Local Review Lady

I wanna start off by saying that typically I really enjoy Wendy’s, especially their potatoes and chili. I recently went and was extremely disappointed. I ended up getting the crabby patty, which was no more than a gimmick name because there was absolutely nothing exciting or crabby patty about it. It was completely bait and switch, it did not come in a special bag or came with anything special. When I got to the window, even the employees looked disappointed when they gave it to me and I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. For the price I paid and for it to just be given a fun name, but have such a bad presentation was false advertisement

Food is fine and so is service but dining in is out of the question due to no air-conditioning. It was 87 degrees F inside according to the thermostat display, which is unacceptable. Not sure if that is safe for the employees, feel sorry for them. Was planning on dining in but instead opted for take out.

Went during night time around 11:15pm . An employee name Monique had trouble customer service. By the way she talked when I was ordering my food was disrespectful. She didn’t even let me finish ordering I had to finish my order at the window when she didn’t even ask me what I wanted correctly and I received the wrong item. Overall the customer service was not it would never come back to this Wendy’s .

The worst service and that chicken wrap was cold and taste awful, when we walk in they completely ignore us and took forever to take our order, wow those workers are lazy, and there salad has stale lettuce, it tastes horrible 😜

Drive-thru at this Wendy’s is usually fast and accurate, no complaints there. But today I dined inside, and the experience was the complete opposite. The service was horribly bad: no napkins anywhere, no condiments, no spoons. When I asked for napkins, the staff seemed annoyed I even asked. For spending over $40, I expected at least basic service. The remodel looks nice, but that doesn’t make up for the attitude and lack of essentials.I won’t be coming back.

Manager would not honor coupons. She wouldn’t even read the terms just told us to go to the app and gave us the run around.

When i ordered my food i wasn't expecting my food to be cold and stale and my babies kids meal had bugs and hair in the cheese burger i was very disappointed this was an expensive trash for meal!!!!

I had to repeat my order on the drive thru so many time then I waited a very long time for my food. I get home and all my sandwiches were incorrect I ordered breakfast sandwiches and none of them had egg when I told the lady so many times it was only for one of them so many mistakes last time I go to this Wendy’s. I tried calling so they could correct it and they never answered

Ordered a combo, a Dave's single sandwich, 6pc spicy nuggets and 4 PC reg nuggets. $30!!! All food cold. Combo sandwich missing everything but a piece of cold chicken. Fries were mostly burnt. Terrible, terrible. Do better Wendy's!

I waited over 25 minutes for a 6Pc and Large Fry, not busy, 6 people ordered after me and I was the last to get my food. Absolutely atrocious time management and service. My cousin also ordered and got shorted on her food. Disappointed. Got eaten up by mosquitoes while waiting. I feel like I just went camping.

Apparently, their sausage, egg and cheese biscuits are just sausage and cheese. I'd be disappointed, if something didn't go wrong every time I order from here.
