ordered so I got tired of receiving a terrible product...
